3 And in the morning you say, ‘There will be a storm today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites! You know how to discern the appearance of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times?
Palwakilo mwiti, 'uMusyughu ifula imbaha jitoonya, ilwakuva kulimafunde kange kughuvile.' Mwe vakedusi umue, mukagwile kuluvulania ifivalilo ifya kukyanya ku palanga, lwandaani mukunua kukufitang'hania ifivalilo fino fivombeka lino kuuti fili nu muluvo muki!
4 An evil and adulterous generation asks for a sign, but no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.” Then he left them and went away.
Avaanhu va kisina iki ikihosi, vano navikum'bikila mwojo uNguluve, vilonda ikivalilo. Looli navalapelue ikivalilo, ulwene ikivalilo kino uNguluve alyahufisie vwimila uYoona.” Pepano uYesu akavaleka, akavuuka, iluta.

8 Aware of this, Jesus said to them, “Why are you discussing among yourselves, O you of little faith, the fact that you brought no bread?
