Mark 9
1 And he said to them: Verily I say to you, There are some standing here, who will not taste of death, until they shall see the kingdom of God to be coming with power.
၁ငါအမှန်ဆိုသည်ကား၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏ နိုင်ငံတော်သည် တန်ခိုးနှင့်တကွ တည်ကြောင်းကို ဤအရပ်၌ ရှိသောသူ အချို့တို့သည် မမြင်မှီသေခြင်းသို့ မရောက်ရကြဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
2 And after six days, Jesus took Cephas and James and John, and led them to a high mountain, apart; and was transformed before them.
၂ခြောက်ရက်လွန်သောအခါ ယေရှုသည် ပေတရု၊ ယာကုပ်၊ ယောဟန်တို့ကိုခေါ်၍၊ အခြားသူ မပါဘဲ မြင့်လှစွာသော တောင်ပေါ်တွင် ဆိတ်ကွယ်ရာအရပ်သို့ ဆောင်ကြွတော်မူ၏။ သူတို့ရှေ့၌ ထူးခြားသော အဆင်းအရောင်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံသည်ဖြစ်၍၊
3 And his raiment shone and was very white, like snow, so as men on earth can never whiten.
၃အဝတ်တော်လည်း ပြောင်လက်လျှက်၊ ဤမြေပေါ်၌ အဘယ်ခဝါသည်မျှ မတတ်နိုင်အောင် မိုဃ်းပွင့် ကဲ့သို့ အလွန်ဖြူလျက်ရှိ၏။
4 And there appeared to them Moses and Elijah, in conversation with Jesus.
၄မောရှေနှင့် ဧလိယသည် ထင်ရှား၍ ယေရှုနှင့်အတူ စကားပြောလျက်ရှိ၏။
5 And Cephas said to him: Rabbi, it is delightful for us to be here. And let us make three booths; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah.
၅ထိုအခါ ပေတရုက အရှင်ဘုရား၊ ဤအရပ်၌ နေဘွယ်ကောင်းပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ဘို့ တဲတဆောင်၊ မောရှေဘို့တဆောင်၊ ဧလိယဘို့တဆောင်၊ တဲသုံးဆောင်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ဆောက်လုပ်ပါရစေဟု လျှောက်လေ ၏။
6 But he did not know what he said, for they were in trepidation.
၆တပည့်တော်တို့သည် အလွန်ကြောက်သောကြောင့် ပေတရုသည် ယောင်ယမ်း၍ ထိုသို့လျှောက် သတည်း။
7 And there was a cloud, and it overshadowed them. And a voice issued from the cloud, which said: This is my beloved Son. Hear ye him.
၇ထိုအခါ မိုဃ်းတိမ်သည် သူတို့ကိုလွှမ်းမိုး၍၊ ဤသူသည် ငါ၏ချစ်သားပေတည်း။ သူ၏စကားကို နား ထောင်ကြလော့ဟု မိုဃ်းတိမ်က အသံတော်ဖြစ်လေ၏။
8 And suddenly, when the disciples looked up, they saw no one with them, except Jesus only.
၈ထိုခဏခြင်းတွင် တပည့်တော်တို့သည် ပတ်လည်သို့ကြည့်ရှုလျှင်၊ မိမိတို့နှင့်အတူ ယေရှုတယောက် တည်းမှတပါး အဘယ်သူကိုမျှ မမြင်ကြ။
9 And as they descended the mountain, he commanded them to tell no man what they had seen, till after the Son of man should be risen from the dead.
၉တောင်ပေါ်မှာ ဆင်းကြသောအခါ ကိုယ်တော်က၊ လူသားသည် သေခြင်းမှ မထမြောက်မှီတိုင်အောင် သင်တို့ ယခုမြင်သောအရာကို အဘယ်သူအားမျှ မကြားမပြောကြနှင့်ဟု တပည့်တော်တို့ကို ပညတ်တော်မူ၏။
10 And they kept that saying in their mind; and inquired, What doth this saying mean: " When he shall be risen from the dead!"
