Ezekiel 10

1 Then [in the vision] I saw what resembled a throne made of (sapphire/[a very valuable] blue stone). It was above the thing that resembled a dome that was above the heads of the four winged creatures.

Miré y vi que en el firmamento que estaba sobre las cabezas de los Querubines, apareció una como piedra de zafiro, que figuraba sobre ellos a manera de un trono.

2 Yahweh said to the man wearing the linen robe, “Go between the wheels that are under the winged creatures. Pick up as many hot coals as you can, and scatter them over the city.” And while I watched, the man wearing the linen robe left.

Y habló Él al varón vestido de lino, diciendo: “Métete por entre las ruedas, por debajo del Querubín, y llena tus manos de brasas de fuego de entre los Querubines, y espárcelas sobre la ciudad.” Y él fue a vista mía.

3 The four winged creatures were standing on the south side of the temple when the man wearing the linen robe entered. Then a cloud filled the inner courtyard [of the temple area].

Los Querubines estaban de pie a la derecha de la Casa cuando fue aquel varón; y la nube llenaba el atrio interior.

4 And the (glory/dazzling light) of Yahweh rose up from above the winged creatures and went to the entrance of the temple. The cloud filled the temple, and the courtyard was full of the (glory/dazzling light) of Yahweh.

Entonces la gloria de Yahvé se elevó de encima de los Querubines y (se trasladó) al umbral de la Casa, la cual se llenó de la nube, y el atrio se hinchó del resplandor de la gloria de Yahvé.

5 The sound made by the wings of the winged creatures could be heard as far away as the courtyard outside the temple. It [very loud], like [SIM] the voice of Almighty God when he speaks.

El ruido de las alas de los Querubines se oía hasta el atrio exterior, a manera de la voz del Dios Todopoderoso cuando habla.

6 When Yahweh commanded the man wearing the linen robe to take burning coals from among those winged creatures, the man went [the courtyard] and stood beside one of the wheels.

Luego que Él hubo mandado al varón vestido de lino, diciendo: “Saca fuego de entre las ruedas, de en medio de los Querubines”, entró aquel y se paró junto a una rueda.

7 Then one of those winged creatures reached out his hand to the fire that was there among them. He picked up some of the coals and put them in the hands of the man wearing the linen robe, and that man took them and left.

Y un Querubín alargó su mano de en medio de los Querubines, hacia el fuego que se hallaba entre los Querubines, tomó (de él) y lo puso en las manos del que estaba vestido de lino; el cual lo tomó y se marchó.

8 Under the wings of the winged creatures was something that resembled a human’s hands.

Se mostró entonces que los Querubines tenían algo como brazos de hombre, bajo sus alas.

9 Then [in the vision] I saw four wheels alongside the winged creatures. There was one wheel beside each of the winged creatures. The wheels shone like [SIM] very valuable stones.

Y miré, y he aquí que había cuatro ruedas junto a los Querubines, una rueda al lado de cada Querubín; y el aspecto de las ruedas era semejante al resplandor de la piedra de Tarsis.

10 The wheels were all alike: Each had one wheel inside another wheel.

En cuanto a su forma, las cuatro tenían una misma estructura, como si una rueda estuviese atravesando a otra rueda.

11 Whenever they moved, they went straight in whatever direction one of the winged creatures faced. The wheels did not turn in another direction while the winged creatures flew.

Cuando se movían, iban hacia sus cuatro lados; no mudaban de frente cuando caminaban, pues hacia la parte adonde se dirigían sus cabezas, allí andaban, de modo que no tenían que mudar de frente cuando caminaban.

12 Their bodies, including their backs and hands and wings, were covered with eyes. The wheels were also covered with eyes.

Todo su cuerpo, sus espaldas, sus manos y sus alas estaban llenos de ojos y también las ruedas en toda la superficie de las cuatro ruedas.

13 I heard someone call them ‘the whirling wheels’.

Y oí que las ruedas tenían el nombre de “volubles”.

14 Each of the winged creatures had four faces. One face was like the face of a bull, one face was like the face of a human, one face was like the face of a lion, and one face was like the face of an eagle.

Cada uno (de los Querubines) tenía cuatro caras: la primera cara era cara de Querub, la segunda, cara de hombre, la tercera, cara de león, y la cuarta, cara de águila.

15 Then the winged creatures rose up. They were the same living creatures that I had seen alongside the Kebar River/Canal.

Y se levantaron los Querubines. Eran los mismos seres vivientes que yo había visto junto al río Cobar.

16 When the winged creatures moved, the wheels moved with them. When the winged creatures spread their wings to fly over the ground, the wheels did not leave them.

Al caminar los Querubines, caminaban también las ruedas a su lado, y cuando los Querubines levantaban sus alas para remontarse de la tierra, las ruedas no se apartaban de ellos.

17 When the winged creatures stopped, the wheels stopped. When the winged creatures started to fly, the wheels flew with them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.

Cuando se detenían aquellos, se detenían también estas, y al levantarse aquellos, se levantaban estas con ellos, porque el espíritu del ser viviente estaba en ellas.

18 Then the (glory/dazzling light) left the entrance of the temple and stopped above the winged creatures.

Entonces la gloria de Yahvé partió del umbral de la Casa y se puso encima de los Querubines.

19 While I watched, the winged creatures spread their wings and started to fly, and the wheels went with them. They stopped at the gate on the east side of the temple area, and the (glory/dazzling light) of God, the one whom the [had worshiped], was above them.

Y alzando los Querubines sus alas, se remontaron del suelo, a mi vista, y salieron con las ruedas a su lado. Se detuvieron a la entrada de la puerta oriental de la Casa de Yahvé, y la gloria del Dios de Israel estaba sobre ellos.

20 Those were the [same] four living creatures that I had seen alongside the Kebar River/Canal, and I realized that they were the winged creatures.

Eran los mismos seres vivientes que yo había visto debajo del Dios de Israel junto al río Cobar; y comprendí que eran Querubines.

21 Each of them had four faces and four wings, and under their wings was what resembled a human’s hands.

Cada uno tenía cuatro caras, y cada uno tenía cuatro alas; y debajo de sus alas tenían algo como una mano de hombre.

22 Their faces were the same as the faces that I had seen at the Kebar River/Canal. Each of them flew straight ahead.

Y era la figura de sus caras como las caras que yo había visto junto al río Cobar; tenían el mismo aspecto eran los mismos. Cada uno se movía según la dirección de su cara.
