< Romans 12 >
1 I urge you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable to God, your reasonable religious service.
Ɛno nti, anuanom, esiane Onyankopɔn ahummɔbɔ nti, mehyɛ mo sɛ momfa mo ho mmɔ afɔre a ɛyɛ kronkron na ɛsɔ Onyankopɔn ani. Eyi ne nokwasɛm a ɛsɛ sɛ muso mu.
2 Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may determine what is the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God. (aiōn )
Monnyɛ mo ho sɛ wiasefo wɔ mo abrabɔ mu, na mmom momma Onyankopɔn nsakra mo adwene wɔ mo mu, na moanya adwene foforo, na ɛnam so ama moahu Onyankopɔn apɛde, nea eye, nea ɛsɔ nʼani ne nea ewie pɛyɛ. (aiōn )
3 For by the grace given to me I tell everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think, but to think sensibly, in accordance with the measure of faith that God has distributed to each one of you.
Na esiane Onyankopɔn adom a ɔde ama me no nti, meka kyerɛ mo nyinaa se, monnnwene mo ho mma ɛmmoro sɛnea ɛsɛ sɛ modwene, na mmom monnwene mo ho ahobrɛase mu, na mo mu biara nnyina gyidi a Onyankopɔn de ama mo no so.
4 For just as in one body we have many members, and all the members do not have the same function,
Sɛnea yɛn mu biara wɔ nipadua a ho akwaa yɛ bebree, na saa akwaa yi mu biara wɔ dwuma a edi no,
5 so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.
saa ara na Kristo mu no yɛn a yɛyɛ bebree no yɛ nipadua baako, na akwaa biara yɛ akwaa no nyinaa dea.
6 We have different gifts according to the grace given to us. If someone's gift is prophecy, he should prophesy in proportion to his faith;
Yɛwɔ akyɛde ahorow sɛnea wɔde adom yɛn no. Sɛ obi akyɛde yɛ nkɔmhyɛ a, ma onnyina ne gyidi so mfa nyɛ adwuma.
7 if it is service, he should serve; if it is teaching, he should teach;
Sɛ ɛyɛ ɔsom a, ma ɔnsom. Sɛ ɛyɛ nkyerɛkyerɛ a, ma ɔnkyerɛkyerɛ.
8 if it is exhortation, he should exhort; if it is giving, he should do so generously; if it is leadership, he should do so diligently; if it is showing mercy, he should do so cheerfully.
Sɛ ɛsɛ sɛ yɛhyɛ afoforo nkuran a, ɛsɛ sɛ yɛyɛ saa; sɛ ɛyɛ mmoa a ɔde boa afoforo a, ma omfi koma pa mu nyɛ; sɛ ɛyɛ akwankyerɛ a, ma no mfa nsi nyɛ; sɛ ɛyɛ ayamye a, ma ɔmfa anigye nyɛ.
9 Love must be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good.
Ɛsɛ sɛ ɔdɔ yɛ nokware turodoo. Munkyi amumɔyɛ. Mommata nea eye ho.
10 Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Take the lead in honoring one another.
Momfa onuadɔ nnodɔ mo ho mo ho. Munni afoforo ni nsen mo ho.
11 Do not lack diligence in zeal, but be fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.
Monkɔ so nyɛ nsi, monyɛ hyew wɔ honhom mu, na momfa ahosɛpɛw nsom Awurade.
12 Rejoice in hope, persevere in tribulation, and persist in prayer.
Munnya anidaso mu anigye, amanehunu mu boasetɔ, na momfa gyidi mmɔ mpae.
13 Contribute to the needs of the saints, and pursue hospitality.
Mone Onyankopɔn nkurɔfo a ahia wɔn no nkyɛ nea mowɔ. Mommɔ ahɔhoyɛ ho mmɔden.
14 Bless those who persecute you; bless, and do not curse.
Munhyira wɔn a wɔtaa mo no. Munhyira wɔn, na monnnome wɔn.
15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.
Mo ne anigyefo ani nnye, na mo ne asufo nsu.
16 Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Do not be wise in your own estimation.
Mo ne afoforo ntena asomdwoe mu. Monnyɛ ahantan, na mmom momfa mo ho mmɔ mmɔborɔfo. Mummmu mo ho anyansafo.
17 Repay no one evil for evil, but have regard for what is right in the sight of all.
Mommfa bɔne ntua bɔne biara so ka. Monyɛ nea ɛbɛma nnipa de nidi ama mo.
18 If possible, as far as it depends on you, be at peace with everyone.
Sɛ ebetumi a, mo fam de, mo ne obiara ntena asomdwoe mu.
19 Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord.”
Monntɔ were me nnamfonom, na mmom momma Onyankopɔn abufuw ho kwan efisɛ wɔakyerɛw se, “Me na aweretɔ wɔ me, metua ka,” Awurade na ose.
20 Therefore, “if yoʋr enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by doing so, yoʋ will heap coals of fire on his head.”
Nanso, “Sɛ ɔkɔm de wo tamfo a, ma no aduan nni; sɛ osukɔm de no a, ma no nsu nnom. Na sɛ woyɛ saa a, woboaboa nnyansramma ano gu nʼatifi.”
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
Mommma bɔne nni mo so. Mmom, momfa papa nni bɔne so.
