Revelation 12
1 And a great wonder was seen in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a coronet of twelve stars.
ⲁ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲓⲥ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⲁ ⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ ⳿ⲙⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ ⲁϥⲟⲩⲟⲛϩϥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲧⲫⲉ ⲟⲩ⳿ⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲉⲥϫⲟⲗϩ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲫⲣⲏ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲓⲟϩ ⲥⲁⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉⲥ ϭⲁⲗⲁⲩϫ ⲟⲩ⳿ⲭⲗⲟⲙ ⲉϥⲧⲟⲓ ⳿ⲉϫⲉⲛ ⲧⲉⲥⲁⲫⲉ ⳿ⲙⲓ̅ⲃ̅ ⳿ⲛⲥⲓⲟⲩ.
2 And, being with child, she cried, and travailed, and had the pangs of bringing forth.
ⲃ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲥ⳿ⲙⲃⲟⲕⲓ ⲉⲥⲱϣ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲥϯ ⲛⲁⲕϩⲓ ⲉⲥⲙⲟⲕϩ ⲉⲥⲛⲁⲙⲓⲥⲓ.
3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and lo, a great fiery dragon, which had seven heads and ten horns, and upon his head seven diadems.
ⲅ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲕⲉⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ ⲁϥⲟⲩⲟⲛϩϥ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲧⲫⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲓⲥ ⲟⲩ⳿ⲇⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ ⳿ⲛⲁⲟⲩⲁⲛ ⳿ⲛ⳿ⲭⲣⲱⲙ ⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ ⲡⲉ ⳿ⲉⲙⲁϣⲱ ⳿ⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲍ̅ ⳿ⲛ⳿ⲁⲫⲉ ⳿ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲓ̅ ⳿ⲛⲧⲁⲡ ⳿ⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲍ̅ ⳿ⲛ⳿ⲭⲗⲟⲙ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲉϥ⳿ⲁⲫⲏⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ.
4 And his tail drew along the third part of the stars of heaven, and cast them on the earth. And the dragon was standing before the woman, who was about to bring forth, so that, when she should bring forth, he might devour her child.
ⲇ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϥⲥⲁⲧ ⲁϥⲱϣϯ ⳿ⲙⲫⲣⲉⲅ̅ ⳿ⲛⲛⲓⲥⲓⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⳿ⲧⲫⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϩⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⳿ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲇⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ ⲁϥⲟϩⲓ ⳿ⲉⲣⲁⲧϥ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉ⳿ⲙⲑⲟ ⳿ⲛϯ⳿ⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲁⲥϣⲁⲛⲙⲓⲥⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉϥⲟⲙⲕϥ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲇⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ.
5 And she brought forth a male child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her child was caught up to God and to his throne.
ⲉ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲥⲙⲓⲥⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⳿ⲛϩⲱⲟⲩⲧ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲫⲏⲉⲑⲛⲁ⳿ⲁⲙⲟⲛⲓ ⳿ⲛⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩ⳿ϣⲃⲱⲧ ⳿ⲙⲃⲉⲛⲓⲡⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩϩⲱⲗⲉⲙ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⳿ⲉ⳿ⲡϣⲱⲓ ϩⲁ ⲫϯ ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁ ⲡⲉϥ⳿ⲑⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ.
6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she had a place which was prepared for her by God; so that they might nourish her there a thousand and two hundred and sixty days.
ⲋ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϯ⳿ⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲁⲥⲫⲱⲧ ⳿ⲉ⳿ⲡϣⲁϥⲉ ⳿ⲉⲡⲓⲙⲁ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲫϯ ⲥⲉⲃⲧⲱⲧϥ ⲛⲁⲥ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⳿ⲛⲥⲉϣⲁⲛⲟⲩϣⲥ ⳿ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩϣⲟ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲥ̅ ⳿ⲛϥ̅ ⳿ⲛ⳿ⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ.
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought,
ⲍ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ ⳿ⲙⲃⲱⲧⲥ ⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲧⲫⲉ ⲙⲓⲭⲁⲏⲗ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉϥⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲱⲧⲥ ⲟⲩⲃⲉ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲇⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲇⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ ⲁϥⲃⲱⲧⲥ ⲟⲩⲃⲏⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉϥⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ.
8 and prevailed not; nor was their place found any more in heaven.
ⲏ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉϥ⳿ϣϫⲉⲙϫⲟⲙ ⲟⲩⲃⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉϯ ⲛⲉⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲙⲡⲟⲩⲭⲁ ⲙⲁ ⲛⲁϥ ϫⲉ ⳿ⲉ⳿ⲡϣⲱⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲧⲫⲉ.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, the old serpent, who is called the Deceiver, and Satan, who seduceth all the inhabited world: he was cast upon the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
ⲑ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩϩⲓⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓ⳿ⲇⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ ⲡⲓⲛⲓϣϯ ⳿ⲛϩⲟϥ ⳿ⲡⲁⲣⲭⲉⲟⲥ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩϯ ⳿ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲡⲓⲇⲓ⳿ⲁⲃⲟⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲡⲥⲁⲧⲁⲛⲁⲥ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲥⲱⲣⲉⲙ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲕⲟⲥⲙⲟⲥ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲁⲩϩⲓⲧϥ ⳿ⲉⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲁⲩϩⲓⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ ⳿ⲛⲛⲉϥⲕⲉⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲉⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ⲛⲉⲙⲁϥ.
