< Hebrews 10 >
1 Since the law has only a shadow of the good things to come and not the true form of those things, the same sacrifices offered year after year can never perfect those who draw near to worship.
Muse wogay buro sinththara yaana lo7o hanotas Eshoope attin tumu adda medhay izas deena. Hessa gishshi laythan laythan paacey baynda shiri shiri shiishiza yarshoy Xoossu goynanas shiqiza asa geeshanas muleka danda7ibeyna
2 Otherwise, would they not have ceased to be offered, since the worshipers would have been purified once and for all, and would no longer have any consciousness of their sins?
Asa mulera geeshana danda7izayssa gididako istti yarsho yarshanayssa aggagetenee? Qasseka Xoossu goynana shiiqiza asay issito geyizako ba wozinara nagarancha gididayssa sidhanakoshin.
3 But year after year they are reminded of their sins by these sacrifices.
Gido attin heyti yarshoti layhtan laythan nagara zaari zaari qofisitees.
4 For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.
Gaasoyka mirgotane deyshata suuthu asape nagara diganas danda7ena.
5 Therefore, when Christ came into the world, he said, “Sacrifice and offering yoʋ did not desire, but a body yoʋ prepared for me;
Hessa gishshi kiristoosay hayssa ha alameza yidi hizgides “Neni imotane yarsho koyabeyke shin ne taas nena giigisadasa.
6 in whole burnt offerings and sin offerings yoʋ took no pleasure.
Taman xuugettiza yarshone nagara gishshi shiiqiza yarshon ufa7istabeyka.
7 Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come to do yoʋr will, O God, as it is written about me in the scroll of the book.’”
He wode tani hizgadis “Ta gishshi geisha maxaafan xaafetida mala (Xoosso hekko ta ne shene oothanas yadis” ) gadis.
8 In the passage above he says, “Sacrifice and offering, and whole burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor did you take pleasure in them” (although they are offered according to the law),
Muse wogay hessi hessaththo hanana mala azazikoka izi qasse koyro “Yarsho, imota, xuugettiza yarshone nagara gishshi shiiqiza yarsho ne koyabeykane izan ufa7istabeyka” gees.
9 Then he adds, “Behold, I have come to do yoʋr will, O God.” He takes away the first in order to establish the second.
Kaallethidika “Hekko ta ne shene oothana yadis” gides. Nam77anthoza esanas koyroyssa diggides.
10 By God's will, we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Hayssa ha “iza shene” giza qaala mala hara yarsho zaarethi shiishanas koshontta mala Yesus kiristoosa baggara issi to shiiqida yarshon geeydosu.
11 Now every priest stands daily at service, offering again and again the same sacrifices that can never take away sins.
Qessey hachchi hachchi eqqidi ba ootho polees. Ase nagarape geeshanas danda7onttayata wonttin wonttin shiishes.
12 But when Christ had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God,
Kiristoosay gidiko yarsho issito medhinas gidanayssa shiishidi Aawa oshachan uttides.
13 where he is now waiting until his enemies are made a footstool for his feet.
He gallasafe simmin iza morketi iza to garisan yedhistana gakanas naagon dees.
14 For by one offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.
Gaasoyka issi to shiishida yarshon geyana asata medhinas geeshides.
15 The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. First he says,
Hessa he hanoza gishshi xiillo ayanayka nuusi marikatees. Koyro hizgees
16 “This is the covenant I will make with them after those days, says the Lord: I will put my laws on their hearts and write them on their minds.”
“Hessafe guye ta isttara gelana caaqo qaalay hayssako gees Goday Ta woga ta istta wozinan wothana. Istta Wozinan ta xaafana.
17 Then he adds, “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”
Qasseka “Ta istta nagarane makal7a nam77antho qopike” gees Goday.
18 Now where there is remission of these, an offering for sin is no longer needed.
Heytantti wurikka atto geetetidape guye nam77antho nagara nagara hara shiiqana yarshoy deena.
