< Ephesians 4 >

1 Therefore I, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling you have received,
E'ina hu'negu nagra Ramofo kina vahe'mo'na, knare hutma mani'zantamifi kana nevutma, tamagima higetma eri'naza zanku hampo'nati'na tamavumro nentoe.
2 with all humility and gentleness, and with patience, bearing with one another in love,
Tamavufga anteramitma, agazone hutma ru vahe'ene nemanitma, ke hakare osutma fru hutma, vahe'mofo antahizamitma zamesi zamanteho.
3 and being diligent to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Hakare zupa hanavetitma Avamu'ene tragotetma nemanitma, hamprima tamanteno anaki'ma tamante'nea fruzana erigahaze.
4 There is one body and one Spirit (just as you were called to one hope at your calling),
Tagra mika'mota magoke tavufgafi magoke Avamu mani'neankino, anahukna huno e'ima tagi hu'neana magoke Anumzamofo naga fore hanunku tagi hu'ne.
5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism,
Magoke Rantia manigeno, magoke tamentinti megeta, magoke mono ti nefrone.
6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in us all.
Anumza Nerfa'a maka'mota magoke mani'neno kva huneranteno, maka'za kva nehuno maka'zampina mani'ne.
7 Now each one of us was given grace according to the measure of Christ's gift.
Hu'neanagi magoke magoke'mota asunku'zana ruzahu ruzahu muse'za Kraisi'a tami'ne.
8 Therefore it says, “When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive and gave gifts to men.”
E'ina hu'negu avontafepina anage hu'ne, Agrama anagamu marenerino'a, Agra vugota huno kina vahe zamareno vu'ne. Agra'a vahera muse'za zami'ne. (Sam-Zga 68:18)
9 (Now what does “he ascended” mean except that he first also descended into the lower parts of the earth?
Menina anage nehzankea me'ne, anagamu mareri'ne, ana kemofona nankna agu'agesa me'ne, Agra anazanke huno mopa agu'afi urami'neana?
10 He who descended is the very one who ascended far above all the heavens, so that he might fill all things.)
Agra urami'nemo otino marerino maka mona agatereno afete mani'neankino, Agra hakare zampina mani avitesigu anara hu'ne.
11 It was he who appointed some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers,
Mago'a nagara Agra aposol eri'za nezmino, mago'a nagara kasnampa eri'za nezmino, mago'a nagara mono ke huamahu eri'za nezmino, mago'a nagara mono kevu kegava kri eriza nezmino, mago'a nagara rempi huzmi eriza zami'ne.
12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry and to build up the body of Christ,
Eri'za erisaza'zama, naga'amokizmi (Saints) zami'neana, non kiaza hu'za Kraisi avufa eri ra hugahaze,
13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, growing into maturity with a stature measured by Christ's fullness.
ana nehuta Anumzamofo Mofavre'are tamentintifina eri mago huta keta antahita nehuta, hanave enerita Ramofonte nena vahetfa nemanita, Kraisi avu'avapina aviteta Agri kna huta manigahune.
14 So we must no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men and their craftiness in deceitful scheming.
Ana agafare tagra osi mofavregna huta omani'nunkeno, hagerimo erikranto kranto hiankna tamentintifina osnie. Na'ankure mago'amo'za ruzahu ke hunerasmi'za, anankea havige hu'za eri tamage kegna ke nerasmize.
15 Rather, speaking the truth in love, we must grow up in every way into him who is the head, that is, Christ.
Hianagi tamage ke nehuta, tagu'areti vahera zamesi nezmanteta, hageta nena nehanunkeno maka'zamofona Kraisi aseni'a manigahie.
16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting joint, grows and builds itself up in love as each individual part does its work.
Agripi miko avufamo omoni, emeni huno azeri hanavetisigeno, magoke magoke avufamo'a ruzahu ruzahu eri'za e'nerino, miko avufamo'a ra huno knare avesi'zampi hagegahie.