10 And I heard a great voice in heaven, which said: Now is there deliverance, and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the dominion of his Messiah: because the Accuser of our brethren is cast out, who accused them day and night before our God.
ⲓ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⳿ⲉⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ ⳿ⲛ⳿ⲥⲙⲏ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲡϣⲱⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲧⲫⲉ ⲉⲥϫⲱ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲁ ⲡⲓⲟⲩϫⲁⲓ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ϯϫⲟⲙ ⲛⲉⲙ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲟⲩⲣⲟ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲉϥⲭ͞ⲣⲥ̅ ϫⲉ ⲁⲩϩⲓⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲕⲁⲧⲏⲅⲟⲣⲟⲥ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲛⲉⲛ⳿ⲥⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲁϥⲉⲣⲕⲁⲧⲏⲅⲟⲣⲓⲛ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉ⳿ⲙⲑⲟ ⳿ⲙⲫϯ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓ⳿ⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲉϫⲱⲣϩ.
11 And they overcame him, because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony: and they loved not their life, even to death.
ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ϫⲉ ⳿ⲛⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲩϭⲣⲟ ⳿ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⳿ⲡ⳿ⲥⲛⲟϥ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲓϩⲓⲏⲃ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⳿ⲡ⳿ⲥⲛⲟϥ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲧⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲙⲁⲣⲧⲩⲣⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲏⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ⳿ⲙⲡⲟⲩⲙⲉⲛⲣⲉ ⲧⲟⲩⲯⲩⲭⲏ ϣⲁ ⳿ⲉ⳿ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⳿ⲉ⳿ⲫⲙⲟⲩ.
12 Therefore, be joyful, O heaven, and ye that dwell there. Woe to the earth, and to the sea; for the Deceiver hath come down to you, being in great wrath since he knoweth that his time is short.
ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲫⲁⲓ ⲟⲩⲛⲟϥ ⳿ⲙⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲫⲏⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲏⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ ⳿ⲛϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⳿ⲫⲓⲟⲙ ϫⲉ ⲁϥ⳿ⲓ ⲉⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ϩⲁⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲇⲓ⳿ⲁⲃⲟⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲉⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ ⳿ⲛ⳿ⲙⲃⲟⲛ ⳿ⲛϧⲏⲧϥ ⲉϥ⳿ⲉⲙⲓ ϫⲉ ⲕⲉⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲥⲏⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲉ⳿ⲛⲧⲁϥ ⳿ⲙⲙⲁⲩ.
13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast out upon the earth, he persecuted the woman who brought forth the male child.
ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ⲉⲧⲁϥⲛⲁⲩ ⲇⲉ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲇⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ ϫⲉ ⲁⲩϩⲓⲧϥ ⳿ⲉ⳿ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲁϥϭⲟϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲥⲁ ϯ⳿ⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲑⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲥⲙⲓⲥⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⳿ⲛϩⲱⲟⲩⲧ.
14 And to the woman were given the two wings of the great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, to her place; where she is nourished a time and times and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩϯ ⲛⲁⲥ ⳿ⲛⲛⲓϣϯ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉⲛϩ ⲃ̅ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⳿ⲛⲛⲁ ⲟⲩⲁϧⲱⲙ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉⲥϩⲱⲗ ⳿ⲉ⳿ⲡϣⲁϥⲉ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ ϯ⳿ⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⳿ⲉ⳿ⲫⲙⲁ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲛⲁϣⲁⲛⲟⲩϣⲥ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲥⲏⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛⲥⲏⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ⳿ⲧⲫⲁϣⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲟⲩⲥⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲁ ⳿ⲡϩⲟ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓϩⲟϥ.
15 And the serpent ejected from his mouth waters like a river, after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away by the flood.
ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓϩⲟϥ ⲁϥϩⲓⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲣⲱϥ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲓⲁⲣⲟ ⳿ⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲥⲁⲫⲁϩⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛϯ⳿ⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ.
16 And the earth helped the woman: and the earth opened its mouth, and drank up the flood which the serpent ejected from his mouth.
ⲓ̅ⲋ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲛ ⳿ⲛⲣⲱϥ ⲁϥⲟⲙⲕ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲓⲁⲣⲟ ⳿ⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲇⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ ϩⲓⲧϥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲫⲁϩⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛϯ⳿ⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ.
17 And the dragon was enraged against the woman; and he went to make war upon the residue of her seed, who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus. [ (Revelation of John 12:18) And he stood on the sand of the sea. ]
ⲓ̅ⲍ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϫⲱⲛⲧ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ ⲡⲓ⳿ⲇⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ϯ⳿ⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϣⲉ ⲛⲁϥ ⳿ⲉ⳿ⲓⲣⲓ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲃⲱⲧⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⳿ⲡⲥⲉⲡⲓ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲡ⳿ⲥⲡⲉⲣⲙⲁ ⳿ⲛϯ⳿ⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲛⲏⲉⲧⲁⲣⲉϩ ⳿ⲉⲛⲓⲉⲛⲧⲟⲗⲏ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⲛⲉⲙ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ Ⲓⲏ̅ⲥ̅
