1 Issachar’s four sons were Tola, Puah, Jashub, and Shimron.
Os filhos de Issacar foram quatro: Tolá, Pua, Jasube, e Sinrom.
2 Tola’s sons were Uzzi, Rephaiah, Jeriel, Jahmai, Ibsam, and Samuel (OR, Shemuel). They were all leaders of the clans [descended from] them. In the record of Tola’s descendants were the names of 22,600 men who served in the army during the time that David was the king [of Israel].
Os filhos de Tolá foram: Uzi, Refaías, Jeriel, Jamai, Ibsão e Samuel, cabeças das famílias de seus pais. De Tolá foram contados por suas genealogias no tempo de Davi vinte e dois mil seiscentos homens guerreiros.
3 Uzzi’s son was Izrahiah. Izrahiah’s five sons were Michael, Obadiah, Joel, and Isshiah. Izrahiah and his sons were all leaders of their clans.
O filho de Uzi foi Izraías; e os filhos de Izraías foram: Micael, Obadias, Joel, e Issias; todos estes cinco foram líderes.
4 In the record of Izrahiah’s descendants were the names of 36,000 men who served in the army because they had many wives and children.
E havia com eles em suas genealogias, segundo as famílias de seus pais, trinta e seis mil homens de guerra, porque tiveram muitas mulheres e filhos.
5 In the records of the clans descended from Issachar were the names of 87,000 men who served in the army.
E seus irmãos em todas as famílias de Issacar, todos contados por suas genealogias, foram oitenta e sete mil guerreiros valentes.
6 [Some of the] sons of Benjamin were Bela, Beker, and Jediael.
Os [filhos] de Benjamim foram três: Belá, Bequer, e Jediael.
7 Bela’s five sons were Ezbon, Uzzi, Uzziel, Jerimoth, and Iri. They were all leaders of clans. In the records of the clans descended from Bela there were names of 22,034 men who served in the army.
Os filhos de Belá foram: Esbom, Uzi, Uziel, Jerimote, e Iri; cinco cabeças de famílias paternas, guerreiros valentes, dos quais foram contados por suas genealogias vinte e dois mil e trinta e quatro.
8 Beker’s sons were Zemirah, Joash, Eliezer, Elioenai, Omri, Jeremoth, Abijah, Anathoth, and Alemeth.
Os filhos de Bequer: Zemira, Joás, Eliézer, Elioenai, Onri, Jerimote, Abias, Anatote e Alemete; todos estes foram filhos de Bequer.
9 In the records of the clans descended from Beker were the names of 20,200 men and leaders of the clans who served in the army.
E foram contados por suas genealogias, segundo suas descendências, e os cabeças de suas famílias, vinte mil e duzentos guerreiros valentes.
10 Jediael’s son was Bilhan. Bilhan’s sons were Jeush, Benjamin, Ehud, Kenaanah, Zethan, Tarshish, and Ahishahar.
E o filho de Jediael foi Bilã; e os filhos de Bilã foram: Jeús, Benjamim, Eúde, Quenaaná, Zetã, Társis, e Aisaar.
11 They were all leaders of clans descended from them. There were 17,200 of them who served in the army.
Todos estes filhos de Jediael foram cabeças de famílias, guerreiros valentes, dezessete mil e duzentos que saíam com o exército para a guerra.
12 Shuppim and Huppim were descendants of Ir. [One of] the descendants of Aher was Hushim.
Supim e Hupim foram filhos de Ir; e Husim foi filho de Aer.
13 Naphtali’s sons were Jahziel, Guni, Jezer, and Shillem. They were all descendants of [Jacob’s slave wife] Bilhah.
Os filhos de Naftali foram: Jaziel, Guni, Jezer, e Salum, filhos de Bila.
14 [This is a list of] Manasseh’s descendants. Manasseh had a slave wife who was from Syria. She was the mother of Asriel and Makir. Makir was the father of Gilead.
Os filhos de Manassés foram: Asriel, o qual foi nascido de sua concubina, a síria, a qual também lhe deu à luz Maquir, pai de Gileade.
15 Makir [had two wives]. They were from the clans of Huppim and Shuppim. One of Makir’s wives was named Maacah. Another descendant [of Makir] was Zelophehad. Zelophehad [had no sons; he] had only daughters.
E Maquir tomou por mulher a irmã de Hupim e Supim, cuja irmã teve por nome Maaca. O nome do segundo foi Zelofeade. E Zelofeade teve [somente] filhas.
16 Makir’s wife Maacah gave birth to two sons whom she named Peresh and Sheresh. Sheresh’s sons were Ulam and Rakem.
E Maaca mulher de Maquir lhe gerou um filho, e chamou seu nome Perez; e o nome de seu irmão foi Seres, cujos filhos foram Ulão e Requém.
17 Ulam’s son was Bedan. All those [men were considered to be] descendants of Gilead, who was the son of Makir and grandson of Manasseh.
E o filho de Ulão foi Bedã. Estes foram os filhos de Gileade, filho de Maquir, filho de Manassés.
18 Makir’s sister name was Hammoleketh who was the mother of Ishdod, Abiezer, and Mahlah.
E sua irmã Hamolequete deu à luz Isode, Abiezer, e Maalá.
19 [One son of Gilead was] Shemida, whose sons were Ahian, Shechem, Likhi, and Aniam.
