1 Chronicles 1
1 [The first person God created was Adam]. Adam’s [son was] Seth. [Seth’s son was] Enosh. [Enosh’s son was] Kenan.
১আদম, শেথ, ইনোশ,
2 [Kenan’s son was] Mahalalel. [Mahalalel’s son was] Jared. [Jared’s son was] Enoch.
২কৈনন, মহললেল, যেরদ,
3 [Enoch’s son was] Methuselah. [Methusalah’s son was] Lamech. [Lamech’s son was] Noah.
৩হনোক, মথূশেলহ, লেমক।
4 [Noah’s sons were] Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
৪নোহ, শেম, হাম ও যেফৎ।
5 The sons (OR, descendants) of Japheth were Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.
৫যেফতের ছেলেরা হল গোমর, মাগোগ, মাদয়, যবন, তুবল, মেশক ও তীরস।
6 The sons (OR, descendants) of Gomer were Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.
৬গোমরের ছেলেরা হল অস্কিনস, দীফৎ ও তোগর্ম।
7 The descendants of Javan were Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Rodanim.
৭যবনের ছেলেরা হল ইলীশা, তর্শীশ, কিত্তীম ও রোদানীম।
8 The sons of Ham were Cush, Mizraim (OR, Egypt), Put, and Canaan.
৮হামের ছেলেরা হল কূশ, মিশর, পূট ও কনান।
9 The descendants of Cush were Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabteca. The sons (OR, descendants) of Raamah were Sheba and Dedan.
৯কূশের ছেলেরা হল সবা, হবীলা, সপ্তা, রয়মা ও সপ্তকা। রয়মার ছেলেরা হল শিবা ও দদান।
10 Another descendant of Cush was Nimrod. When he grew up, he became a mighty warrior on the earth.
১০নিম্রোদ কূশের ছেলে। তিনি পৃথিবীতে একজন ক্ষমতাশালী পুরুষ হয়ে উঠেছিলেন।
11 Mizraim (OR, Egypt) was the ancestor of the Lud people-group, the Anam people-group, the Lehab people-group, the Naphtuh people-group,
১১লূদীয়, অনামীয়, লহাবীয়, নপ্তুহীয়,
12 the Pathrus people-group, the Casluh people-group, and the Caphtor people-group. The people of [the] Philistia [region] were descended from the Casluh people-group.
১২পথ্রোষীয়, কস্লূহীয়েরা ছিল পলেষ্টীয়দের পূর্বপুরুষ এবং কপ্তোরীয়, এই সব মিশরের বংশের লোক।
13 Canaan’s first son was Sidon. He was also the ancestor of the Heth people-group,

14 the Jebus people-group, the Amor people-group, the Girgash people-group,

17 The sons of Shem were Elam, Asshur, Arphaxad, Lud, and Aram. Aram’s sons were Uz, Hul, Gether, and Meshech.
১৭শেমের ছেলেরা হল এলম, অশূর, অর্ফকষদ, লূদ ও অরাম এবং ঊষ, হূল, গেথর ও মেশেক।
18 Arphaxad was the father of Shelah, who was the father of Eber.
১৮অর্ফকষদ শেলহের জন্ম দিলেন ও শেলহ এবারের জন্ম দিলেন।
19 Eber had two sons. One was named Peleg [which sounds like the word that means ‘divided’] because during the time that he lived, [the people on] the earth were divided [into various language groups]. Peleg’s [younger] brother was Joktan.
১৯এবারের দুইটি ছেলে হয়েছিল। তাদের এক জনের নাম পেলগ (বিভাগ); কারণ তার দিনের পৃথিবী ভাগ হয়েছিল; তাঁর ভাইয়ের নাম ছিল যক্তন।
20 Joktan was the ancestor of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,

