Ezekiel 25
1 [Some time later, ] Yahweh gave me another message. [He said, ]
൧“യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട് എനിക്കുണ്ടായത് എന്തെന്നാൽ:
2 “You human, turn toward where the Ammon people- [lives], and prophesy [what will happen to] them.
൨മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ അമ്മോന്യരുടെ നേരെ മുഖംതിരിച്ച് അവരെക്കുറിച്ചു പ്രവചിച്ച് അവരോടു പറയേണ്ടത്:
3 Say about them, ‘This is what Yahweh the Lord says: “You shouted joyfully when my [in Jerusalem] was destroyed, and when the country/land of Israel was ruined, and when the people of Judah were (exiled/forced to go) [to Babylonia].
൩“യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ വചനം കേൾക്കുവിൻ; യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ‘എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരം അശുദ്ധമായിത്തീർന്നപ്പോൾ നീ അതിനെയും, യിസ്രായേൽദേശം ശൂന്യമായിത്തീർന്നപ്പോൾ അതിനെയും, യെഹൂദാഗൃഹം പ്രവാസത്തിലേക്കു പോയപ്പോൾ അവരെയും ചൊല്ലി ‘നന്നായി’ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ട്
4 Therefore, I am going to allow you to be conquered by people [who will come] from the east. They will set up their tents in your country and live there. And they will eat the fruit from [fruit trees] and drink the [from your cattle].
൪ഞാൻ നിന്നെ കിഴക്കുള്ളവർക്ക് കൈവശമാക്കിക്കൊടുക്കും; അവർ നിന്നിൽ പാളയമടിച്ച്, നിവാസങ്ങളെ ഉണ്ടാക്കും; അവർ നിന്റെ ഫലം തിന്നുകയും നിന്റെ പാല് കുടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
5 I will [your capital city] Rabbah to become a pasture for camels, and the rest of Ammon to [only] a resting place for sheep. Then you will know that I, Yahweh, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].”
൫ഞാൻ രബ്ബയെ ഒട്ടകങ്ങൾക്ക് മേച്ചിൽസ്ഥലവും അമ്മോനിനെ ആട്ടിൻകൂട്ടങ്ങൾക്കു താവളവും ആക്കും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്ന് നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും”.
6 This is what [I], Yahweh the Lord, say: “You clapped your [joyfully] and stomped your feet, and laughed because you despised [the people in] the land of Israel.
൬യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “യിസ്രായേൽ ദേശത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു നീ കൈകൊട്ടി കാലുകൊണ്ടു ചവിട്ടി സർവ്വനിന്ദയോടുംകൂടി ഹൃദയപൂർവ്വം സന്തോഷിച്ചതുകൊണ്ട്,
7 Therefore, I will use my power [MTY] against you, and I will enable [other] nations [conquer you and] take away your valuable possessions. I will destroy you completely [DOU], with the result that you no longer will be a nation. When that happens, people will know that I, Yahweh, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].’”
൭ഞാൻ നിന്റെനേരെ കൈ നീട്ടി നിന്നെ ജനതകൾക്കു കവർച്ചയായി കൊടുക്കും; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ വംശങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ച് ദേശങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു മുടിച്ച് നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്ന് നീ അറിയും”.
8 This is [also] what Yahweh the Lord says: “[The people of] [south of Ammon] and [the people of] [south of Moab despised Israel and] said, ‘The people [MTY] of Israel have [as unimportant] as all the other nations!’
൮യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “യെഹൂദാഗൃഹം സകല ജനതകളെയുംപോലെ തന്നെ’ എന്ന് മോവാബും സേയീരും പറയുന്നതുകൊണ്ട്,
9 Therefore, I will destroy the cities that protect the borders of Moab, starting at Beth-Jeshimoth, Baal-Meon, and Kiriathaim, the finest cities in Moab.