E os filhos de Semida foram Aiã, Siquém, Liqui, e Anião.
20 [This is a list of] the descendants of Ephraim. One son of Ephraim’s was Shuthelah. Shuthelah’s son was Bered. Bered’s son was Tahath. Tahath’s son was Eleadah. Eleadah’s son was [also named] Tahath.
Os filhos de Efraim: Sutela, seu filho Berede, seu filho Taate, seu filho Eleada, seu filho Taate,
21 Tahath’s son was Zabad. Zabad’s son was Shuthelah. [Ephraim’s other sons, ] Ezer and Elead, went to Gath [city] to steal some cows and sheep. But they were both killed by some of the men from that city.
Seu filho Zabade, seu filho Sutela, seu filho, Ézer, e Eleade. Mas os homens de Gate, naturais daquela terra, os mataram, porque desceram para tomar seus gados.
22 Their father Ephraim cried/mourned for them for many days, and his family came to comfort him.
Por isso seu pai Efraim esteve de luto por muitos dias, e seus irmãos vieram consolá-lo.
23 Then he and his wife had sex [EUP] [again], and she became pregnant and gave birth to a son. Ephraim named him Beriah [which resembles the word ‘trouble’, ] because of the trouble that his family had experienced.
Depois ele se deitou com sua mulher, ela concebeu, e deu à luz um filho, ao qual chamou por nome Berias, pois o desastre havia ocorrido em sua casa.
24 Ephraim’s daughter was Sheerah. Her workers built [three towns]: Lower Beth-Horon, Upper Beth-Horon, and Uzzen-Sheerah.
E sua filha foi Seerá, a qual edificou a Bete-Horom, a baixa e a alta, como também a Uzém-Seerá.
25 [Another] son of Ephraim was Rephah. Rephah’s son was Resheph. Resheph’s son was Telah. Telah’s son was Tahan.
E seu filho foi Refa, seu filho Resefe, seu filho Telá, seu filho Taã,
26 Tahan’s son was Ladan. Ladan’s son was Ammihud. Ammihud’s son was Elishama.
Seu filho Laadã, seu filho Amiúde, seu filho Elisama,
27 Elishama’s son was Nun. Nun’s son was Joshua, [the man who led the Israelis after Moses died].
Seu filho Num, e seu filho Josué.
28 [This is a list of] the cities and areas where the descendants of Ephraim lived: Bethel and the nearby villages; Naaran to the east; Gezer to the west and the nearby villages; and Shechem and the nearby villages. Those villages extended [north] as far as Ayyah and the nearby villages.
E a propriedade e habitação deles foi Betel com suas aldeias, e ao oriente Naarã, e ao ocidente Gezer e suas aldeias, como também Siquém com suas aldeias, até Aia e suas aldeias;
29 Along the border of the area where the descendants of Manasseh lived were these towns: Beth-Shan, Taanach, Megiddo, and Dor, and the nearby villages. The people who lived in all those places were descendants of Jacob’s son Joseph.
E da parte dos filhos de Manassés, Bete-Seã com suas aldeias, Taanaque com suas aldeias, Megido com suas aldeias, e Dor com suas aldeias. Nestes [lugares] habitaram os filhos de José, filho de Israel.
30 Asher’s sons were Imnah, Ishvah, Ishvi, and Beriah. Their sister was Serah.
Os filhos de Aser foram: Imná, Isvá, Isvi, Berias, e sua irmã Sera.
31 Beriah’s sons were Heber and Malkiel. Malkiel was the father of Birzaith
Os filhos de Berias foram: Héber, e Malquiel, o qual foi pai de Bizarvite.
32 Heber was the father of Japhlet, Shomer, and Hotham. Their sister was Shua.
E Héber gerou a Jaflete, Semer, Hotão, e sua irmã Suá.
33 Japhlet’s sons were Pasach, Bimhal, and Ashvath.
Os filhos de Jaflete foram: Pasaque, Bimal, e Asvate. Estes foram os filhos de Jaflete.
34 Japhlet’s [younger] brother was Shomer. Shomer’s sons were Rohgah, Hubbah, and Aram.
Os filhos de Semer foram: Aí, Roga, Jeubá, e Arã.
35 Shomer’s [younger] brother was Hotham (OR, Helem). Hotham’s sons were Zophah, Imna, Shelesh, and Amal.
Os filhos de seu irmão Helém foram: Zofa, Imná, Seles, e Amal.
36 Zophah’s sons were Suah, Harnepher, Shual, Beri, Imrah,

37 Bezer, Hod, Shamma, Shilshah, Ithran [whose other name was Jether], and Beera.
Bezer, Hode, Samá, Silsa, Iltrã e Beera.
38 Jether’s sons were Jephunneh, Pispah, and Ara.
Os filhos de Jéter foram: Jefoné, Pispa, e Ara.
39 [Another descendant of Asher was] Ulla, whose sons were Arah, Hanniel, and Rizia.
E os filhos de Ula foram; Ara, Haniel, e Rizia.
40 All those men were descendants of Asher, and they were all leaders of their clans. They were brave warriors and excellent leaders. In the record of the clans that are descended from Asher are [the names of] 26,000 men who served in the army.
Todos estes foram filhos de Aser, cabeças de famílias paternas, escolhidos guerreiros valentes, chefes de príncipes; e foram contados em suas genealogias no exército para a guerra, em número de vinte e seis mil homens.