၁၀တပည့်တော်တို့သည် ထိုစကားကို မှတ်မိ၍ သေခြင်းမှ ထမြောက်ခြင်းသည် အဘယ်သို့ဆိုလိုသနည်း ဟု အချင်းချင်း ဆွေးနွေးမေးမြန်းကြ၏။
11 And they asked him, and said: Why then do the Scribes say, that Elijah must first come?
၁၁ထိုအခါ တပည့်တော်တို့က၊ ဧလိယသည် အရင်လာမည်ဟု ကျမ်းပြုဆရာတို့သည် အဘယ်ကြောင့် ဆိုပါသနည်းဟု မေးလျှောက်ကြလျှင်၊
12 He said to them: Elijah truly first cometh, to prepare all things: and, as it is written of the Son of man, he will suffer much, and be rejected.
၁၂ကိုယ်တော်က၊ ဧလိယသည် အရင်လာ၍ အလုံးစုံတို့ကို ပြုပြင်ရသည် မှန်ပေ၏။ လူသားသည်လည်း အလွန်ဆင်းရဲ၍ ကဲ့ရဲ့ပယ်ထားခြင်းကို ခံရမည်ဟု ကျမ်းစာလာ၏။
13 But I say to you: That Elijah hath come; and they have done to him all that they desired, as it was written of him.
၁၃ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ ဧလိယသည် ရောက်လေပြီ။ သူ၏အကြောင်းကို ကျမ်းစာရေးထားသည်အတိုင်း လူ များသည် သူ့အားပြုချင်သမျှကို ပြုကြပြီဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
14 And when he came to his disciples, he saw a great multitude with them, and the Scribes disputing with them.
၁၄တပည့်တော်တို့ရှိရာသို့ ရောက်တော်မူသောအခါ များစွာသောလူအစုအဝေးသည် သူတို့ကို ဝိုင်းလျက်၊ ကျမ်းပြုဆရာတို့သည် သူတို့နှင့် ဆွေးနွေးမေးမြန်းကြသည်ကို မြင်တော်မူ၏။
15 And immediately the multitude saw him, and were surprised: and they ran and saluted him.
၁၅စုဝေးလျက်ရှိသော လူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကိုမြင်လျှင် ချက်ခြင်း အံ့ဩမိန်းမောခြင်းရှိလျက် အထံတော်သို့ ပြေး၍ နှုတ်ဆက်ကြ၏။
16 And he asked the Scribes: What were ye disputing with them?
၁၆ကိုယ်တော်ကလည်း၊ သင်တို့သည် သူတို့နှင့် အဘယ်သို့ဆွေးနွေးမေးမြန်းကြသနည်းဟု ကျမ်းပြုဆရာ တို့ကို မေးတော်မူလျှင်၊
17 And one of the multitude replied, and said: Teacher, I have brought to thee my son, who hath a spirit that will not speak.
၁၇လူအစုအဝေး၌ပါသော သူတယောက်က၊ အရှင်ဘုရား၊ အသောနတ်အစွဲခံရသော အကျွန်ုပ်၏သားကို အထံတော်သို့ ဆောင်ခဲ့ပါပြီ။
18 And wherever he seizeth him, he shaketh and teareth him: and he gnasheth his teeth, and pineth away. And I spoke to thy disciples, to cast him out; and they could not.
၁၈နတ်သည် ဘမ်းစားလေရာရာ၌ သူ့ကိုမြေပေါ်မှာ လှဲ၍၊ သူသည်လည်း ခံတွင်းမှ အမြှုတ်ထွက်လျက်၊ အံသွားခဲကြိတ်လျက်၊ ပိန်ခြောက်လျက်နေရပါ၏။ ထိုနတ်ကို နှင်ထုတ်ပါမည်အကြောင်း တပည့်တော်တို့အား အကျွန်ုပ်လျှောက်၍ သူတို့သည် မတတ်နိုင်ကြပါဟု လျှောက်သော်၊
19 Jesus answered, and said to them: O incredulous generation! How long shall I be with you? how long bear with you? Bring him to me.
၁၉ကိုယ်တော်က၊ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းမရှိသောအမျိုး၊ ငါသည် သင်တို့နှင့်တကွ အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံးနေရ မည်နည်း။ သင်တို့ကို အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံး သည်းခံရမည်နည်း။ သူငယ်ကို ငါ့ထံသို့ယူခဲ့ကြဟု မိန့်တော်မူ သည်အတိုင်း၊
20 And they brought him to him. And when the spirit saw him, immediately he shook him; and he fell upon the ground, and wallowed and foamed.