൯ഞാൻ മോവാബിന്റെ പാർശ്വത്തെ അതിന്റെ അതിർത്തികളിലുള്ള പട്ടണങ്ങളായി ദേശത്തിന്റെ മഹത്ത്വമായ ബേത്ത്-യെശീമോത്ത്, ബാൽ-മെയോൻ, കിര്യഥയീം എന്നീ പട്ടണങ്ങൾമുതൽ തുറന്നുവച്ചു
10 I will enable people from the east to conquer Moab and also to conquer Ammon. As a result, [I will cause that] Ammon will no longer be remembered by other nations.
൧൦അവയെ അമ്മോന്യർ ജനതകളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഓർക്കപ്പെടാത്തവിധം ആയിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന് അമ്മോന്യരോടുകൂടി കിഴക്കുള്ളവർക്ക് കൈവശമാക്കിക്കൊടുക്കും.
11 I will also punish [the people of] Moab. When that happens, they will know that I, Yahweh, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].”
൧൧ഇങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ മോവാബിൽ ന്യായവിധി നടത്തും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിയും”.
12 This is [also] what Yahweh the Lord says: “[You people of] Edom are guilty of getting revenge on the people [MTY] of Judah.
൧൨യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “ഏദോം യെഹൂദാഗൃഹത്തോടു പ്രതികാരം ചെയ്ത് ഏറ്റവുമധികം കുറ്റക്കാരായിരിക്കുന്നു”.
13 Therefore this is what [I], Yahweh the Lord, say: 'I will use my power against [the people of] Edom and will get rid of their men and their animals. I will ruin the land from Teman [region in central Edom] to Dedan [region in the south of Edom], and many of their men will be killed [their enemies] swords.'
൧൩അതുകൊണ്ട് യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു; “ഞാൻ ഏദോമിന്റേ നേരെ കൈ നീട്ടി അതിൽനിന്ന് മനുഷ്യനെയും മൃഗത്തെയും ഛേദിച്ച് അതിനെ ശൂന്യമാക്കിക്കളയും; തേമാൻ മുതൽ ദേദാൻ വരെ അവർ വാളിനാൽ വീഴും.
14 The Israeli people will use their power [MTY] to get revenge on [the people of] Edom. They will show [the people of] Edom that I have been angry with them, and I will punish [MTY] them. The people of Edom will experience my getting revenge on them. Then they will know that I, Yahweh the Lord, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].”
൧൪ഞാൻ എന്റെ ജനമായ യിസ്രായേൽമുഖാന്തരം ഏദോമിനോടു പ്രതികാരം നടത്തും; അവർ എന്റെ കോപത്തിനും എന്റെ ക്രോധത്തിനും തക്കവിധം ഏദോമിനോടു ചെയ്യും; അപ്പോൾ അവർ എന്റെ പ്രതികാരം അറിയും” എന്ന് യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
15 This is [also] what Yahweh the Lord says: “The Philistia people-group wanted very much to get revenge [on the people of Judah]. They very maliciously wanted to destroy [Judah].
൧൫യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “ഫെലിസ്ത്യർ പ്രതികാരം ചെയ്ത് പൂർവ്വദ്വേഷത്തോടും നാശം വരുത്തുവാൻ നിന്ദാഹൃദയത്തോടും കൂടി പകരം വീട്ടിയിരിക്കുകകൊണ്ട്
16 Therefore this is what I, Yahweh the Lord, say: I am about to use my power [MTY] against the Philistia people. I will get rid of the Kereth people-group and all [those who live along] the coast of the [Mediterranean] Sea.
൧൬യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ ഫെലിസ്ത്യരുടെ നേരെ കൈ നീട്ടി ക്രേത്യരെ സംഹരിച്ച് കടല്ക്കരയിൽ ശേഷിപ്പുള്ളവരെ നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും.
17 By the way I punish them, I will get great revenge on them and show that I am angry with them. And when I get revenge on them, they will know that I, Yahweh the Lord, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].'”
൧൭ഞാൻ ക്രോധശിക്ഷകളോടു കൂടി അവരോട് മഹാപ്രതികാരം നടത്തും; ഞാൻ പ്രതികാരം നടത്തുമ്പോൾ, ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്ന് അവർ അറിയും”.