21 Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,

২৩ওফীর, হবীলা ও যোববের জন্ম দিলেন। এরা সবাই যক্তনের ছেলে।
24 The descendants of Shem, [in order from him to Abraham], were Arphaxad, Shelah,
২৪শেম, অর্ফকষদ, শেলহ,
25 Eber, Peleg, Reu,
২৫এবর, পেলগ, রিয়ূ,
26 Serug, Nahor, Terah,
২৬সরূগ, নাহোর, তেরহ,
27 and Abram, whose [name was later changed to] Abraham.
২৭অব্রাম, অর্থাৎ অব্রাহাম।
28 Abraham’s sons were Isaac and Ishmael.
২৮অব্রাহামের ছেলেরা হল ইস্হাক ও ইশ্মায়েল।
29 [The son of Abraham’s slave wife Hagar was Ishmael.] Ishmael’s [twelve] sons were Nebaioth, Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,
২৯তাঁদের বংশের কথা এই: ইশ্মায়েলের বড় ছেলে নবায়োৎ, তার পরে কেদর, অদবেল, মিব্সম,
30 Mishma, Dumah, Massa, Hadad, Tema,
৩০মিশ্ম, দূমা, মসা, হদদ, তেমা,
31 Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah.
৩১যিটূর, নাফীশ ও কেদমা। এরা ইশ্মায়েলের ছেলে।
32 [After]’s [wife Sarah died, he took another wife named] Keturah. The sons of Abraham and Keturah were Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. Jokshan’s sons were Sheba and Dedan.
৩২অব্রাহামের উপপত্নী কটূরার ছেলেরা হল সিম্রন, যক্ষণ, মদান, মিদিয়ন, যিশ্বক ও শূহ। যক্ষণের ছেলেরা হল শিবা ও দদান।
33 Midian’s sons were Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abida, and Eldaah.
৩৩মিদিয়নের ছেলেরা হল ঐফা, এফর, হনোক, অবীদ ও ইলদায়া। এরা সবাই ছিল কটূরার বংশধর।
34 The son of Abraham [and his wife Sarah] was Isaac, and Isaac’s sons were Esau and [Jacob, whose name was later changed to] Israel.
৩৪অব্রাহামের ছেলে ইস্হাকের ছেলেরা হল এষৌ আর ইস্রায়েল।
35 The sons of Esau were Eliphaz, Reuel, Jeush, Jalam, and Korah.
৩৫এষৌর ছেলেরা হল ইলীফস, রূয়েল, যিয়ূশ, যালম ও কোরহ।
36 The sons of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, Zepho (OR, Zephi), Gatam, Kenaz, Timna, and Amalek.
৩৬ইলীফসের ছেলেরা হল তৈমন, ওমার, সফী, গয়িতম, কনস এবং তিম্না ও অমালেক।
37 Reuel’s sons were Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.
৩৭রূয়েলের ছেলেরা হল নহৎ, সেরহ, শম্ম ও মিসা।
38 [Another descendant of Esau was Seir. His descendants lived in the Edom region]. Seir’s sons were Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan.
৩৮সেয়ীরের ছেলেরা হল লোটন, শোবল, শিবিয়োন, অনা, দিশোন, এৎসর ও দীশন।
39 Lotan’s sons were Hori and Homam, and Lotan’s sister was Timna.
৩৯লোটনের ছেলেরা হল হোরি ও হোমম। তিম্না ছিল লোটনের বোন।
40 Shobal’s sons were Alvan, Manahath, Ebal, Shepho, and Onam. Zibeon’s sons were Aiah and Anah.
৪০শোবলের ছেলেরা হল অলবন, মানহৎ, এবল, শফী ও ওনম। সিবিয়োনের ছেলেরা হল অয়া ও অনা।
41 Anah’s son was Dishon. 1 Dishon’s sons were Hemdan (OR, Hamran), Eshban, Ithran, and Keran.
৪১অনার ছেলে হল দিশোন। দিশোনের ছেলেরা হল হম্রণ, ইশবন, যিত্রণ ও করাণ।
42 Ezer’s sons were Bilhan, Zaavan, and Akan (OR, Jaakan). Dishan’s sons were Uz and Aran.
৪২এৎসরের ছেলেরা হল বিলহন, সাবন ও যাকন। দীশনের ছেলেরা হল ঊষ ও অরান।
43 [These are the names of] the kings that ruled [the] Edom [region] before any kings ruled over Israel: Bela, the son of Beor, was king in Edom, and the name of the city [in which he lived] was Dinhabah.
৪৩ইস্রায়েলীয়দের উপরে কোনো রাজা রাজত্ব করবার আগে এরা ইদোম দেশের রাজা ছিলেন; বিয়োরের ছেলে বেলা। তাঁর রাজধানীর নাম ছিল দিনহাবা।
44 When Bela died, Jobab, the son of Zerah from Bozrah [city], became the king.
৪৪বেলার মৃত্যুর পরে তাঁর জায়গায় বস্রা শহরের সেরহের ছেলে যোবব রাজত্ব করেন।
45 When Jobab died, Husham became the king. He was from the region where the Teman people-group lived.
৪৫যোববের মৃত্যুর পরে তাঁর জায়গায় তৈমন দেশের হূশম রাজা হয়েছিলেন।
46 When Husham died, Hadad, the son of Bedad, became the king. He [ruled in] Avith city. Hadad’s [army] defeated [the army of the] Midian [people-group] in [the] Moab [region].
৪৬হূশমের মৃত্যুর পরে তাঁর জায়গায় বদদের ছেলে হদদ্ রাজা হয়েছিলেন। তিনি মোয়াব দেশে মিদিয়নীয়দের হারিয়ে দিয়েছিলেন। তাঁর রাজধানীর নাম ছিল অবীৎ।
47 When Hadad died, Samlah became the king. He was from Masrekah [town].
৪৭আর হদদের মৃত্যুর পরে তাঁর জায়গায় মস্রেকা শহরের সম্ল রাজা হয়েছিলেন।
48 When Samlah died, Shaul became the king. He was from Rehoboth [city] along the [Euphrates] river.
৪৮আর সম্লর মৃত্যুর পরে তাঁর জায়গায় সেই জায়গায় (ফরাৎ বা ইউফ্রেটিস) নদীর কাছে রহোবোৎ শহরের শৌল তাঁর পদে রাজা হয়েছিলেন।
49 When Shaul died, Baal-Hanan, the son of Achbor, became the king.
৪৯আর শৌলেরমৃত্যুর পরে তাঁর জায়গায় অকবোরের ছেলে বাল্ হানন রাজা হয়েছিলেন।
50 When Baal-Hanan died, Hadad became the king. He was from Pau city. His wife’s name was Mehetabel; she was the daughter of Matred and the granddaughter of Me-Zahab.
৫০আর বাল্ হাননের মৃত্যুর পরে তাঁর জায়গায় হদদ্ রাজা হয়েছিলেন। তাঁর রাজধানীর নাম ছিল পায় এবং তাঁর স্ত্রীর নাম ছিল মহেটবেল। তিনি মট্রেদের মেয়ে এবং মেষাহবের নাতনী।
51 Then Hadad died. The leaders of the clans of the Edom people-group were Timna, Alvah, Jetheth,
৫১পরে হদদের মৃত্যু হয়েছিল।
52 Oholibamah, Elah, Pinon,
৫২ইদোমের দলপতিদের নাম তিম্ন, অলিয়া, যিথেৎ, অহলীবামা, এলা, পীনোন,
53 Kenaz, Teman, Mibzar,
৫৩কনস, তৈমন, মিব্সর,
54 Magdiel, and Iram.
৫৪মগদীয়েল ও ঈরম। এরা সবাই ইদোমের দলপতি ছিল।
