Matthew 1
1 The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.
येशु ख्रिस्त जो दावीद राजाना पोऱ्या, जो अब्राहामना पोऱ्या ह्याना वंशावळीनं पुस्तक.
2 Abraham was the father of Isaac, Isaac was the father of Jacob, Jacob was the father of Judah and his brothers,
अब्राहामले इसहाक नावना पोऱ्या व्हयना; इसहाकले याकोब; याकोबले यहुदा; अनं त्याना भाऊ व्हयनात;
3 Judah was the father of Perez and Zerah by Tamar, Perez was the father of Hezron, Hezron was the father of Ram,
यहुदाले तामारेपाईन पेरेस अनं जेरह व्हयनात; पेरेसले हेस्रोन व्हयना; हेस्रोनले अराम व्हयना;
4 Ram was the father of Amminadab, Amminadab was the father of Nahshon, Nahshon was the father of Salmon,
अरामले अम्मीनादाब; अम्मीनादाबले नहशोन; नहशोनले सल्मोन;
5 Salmon was the father of Boaz by Rahab, Boaz was the father of Obed by Ruth, Obed was the father of Jesse,
सल्मोनले रहाबेपाईन बवाज; बवाजाले रूथपाईन ओबेद; ओबेदाले इशाय;
6 and Jesse was the father of David the king. David the king was the father of Solomon by the wife of Uriah,
अनं इशायले; दावीद राजा व्हयना; जी पहिले उरीयानी बायको व्हती; तिनापाईन दावीदले शलमोन व्हयना;
7 Solomon was the father of Rehoboam, Rehoboam was the father of Abijah, Abijah was the father of Asa,
शलमोनले रहाबाम; रहबामले अबीया; अबीयाले आसा;
8 Asa was the father of Jehoshaphat, Jehoshaphat was the father of Joram, Joram was the father of Uzziah,
आसाले यहोशाफाट; यहोशाफाटले योराम; योरामले उज्जीया;
9 Uzziah was the father of Jotham, Jotham was the father of Ahaz, Ahaz was the father of Hezekiah,
उज्जीयाले योथाम; योथामले आहाज; आहाजले हिज्कीया;
10 Hezekiah was the father of Manasseh, Manasseh was the father of Amon, Amon was the father of Josiah,
हिज्कीयाले मन्नशे; मन्नशेला आमोन; आमोनले योशीया;
11 and Josiah was the father of Jechoniah and his brothers, at the time of the Babylonian resettlement.
अनी बाबेलले देशांतर व्हयनं तवय योशीयाले यखन्या अनं त्याना भाऊ व्हयनात.
12 After the Babylonian resettlement, Jechoniah was the father of Shealtiel, Shealtiel was the father of Zerubbabel,
बाबेलले देशांतर व्हयनं तवय यखन्याले शल्तीएल व्हयना; शल्तीएलले जरूब्बाबेल;
13 Zerubbabel was the father of Abiud, Abiud was the father of Eliakim, Eliakim was the father of Azor,
जरूब्बाबेलले अबीहूद; अबीहूदले एल्याकीम; एल्याकीमले अज्जुर;
14 Azor was the father of Zadok, Zadok was the father of Achim, Achim was the father of Eliud,
अज्जुरले सादोक; सादोकले याखीम; याखीमले एलीहुद;
15 Eliud was the father of Eleazar, Eleazar was the father of Matthan, Matthan was the father of Jacob,
एलीहुदले एलाजार; एलाजारले मत्तान; मत्तानले याकोब;
16 and Jacob was the father of Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.
अनी याकोबले योसेफ व्हयना. जो मरीयाना नवरा व्हता, अनी मरीयाले येशु व्हयना ज्याले ख्रिस्त म्हणतस.
17 So in all there were fourteen generations from Abraham to David, fourteen generations from David to the Babylonian resettlement, and fourteen generations from the Babylonian resettlement to the Christ.
याप्रमाणे अब्राहामपाईन दावीदपावत सर्व मिळीसन चौदा पिढ्या; दावीदपाईन बाबेलले देशांतर करं तोपावत चौदा पिढ्या; अनी बाबेलले देशांतर व्हवनं तवयपाईन ख्रिस्तपावत चौदा पिढ्या.
18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit.
येशुना जन्म असा व्हयना की, त्यानी माय मरीया हिनी योसेफसंगे मांगनी व्हयेल व्हती, त्यासनं लगीन व्हवाना पहिले पवित्र आत्माकडतीन तिले दिवस राही गयात. अस दखायी वनं
19 Because her husband Joseph was a righteous man and did not want to shame her publicly, he intended to send her away privately.
तिना नवरा योसेफ हाऊ एक धार्मीक माणुस व्हता अनं तिनी बदनामी व्हवाले नको म्हणीसन तिले चुपचाप सोडी देवानी त्यानी ईच्छा व्हती.
20 But as he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph, Son of David, do not be afraid to receive Mary as yoʋr wife, for the child that is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.
जवय तो हाऊ ईचार करीच राहींता ईतलामा एक प्रभुना स्वर्गदूतनी त्याले सपनमा दर्शन दिसन सांगं, हे, “योसेफ दावीदना पोऱ्या, तु मरीयाले बायको बनाडाले घाबरू नको, कारण तिना पोटमा जो गर्भ शे, तो पवित्र आत्माकडतीन शे.
21 She will give birth to a son, and yoʋ shall name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.”
ती पोऱ्याले जन्म दि त्यानं नाव तु येशु ठेव, कारण तोच आपला लोकसले पापपाईन वाचाडी.”
22 All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had spoken through the prophet:
हाई सर्व यानाकरता व्हयनं, की, प्रभुनी संदेष्टासनाद्वारा जे सांगेल व्हतं ते पुर्ण व्हवाले पाहिजे ते अस.
23 “Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will name him Immanuel” (which means, “God with us”).
दखा, “कुमारी गर्भवती व्हई अनं तिले पोऱ्या व्हई, अनी त्याले इम्मानुएल हाई नाव देतीन.” ह्या नावना अर्थ “आमनासंगे देव असा शे.”
24 When Joseph awoke from his sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him. He took his wife
तवय झोपमाईन ऊठानंतर प्रभुना दूतनी जशी आज्ञा करी, तसं योसेफनी करं त्यानी आपली बायकोना स्विकार करा.
25 but had no marital relations with her until she had given birth to her firstborn son. And he named him Jesus.
जोपावत तिनी पोऱ्याले जन्म दिधा नही, तोपावत मरीयाना जोडे तो निजना नही, जवय पोऱ्या व्हयना तवय त्यानी त्यानं नाव येशु ठेवं.