၂၀ယူခဲ့ကြ၏။ ထိုနတ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကိုမြင်လျှင် ချက်ခြင်းသူငယ်ကို တောင့်မာစေသဖြင့် သူငယ်သည် မြေပေါ်မှာလဲ၍ အမြှုတ်ထွက်လျက် ကိုယ်ကို လှိမ့်လျက်နေ၏။
21 And Jesus asked his father, how long a time he had been thus. He said to him: Lo, from his childhood.
၂၁ကိုယ်တော်ကလည်း၊ ဤသို့ဖြစ်သည်ကား၊ အဘယ်မျှလောက် ကြာပြီနည်းဟု သူငယ်၏အဘအား မေးတော်မူလျှင်၊ အဘက၊ ငယ်သော အရွယ်ကပင် ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
22 And many times it hath thrown him into the fire, and into the water, to destroy him. But, if thou canst do any thing, aid me and have compassion on me.
၂၂သူငယ်ကို သေစေခြင်းငှါ မီး၌၎င်း၊ ရေ၌၎င်း အကြိမ်ကြိမ်လဲစေတတ်၏။ သို့သော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော် သည် တတ်နိုင်တော်မူလျှင် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို သနား၍ကယ်တော်မူပါဟု လျှောက်လေ၏။
23 Jesus said to him: If thou canst believe; every thing can be, to him that believeth.
၂၃ယေရှုကလည်း၊ သင်သည် ယုံကြည်နိုင်သလော။ ယုံကြည်သောသူဖြစ်လျှင် ခပ်သိမ်းသောအမှုတို့ကို တတ်နိုင်သည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
24 And immediately the father of the child cried out, while he wept and said: I believe; aid thou the defect of my faith.
၂၄သူငယ်၏အဘသည် ချက်ခြင်းဟစ်ကြော်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်ယုံကြည်ပါ၏သခင်။ မယုံကြည်သည်ကို မစ တော်မူပါဟု မျက်ရည်နှင့် လျှောက်ပြန်လေ၏။
25 And when Jesus saw that the people were, running and collecting around him, he rebuked the unclean spirit, and said to him: Thou deaf and unspeaking spirit, I command thee, come out of him; and no more enter him.
၂၅ထိုအခါ လူများတို့သည် စုဝေးလျက် ပြေးလာကြသည်ကို ယေရှုသည်မြင်လျှင်၊ နားပင်း၍ စကား အ သောနတ်၊ သူငယ်မှထွက်လော့၊ နောက်တဖန်မဝင်နှင့် ငါအမိန့်ရှိ၏ဟု ထိုညစ်ညူးသောနတ်ကို ဆုံးမ၍ မိန့် တော်မူသဖြင့်၊
26 And the demon cried out greatly, and bruised him, and came out. And he was as a dead person; so that many would say, he is dead.
၂၆နတ်သည် အော်ဟစ်၍ အလွန်တောင့်မာစေပြီးမှ ထွက်သွား၏။ သူငယ်သည် သေသကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်၏။ သေပြီဟု လူများဆိုကြ၏။
27 And Jesus took him by the hand, and raised him up.
၂၇ယေရှုသည် သူ၏လက်ကိုကိုင်၍ ချီကြွတော်မူသဖြင့် သူသည်ထလေ၏။
28 And when Jesus entered the house, his disciples asked him privately: Why could not we cast him out?
၂၈အိမ်သို့ ဝင်တော်မူပြီးမှ တပည့်တော်တို့က၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ထိုနတ်ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် မနှင်ထုတ် နိုင်ပါသနည်းဟု တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာမေးလျှောက်ကြသော်၊
29 He saith to them: This kind can come out, by nothing but fasting and prayer.
၂၉ကိုယ်တော်က၊ ဆုတောင်းခြင်း၊ အစာရှောင်ခြင်းမှတပါး အဘယ်သို့သောအားဖြင့် ထိုနတ်မျိုးသည် မ ထွက်နိုင်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
30 And when he departed from there, they passed through Galilee: and he desired that no one might know him.
၃၀ထိုအရပ်မှထွက်၍ ဂါလိလဲပြည်အလယ်၌ ရှောက်သွားကြစဉ်တွင် အဘယ်သူမျှ သိစေခြင်းငှါ အလို တော်မရှိ။
31 For he taught his disciples, and said to them: The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they will kill him; and when he is killed, on the third day, he will rise.
