1 Timothy 1
1 PAUL, a legate of Jesus the Messiah, by the command of God our life-giver, and of the Messiah, Jesus our hope;

2 to Timothy, my true son in the faith: grace and mercy and peace, from God our Father, and the Messiah, Jesus our Lord.
Nukulembera Timotewu yaguwera gambira mwana gwangu gwa nakaka munjimiru. Mlungu Tati gwetu na Mtuwa gwetu Kristu Yesu kakupanani gwenga manemu ga Mlungu na lusungu na ponga.
3 When I was going into Macedonia, I requested thee to remain at Ephesus, and to charge certain persons not to teach different doctrines;
Gulikali aku Efesu, handa ntambu yanukuluwiti nentu panweriti nankugenda Makedoniya. Na aku guwaleweleri wantu walii yawafunda mafundu ga mpayu.
4 and not to throw themselves into fables and stories about genealogies, of which there is no end, which produce contention rather than edification in the faith of God.
Guwagambiri nawakolerana na tambu hera za kupaya pamuhera na kuvimana matawu ga wambuyi yagahera upeleru. Na kugamana matawu gavuwa ga wambuyi, geni gajega likakatala hera, pota kuwanyawa wantu mulihengu lya Mlungu lyalimanika kwa njimiru.
5 Now the end of the command is love, which is from a pure heart, and from a good conscience, and from true faith.
Nfiru ya amuli ayi ndo mafiliru yagalawa munjimiru iherepa na kufira kusyagula gaherepa na moyu gwa gwehera vidoda.
6 But from these some have strayed, and have turned aside to vain words;
Wantu wamu waleka njira kwa kugaleka aga na kuvigendera vitwatira vyavifaa ndiri.
7 because they wished to be teachers of the law, while they understood not what they speak, nor the thing about which they contend.
Womberi wafira waweri wafunda wa Malagaliru ga Musa, kumbiti wavimana ndiri shawatakula ama galii gawagolokera.
8 Now, we know, that the law is a good thing, if a man conduct himself in it, according to the law,

9 he knowing that the law was not established for the righteous, but for the evil, and the rebellious, and the ungodly, and the sinful, and the perverse and for the impure, and for smiters of their fathers and smiters of their mothers, and for murderers,
Ntambu iraayi gufiruwa kulihola handa Malagaliru ga Musa gatulwa ndiri toziya ya wantu waheri, kumbiti gatulwa toziya ya wantu yawamega malagaliru ga Musa na wantu yawajimira ndiri na wantu yawamtira ndiri Mlungu na wana vidoda na wantu wananagala ndiri na yawamana ndiri njira ya Mlungu na wantu yawawalaga wamawu na watati wawu ama walaga woseri walii.
10 and for whoremongers, and for copulators with males, and for the stealers of free people, and for liars, and for violators of oaths, and for whatever is contrary to sound doctrine,
Malagaliru ga Musa gatulwa toziya ya wahumba na wapalu yawaligonja weni kwa weni na yawashuwuza wantu na yawapaya na yawalilapira kwa upaya ama yawatenda shoseri sha kugenderana ndiri na mafundu ga nakaka.
11 namely that of the glorious gospel of the blessed God, with which I am intrusted.
Mafundu aga gapatikana Mushisoweru Shiwagira sha ukwisa wa Mlungu yakawera na matekeleru, ndogeni gampananitwi neni mpati kushibwera.
12 And I thank him who strengthened me, even our Lord Jesus the Messiah; who accounted me faithful, and appointed me to his ministry;
Mayagashii Mtuwa gwetu Kristu Yesu yakampananiti makakala, toziya ya lihengu lyangu. Nongamayagashi kwa kumona neni ndo mwaminika, kansyaguliti numtenderi.
13 me I say, who before was a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and a reviler; but I obtained mercy, because I did it while ignorant and without faith.
Makashu neni nweriti mwigiranga na mtabisiya na ndenditi ndewu, kumbiti Mlungu kamonera lusungu toziya nweriti ndiri na moyu, hangu nuvimaniti ndiri shanweriti nankutenda.
14 And in me the grace of our Lord abounded, and faith and love, which is in Jesus the Messiah.
Na Mtuwa gwetu kamupananiti manemu gakuwi gavuwa, kamupananiti njimiru na mafiliru gatuwera naga kwa mukuwera pamuhera na Kristu Yesu.
15 Faithful is the declaration, and worthy to be received, that Jesus the Messiah came into the world to give life to sinners, of whom I was the primary.
Utakula awu wanakaka nentu na ufaa kujimilwa, Kristu Yesu kiziti pasipanu kuwalopoziya wantu yawatenda vidoda. Naneni nanavidoda nentu ya woseri,
16 But for this cause had he mercy on me, that in me first Jesus the Messiah might display all his long suffering, for an example to them who were to believe on him unto life eternal. (aiōnios g166)
Kumbiti Mlungu kamoniriti lusungu neni nweriti nana vidoda nentu ya woseri su Kristu Yesu kalanguziyi uhepera wakuwi woseri kwa neni, handa shilanguziwu kwa walii woseri hawamjimiri shapakanu na kwanka ukomu wa mashaka goseri. (aiōnios g166)
17 And to the king eternal, incorruptible, and invisible, the sole God, be honor and glory for ever and ever! Amen. (aiōn g165)
Vinu kwa Mfalumi gwa mashaka goseri, yakaweza ndiri kuhowa na yakawoneka ndiri, Mlungu gwa gweka, su na iweri ligoya na ukwisa mashaka goseri! Yina haa. (aiōn g165)
18 This injunction I commit to thee, my son Timothy, according to the former predictions concerning thee, that in them thou mightest war this good warfare,
Mwanagwangu Timotewu, nukupanana lilagaliru ali toziya ya visoweru vya umbuyi wa Mlungu vyavikutakulira gwenga pamakashu. Guvitendi visoweru avi su guwezi kulikomanga ngondu iyerepa ya kulikomanga na ukondola,
19 in faith and a good conscience; for they who have repudiated this, have become destitute of faith;
Na gukamuli weri njimiru yaku na kuwera muntu wa kusyagula na kutenda yagawera gaherepa. Wantu wamonga waleka kutenda aga ata waguhalibiziya moyu gwawu.
20 like Hymeneus and Alexander, whom I have delivered up to Satan, that they may learn not to be blasphemers.
Pakati pawu Himenayu na Alekizanda, ndoweni nuwapanani kwa Shetani, su wavimani nawamwigilanga Mlungu kayi.