19 Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus,
Hessa gishshi ta ishato nuni Yesus kiristoosa suutha baggara gede wurisofe dumma geeshi geetettizasoyo gelanas xalateth demmidosu.
20 by the new and living way he opened for us through the veil (that is, through his flesh),
Hessika magalasha baggara; hessika izi ba asho baggara nuusu doyida orathine deyo gidida ogenkko.
21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God,
Xoossa keeththa bolla shuumetida qessista halaqay nuusu diza gishshi
22 let us draw near with true hearts, in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
nuni nu iitta qofape geeyanas nu wozina aracetidi nu asatethaka xiillo haathan meecetidi tumu wozinapene kumetha ammanon Xoossako ane shiiqo
23 Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.
Nuusu ufayssa qaala immidadey ammanetizade gidida gishshi nuni ammanidi iza gishshi marikatiza ufayssafe hee haa goontta ane lo7ethi oykkos.
24 And let us consider how to spur one another on to love and good works,
Siiqonine lo7o oothon nu minni daana mala ane issay issa qofisos.
25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
Ane nu wuriso gallas issay issara gakki gakki issay issa minthethos attin issi issi asati shiiqo aggida mala ane nuni shiiqoza aggokko. Harapeka Goda Yussay matatidaysa qopishe kasep minni shiqite.
26 For if we continue sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
Nuni tuma shaaki eridi ekkidayssafe erishe nagara oothiko hayssafe guye nagaras shiiqanas hara yarshoy deena.
27 but only a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume God's adversaries.
Hara buro hananay daro babisiza piriday Xoossa morketa xuugana naagiza mino tamay xalala dees.
28 Anyone who has rejected the law of Moses dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
Muse woga kadhida uray nam77u woykko hedzdzu markkati markkatiko maaroy baynda hayqon qaxxayetes.
29 How much worse punishment do you think will be deserved by someone who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace?
Histin Xoossa na kadhida uray izan geeyida caaqo suutha hiraysso miisha mala qoodidadesine iza kiyatetha ayana isethidades ay mala hessafe adhiza piriday izas ba ssiza intes milatizee?
30 For we know him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people.”
Tani izas halo kessan. Izade ootho mala izades ta zaarana” gidayssa nu erosu. Qasseka “Goday ba dereza bolla piridana” gees Goday.
31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
Deyo Xoossa kushen kundethi daro babises.
32 But remember the earlier days when, after you were enlightened, you endured a hard struggle in the face of suffering.
Intes issi to po7oy po7idape guye meto wode daro baxen inte kase minni eqqida beni wodeza yuushi qopite.
33 At times you were publicly exposed to reproach and affliction, and at other times you were partners with those who were treated that way.
Issi issi wode inte duulata dere sinththan cashasine goodetethas aadhi imettidista. Qasse hara wodeka hessa mala waayey istta bolla gakida asatara inteka issife waaye beyidista.
34 For you sympathized with me when I was in prison, and you accepted the plundering of your possessions with joy, knowing that you have for yourselves a better and lasting possession in heaven.

35 Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward.
Hessagishshi gita waggay diza kase inte ammanotethiyo agopite.
36 For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what was promised.
Inte Xoossa dhene polidi izi intes immida ufayssa qaala ekanas minni eqanas intena koshes.
37 “For in just a little while, he who is coming will come and not delay.
Gaasoyka guutha wodepe kaallidi “Yanadey izi yana; gammi7ena”
38 But the righteous one will live by faith; and if he shrinks back, my soul will take no pleasure in him.”
Xiillo uray gidiko ammanon deyo demmana. Guye shiriqaqizadey diiko ta shempoy izade. bolla ufa7etuku
39 But we are not among those who shrink back and are destroyed, but among those who have faith and preserve their souls.
Nuni gidiko ammanidi attidayta baggako attin gede guye unddudi dhayzayta bagga gidoko.