၃၁အကြောင်းမူကား၊ လူသားသည် လူတို့လက်သို့ အပ်နှံခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ အသေသတ်ခြင်းကို၎င်း ခံရမည်။
32 But they did not understand that speech; and they were afraid to ask him.
၃၂ခံပြီးမှသုံးရက်မြောက်သောနေ့၌ ထမြောက်လိမ့်မည်ဟူသော အကြောင်းများကို တပည့်တော်တို့အား ပြတော်မူ၏။ ထိုအကြောင်းများကို သူတို့သည် နားမလည်သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို မမေးမလျှောက်ဝံ့ကြ။
33 And they came to Capernaum. And when they entered the house, he asked them: What disputed ye among yourselves by the way?
၃၃ကပေရနောင်မြို့သို့ ရောက်၍ အိမ်၌ရှိတော်မူလျှင်၊ သင်တို့သည် လမ်း၌အဘယ်အမှုကို အချင်းချင်း ငြင်းခုံကြသနည်းဟု မေးတော်မူသည်ကို၊
34 And they were silent; for by the way they had contended with one another, which should be the great among them.
၃၄သူတို့သည် တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာနေကြ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အဘယ်သူသည်သာ၍ ကြီးမြတ်အံ့နည်းဟု လမ်း၌ အချင်းချင်းငြင်းခုံကြ၏။
35 And Jesus sat down, and called the twelve, and said to them: Whoever would be first, let him be last of all, and servitor to all.
၃၅ထိုအခါကိုယ်တော်သည် ထိုင်လျက် တကျိပ်နှစ်ပါးတို့ခေါ်တော်မူ၍၊ အရင်အဦးဖြစ်လိုသောသူ မည် သည်ကား နောက်ဆုံးဖြစ်ရမည်။ အလုံစုံတို့၏ အစေခံလည်းဖြစ်ရမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
36 And he took a child, and set him in the midst, and took him in his arms and said to them:
၃၆သူငယ်တယောက်ကိုလည်းယူ၍ သူတို့ အလယ်၌ထားပြီးမှ လက်တော်နှင့်ချီပိုက်လျက်၊
37 Whoever receiveth one in my name, like this child, he receiveth me; and he that receiveth me, receiveth not me only, but him that sent me.
၃၇အကြင်သူသည် ငါ့မျက်နှာကိုထောက်၍ ဤကဲ့သို့သော သူငယ်တစုံတယောက်ကိုလက်ခံ၏။ ထိုသူ သည် ငါ့ကိုပင်လက်ခံ၏။ ငါ့ကိုလက်ခံသောသူသည်လည်း ငါကိုသာလက်ခံသည်မဟုတ်။ ငါ့ကိုစေလွှတ် တော် မူသောသူကိုပင် လက်ခံသည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
38 John said to him: Rabbi, we saw one casting out demons in thy name, and we forbad him, because he adhereth not to us.
၃၈ယောဟန်ကလည်း၊ အရှင်ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့နှင့်အတူ မလိုက်ဘဲလျက် ကိုယ်တော်၏နာမကို အမှီပြု ၍ နတ်ဆိုးတို့ကိုနှင်ထုတ်သောသူတယောက်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်တို့တွေ့ပါ၏။ သူသည်အကျွန်ုပ်တို့နှင့် အတူမလိုက် သောကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် မြစ်တားကြပါသည်ဟု လျှောက်လေသော်၊
39 Jesus said to them: Forbid him not; for there is no one who doeth mighty works in my name, that can readily speak evil of me.
၃၉ယေရှုက၊ ထိုသူကိုမမြစ်တားကြနှင့်။ ငါ့နာမကို အမှီပြုလျက် တန်ခိုးကိုပြ၍ ငါ့ကိုအလွယ်တကူ ကဲ့ရဲ့နိုင်သောသူတယောက်မျှမရှိ။
40 Whoever therefore is not against you, is for you.
၄၀သင်တို့၏ရန်သူဘက်၌မရှိသောသူသည် သင်တို့ ဘက်၌ရှိ၏။
41 For whoever shall give you to drink a cup of water only, on the ground that ye are Messiah's followers, verily I say to you, he will not lose his reward.
