< Exodus 11 >

1 Then Yahweh said to Moses/me, “I will cause one more disaster to strike the king of Egypt and all his people [MTY]. After that, he will let you leave. In fact, he will expel you all.
Pakaiyin Mose heng'a asei jin, “Keiman Egypt gamsung leh Pharaoh chung'a ka hin lhunsah ding hoise khat aki vat nalaije. Hiche hi aso chai chai teng le, Pharaoh vin agam sung dalha ding'a nahin no jeng ding'u ahitai,” ati.
2 So now speak to all the [Israeli] people. Tell them to ask all their [Egyptian] neighbors, both men and women, to give them some silver and gold jewelry.”
“Israel mite heng'a seipeh in lang, ama ama cheh'in aheng akom Egypt mite sana dangka akijep na ding uvin kithum cheh taohen,” ati.
3 Yahweh made the Egyptians highly respect the Israeli people. In particular, the Egyptian officials and all [the rest of] the people considered Moses/me to be a very great man.
Tun Pakaiyin Israel chate chu Egypt mite mitmun lunglhai na achansah tai. Chule Mose chu Egypt gamsung pumpia amin akithang in, Pharaoh mitmu chang leh mipite mitmun amin che lheh jeng tan ahi.
4 Then Moses/I [went to the king and] said, “This is what Yahweh says: ‘About midnight [tonight] I will go throughout Egypt,
Chuin Mose'n Pharaoh heng'a asei jin Hiche hi Pakaiyin aseiye: “Keiman jankim tah le Egypt mite lungthim kahin suhthou ding ahi.”
5 and I will cause all the firstborn/oldest [sons] to die. That will include your oldest son, the oldest sons of the slave women who grind grain, [and the oldest sons of everyone else]. I will also kill the oldest males of the Egyptians’ livestock.
Egypt gamsung'a chapang peng masa jouse, Pharaoh chapa peng masapen ahin, a laltouna'a peng masa penpa ahin, a sum buh laiya chang bong goija pang a sohnu chapa changei ja abonchauva thigam kei ding, gancha peng masa jouse jong aboncha thisoh hel ding ahiye,” ati.
6 When that happens, people all over Egypt will wail loudly. They have never wailed like that before, and they will never wail like that again.
“Chu teng Egypt gamsung pumpia ka le mao kithong lhading, ajeh chu hitabang thilsoh gimnei hi imatih channa anaum kha loulaiya ahin, Avella hung kilah kit talou ding chu ahi.”
7 But among the Israeli people [it will be so quiet that] not even a dog will bark! Then you will know for sure that I, Yahweh, distinguish [how I act toward] the Egyptians and [how I act toward] the Israeli people.
“Ahinlah Israel mite vang chu lungmon nan aumpi jing diu, uicha jeng jong hampoh lou ding ahi. Chu teng Pakaiyin Egypt mite leh Israel mite kikah'a ijakai datkhenna asemdoh tai, hichu nanghon na hetdoh cheh ding'u ahi,” ati.
8 Then all these officials of yours will come and bow down before me and will say, “Please get out [of Egypt], you and all the Israeli people!”’ After that, I will leave Egypt!” [After Moses/I said that], he/I very angrily left the king.
“Chu teng Egypt gam'a nanung juiho leh nasohte abonchauva keima lam'a hung kipelut ding'u hitia hi asei diu ahi, khaiye! “Nangma leh nanung juiho abonchauvin hikoma kon hin potdoh tauvin,” tin aseije atipeh tai. Chuin Mose jong lungphamo tah'in Pharaoh angsung'a kon in a che doh tan ahi.
9 Then Yahweh said to Moses/me, “The king will not pay any attention to what you say. The result will be that I will perform more plagues in the land of Egypt.”
Tun Pakaiyin Mose heng'a aseijin, “Pharaoh vin nangma thusei ahin moh ngai thei lou ding, ahinlah keiman Egypt gamsung'a thil kidang melchihna ka bolbe nahlai ding ahi,” ati.
10 Aaron and Moses/I performed all these miracles in front of the king, but Yahweh made the king stubborn, and he did not let the Israeli people leave his country.
Mose leh Aaron'in jong Egypt gam Pharaoh angsung'a thil kidang melchihna tampi aki lahsah lhon'in, ahinlah Pakaiyin Pharaoh lungthim chu ki dang tah in asutah jing nalaijin ahile, Pharaoh'vin Israel mite chu Egypt gamsung a kon in ana soldoh hih laiye.
