Ezekiel 10
1 Then [in the vision] I saw what resembled a throne made of (sapphire/[a very valuable] blue stone). It was above the thing that resembled a dome that was above the heads of the four winged creatures.
Entonces miré. Encima de la expansión que había sobre la cabeza de los querubines, vi una apariencia de piedra de zafiro que parecía un trono.
2 Yahweh said to the man wearing the linen robe, “Go between the wheels that are under the winged creatures. Pick up as many hot coals as you can, and scatter them over the city.” And while I watched, the man wearing the linen robe left.
Él habló al varón que estaba cubierto de lino: Entra en medio de las ruedas, por debajo de los querubines. Llena tus manos de carbones encendidos de entre los querubines y espárcelos sobre la ciudad. Y vi cuando él entró.
3 The four winged creatures were standing on the south side of the temple when the man wearing the linen robe entered. Then a cloud filled the inner courtyard [of the temple area].
Cuando el varón entró, los querubines estaban en pie en el lado sur del Templo. La nube llenaba el patio interior.
4 And the (glory/dazzling light) of Yahweh rose up from above the winged creatures and went to the entrance of the temple. The cloud filled the temple, and the courtyard was full of the (glory/dazzling light) of Yahweh.
Entonces la gloria de Yavé se elevó desde donde estaba el querubín y hacia la entrada del Templo. El Templo fue lleno con la nube y el patio, con el resplandor de la gloria de Yavé.
5 The sound made by the wings of the winged creatures could be heard as far away as the courtyard outside the temple. It [very loud], like [SIM] the voice of Almighty God when he speaks.
Además el sonido de las alas de los querubines se oía hasta el patio externo, como la voz de ʼEL-Shadday cuando habla.
6 When Yahweh commanded the man wearing the linen robe to take burning coals from among those winged creatures, the man went [the courtyard] and stood beside one of the wheels.
Cuando Él mandó al varón cubierto con lino: Toma fuego de entre las ruedas, de en medio de los querubines, Él entró y se quedó en pie junto a una rueda.
7 Then one of those winged creatures reached out his hand to the fire that was there among them. He picked up some of the coals and put them in the hands of the man wearing the linen robe, and that man took them and left.
Entonces un querubín extendió su mano de entre los querubines, hacia el fuego que había en medio de ellos. Al tomar de éste, lo puso en las manos del que estaba cubierto con lino, quien lo tomó y salió.
8 Under the wings of the winged creatures was something that resembled a human’s hands.
Apareció de entre los querubines por debajo de sus alas lo que tenía la semejanza de una mano humana.
9 Then [in the vision] I saw four wheels alongside the winged creatures. There was one wheel beside each of the winged creatures. The wheels shone like [SIM] very valuable stones.
Miré y vi que había cuatro ruedas junto a los querubines, una rueda junto a cada querubín. La apariencia de las ruedas era como el resplandor del crisólito.
10 The wheels were all alike: Each had one wheel inside another wheel.
En cuanto a su apariencia, las cuatro tenían una misma semejanza. Su estructura era como si una rueda estuviera encajada dentro de la otra
11 Whenever they moved, they went straight in whatever direction one of the winged creatures faced. The wheels did not turn in another direction while the winged creatures flew.
para rodar en las cuatro direcciones sin girar al rodar, pues de antemano estaban orientadas en la dirección en la cual debían rodar. Al avanzar no se volvían.
12 Their bodies, including their backs and hands and wings, were covered with eyes. The wheels were also covered with eyes.
Todo su cuerpo y espalda, sus manos y sus alas, y también las cuatro ruedas estaban llenas de ojos alrededor.
13 I heard someone call them ‘the whirling wheels’.
Oí que eran llamadas las ruedas: ¡Ruedas!
14 Each of the winged creatures had four faces. One face was like the face of a bull, one face was like the face of a human, one face was like the face of a lion, and one face was like the face of an eagle.
Cada uno tenía cuatro caras: La primera era cara de querubín; la segunda, cara de hombre; la tercera, cara de león; y la cuarta, cara de águila.
15 Then the winged creatures rose up. They were the same living creatures that I had seen alongside the Kebar River/Canal.
Los querubines ascendieron. Éstos eran los seres vivientes que vi junto al río Quebar.
16 When the winged creatures moved, the wheels moved with them. When the winged creatures spread their wings to fly over the ground, the wheels did not leave them.
Cuando los querubines se movían, las ruedas iban junto con ellos. Cuando los querubines alzaban sus alas para levantarse de la tierra, las ruedas no se apartaban de junto a ellos.
17 When the winged creatures stopped, the wheels stopped. When the winged creatures started to fly, the wheels flew with them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.
Cuando ellos se detenían, ellas también se detenían. Cuando ascendían, también subían con ellos, porque el Espíritu de los seres vivientes estaba en ellas.
18 Then the (glory/dazzling light) left the entrance of the temple and stopped above the winged creatures.
Entonces la gloria de Yavé se retiró del Templo y permaneció sobre los querubines.
19 While I watched, the winged creatures spread their wings and started to fly, and the wheels went with them. They stopped at the gate on the east side of the temple area, and the (glory/dazzling light) of God, the one whom the [had worshiped], was above them.
Vi cuando los querubines levantaron sus alas y se elevaron de la tierra junto con las ruedas. Se detuvieron en la entrada de la puerta oriental de la Casa de Yavé. La gloria del ʼElohim de Israel estaba sobre ellos.
20 Those were the [same] four living creatures that I had seen alongside the Kebar River/Canal, and I realized that they were the winged creatures.
Éstos son los seres vivientes que vi debajo del ʼElohim de Israel junto al río Quebar. Yo entendí que eran querubines.
21 Each of them had four faces and four wings, and under their wings was what resembled a human’s hands.
Cada uno tenía cuatro caras y cuatro alas. Había como la apariencia de las manos de un hombre debajo de sus alas.
22 Their faces were the same as the faces that I had seen at the Kebar River/Canal. Each of them flew straight ahead.
La forma de sus rostros era como la de los rostros que vi junto al río Quebar. Tenían la misma apariencia. Cada uno caminaba de frente hacia delante.