၄၁သင်တို့သည်ခရစ်တော်နှင့် ဆိုင်သည်ဟု ငါ့မျက်နှာကိုထောက်၍ အကြင်သူသည် သင်တို့အား ရေ တခွက်ကိုမျှပေး၏။ ထိုသူသည် အကျိုးကို မရဘဲနေရာ၊ ငါအမှန်ဆို၏။
42 And whoever shall cause one of these little ones that believe in me to stumble, it were better for him, if a millstone were put to his neck, and he cast into the sea.
၄၂ငါ့ကိုယုံကြည်သော ဤသူငယ်တစုံတယောက်ကို အကြင်သူသည် မှားယွင်းစေ၏။ ထိုသူသည် လည် ပင်း၌ ကြိတ်ဆုံကျောက်ကိုဆွဲ၍ ပင်လယ်၌ချခြင်းကိုခံရလျှင် အနေသာ၍ကောင်း၏။
43 And if thy hand make thee offend, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than, having two hands, to go into hell; (Geenna g1067)
၄၃သင်၏လက်သည်သင့်ကိုမှားယွင်းစေလျှင် လက်ကိုဖြတ်လော့။ ပိုးမသေ၊ မီးမငြိမ်းရာ၊ ငရဲအတွင်းမငြိမ်းနိုင်သော မီးထဲသို့လက်နှစ်ဘက်စုံနှင့် ဝင်ရသည်ထက်၊ လက် ချို့တဲ့၍ အသက်ရှင်ခြင်းသို့ဝင်စားသော် သာ၍ကောင်း၏။ (Geenna g1067)
44 where their worm dieth not, and their fire is not extinguished.

45 And if thy foot make thee offend, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life lamed, than, having two feet, to fall into hell; (Geenna g1067)
၄၅သင်၏ခြေသည် သင့်ကိုမှားယွင်းစေလျှင် ခြေကိုဖြတ်လော့။ ပိုးမသေ၊ မီးမငြိမ်းရာ၊ ငရဲအတွင်း မငြိမ်းနိုင်သောမီးထဲသို့ ခြေနှစ်ဘက်စုံနှင့်ချခြင်းကို ခံရသည်ထက်၊ ခြေချို့တဲ့၍ အသက်ရှင်ခြင်းသို့ ဝင်စားသော် သာ၍ကောင်း၏။ (Geenna g1067)
46 where their worm dieth not, and their fire is not extinguished.

47 And if thy eye make thee offend, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter with one eye into the kingdom of God, than, having two eyes, to fall into the hell of fire; (Geenna g1067)
၄၇သင်၏မျက်စိသည်လည်း သင့်ကိုမှားယွင်းစေလျှင် မျက်စိကိုထုတ်လော့။ ပိုးမသေ၊ မီးမငြိမ်းရာ၊ ငရဲမီးထဲသို့ မျက်စိနှစ်ဘက်စုံနှင့်ချခြင်းကို ခံရသည်ထက်၊ မျက်စိတဘက်နှင့် ဘုရားသခင်၏နိုင်ငံတော်သို့ ဝင်စားသော် သာ၍ကောင်း၏။ (Geenna g1067)
48 where their worm dieth not, and their fire is not extinguished.
၄၈
49 For every thing will be salted with fire; and every sacrifice will be salted with salt.
၄၉ယဇ်ယောင်ရှိသမျှတို့၌ ဆားခတ်ရသကဲ့သို့ ခပ်သိမ်းသောသူတို့သည် မီးဆားခတ်ခြင်းကို ခံရကြမည်။
50 Salt is a good thing: but if the salt become insipid, with what will it be salted? Let there be salt in you: and be ye in peace, one with another.
၅၀ဆားသည်ကောင်း၏သို့သော်လည်း အငန်ကင်းပျောက်လျှင်၊ ငန်သောအရသာကို အဘယ်သို့ ရပြန် မည်နည်း။ သင်တို့၌ဆားရှိစေကြလော့။ အချင်းချင်း အသင့်အတင့်နေကြလော့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