17 Therefore, I solemnly declare in the Lord that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles do, in the futility of their minds.
Hagi Ramofo hanave'afi anage hu'na neramasamue, mono nontahiza vahe knara (Gentiles) osiho, zamagra hzanegre'za mago'zana zamagu'areti hugara osu'naze.
18 They are darkened in their understanding, being excluded from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardness of their hearts.
Antahi'za zamifina hani hige'za, Anumzamofo mani'zampintira atre'za megi'a nemanize, na'ankure zamagra antahi'za ke'za nosazageno, zamagu'amo'a hanaveti'ne.
19 They became callous and gave themselves up to lewd behavior, greedy to engage in every kind of impurity.
Ana nehu'za zamagra havizane knare'zane kegava nosu'za, zamesi'zamofo kefo avu'ava zampi nevazageno, zamagri mani'zampina maka havizamofo avesi'zamo avite'ne.
20 But you did not learn Christ in that way!
Hu'neanagi tamagra, e'inahu zampintira Kraisina rempi huta ontahi'naze.
21 Surely you have heard about him and were taught in him, just as the truth is in Jesus,
Tamagrama ko Agriku'ma nentahizageno Agripima rempi hurami'nea zana, Jisasimpi tamage nanekea me'ne.
22 to put off your old self, which belongs to your former way of life and is being corrupted by its deceitful desires,
Korapa ama mopafi kasri avu'avaza mani'zantamifi me'neane, maka havi tamagu tamagesa me'neane, havige na atreho.
23 to be renewed in the spirit of your minds,
Ana nehuta antahintahifine, avamupi kasefa huta manigahaze.
24 and to put on the new self, created according to the image of God in true righteousness and holiness.
Kasefa vahe tro huta nemanita, Anumzankna huta fatgo avu'ava zampi ruotage huta tamage ke'afi manigahaze.
25 Therefore, having laid aside falsehood, each of you must speak the truth with his neighbor, because we are members of one another.
E'ina hu'negu magoke magoke'motma havige osutma tamage hiho. Mago avufagna hutma mono kevu mani'nonanki, tva'ontamire ru vahe'ma mani'nesiana havigea huonteho.
26 Do not sin in your anger. Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry,
Tamarimpa hegahianagi, ana zampina kumira osiho, tamarimpa hesuta zaza kna omanita ko eri so'e hutenkeno zage'a ufreno.
27 and do not give any opportunity to the devil.
Hankromofona (Satana) mago kankmuna tamagra omiho.
28 He who steals must no longer steal; rather he must labor, doing honest work with his hands, so that he may have something to contribute to anyone in need.
Musufa ne'ma mani nesuno'a musufa oseno. Hianagi agra azampinti eri'za erino knare'zana erifore nehuno, zamagrazmi zamaza huga osu'nesaza nagara zamaza hugahie.
29 Let no foul word come out of your mouth, but only what is good for edification, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.
Hanki tamagipintira vahe'mokizmia havi nanekene urinke'nena ozmasmitma, zamaza nehutma, hanaveti'za manisaza nanekege nehnageno, antahisamokizmi'a zamaza hugahie.
30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
Anumzamofo Avamura mani'zantmifina rimpagna eriomiho. Tmagesa antahiho, Avamu'mo agra azanko avoma'a kreno tamagra nagri nagare hu'neankino, esnia knarera tamaza huno tamavregahie.
31 Put away all bitterness, wrath, anger, outbursts, and slander, together with all malice.
Rimpa hevava hu'zane, maka rimpa haviza huno ha' hu'zane, rimpa he'zane, rankege hu'zane, vahe zamefi'a ke hu'zana netretma, maka vahe'ma knazama zami'zana atreho.
32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ has forgiven us.
Agazone hutma vaheku tamasuntgi nezmantetma, Kraisimpi kumitia Anumzamo eri atre'rante'neankna hutma, kumi'zmia atre'zmanteho.
