Hebrews 9
1 But in the first there were ordinances of ministry, and a worldly sanctuary.
Or, même la première alliance avait des ordonnances de service divin et un sanctuaire terrestre.
2 For in the first tabernacle that was made there were the candelabrum, and the table, and the presencebread; and this was called the Holy place.
En effet, un tabernacle avait été préparé. Dans la première partie se trouvaient le chandelier, la table et les pains de proposition, ce qui est appelé le lieu saint.
3 But the interior tabernacle, that was within the second veil, was called the Holy of Holies:
Après le second voile, il y avait le tabernacle appelé le Saint des Saints,
4 in it were the incense-vessel of gold, and the ark of the covenant, which was altogether covered with gold; and within it were the golden urn, in which was the manna, and the rod of Aharun that budded, and the tablets of the covenant:
avec un autel d'or pour les parfums et l'arche de l'alliance, recouverte d'or sur toutes ses faces, dans laquelle se trouvaient un vase d'or contenant la manne, le bâton d'Aaron qui avait poussé, et les tables de l'alliance;
5 and above this the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy-seat. But time there is not to speak upon every one of these which were thus ordained.
et, au-dessus, des chérubins de gloire, qui couvraient d'ombre le propitiatoire, choses dont nous ne pouvons parler maintenant en détail.
6 Now, into the outer sanctuary at all times entered the priests, and fulfilled their offices;
Ces choses étant ainsi préparées, les prêtres entrent continuellement dans le premier tabernacle, accomplissant les services,
7 but into the tabernacle which was within, one day in the year, alone, entered the high priest, with that blood which he offered for himself and the sins of the people.
mais dans le second, le souverain sacrificateur seul, une fois par an, non sans sang, qu'il offre pour lui-même et pour les fautes du peuple.
8 By this the Spirit of Holiness made known that the way of the holies was not yet manifested, so long as was the standing of the first tabernacle.
Le Saint-Esprit indique ainsi que l'accès au lieu saint n'a pas encore été révélé alors que le premier tabernacle était encore debout.
9 And this was a figurative representation for the time in which oblations and victims have been offered; -those which have not been able to perfect the consciousness of him who offered them;
C'est un symbole du siècle présent, où l'on offre des dons et des sacrifices qui sont incapables, en ce qui concerne la conscience, de rendre l'adorateur parfait,
10 but (have consisted) in meat and drink only, and in various kinds of baptism, being institutions of the flesh appointed until the time of setting right.
n'étant que des ordonnances charnelles (avec des aliments et des boissons et diverses purifications), imposées jusqu'à un temps de réforme.
11 But the Meshiha who hath come was a High Priest of good things which he wrought out, and hath entered into the great and perfect tabernacle (which was) not made with hands, nor made from these creatures.
Mais le Christ, étant venu comme souverain sacrificateur des biens à venir, par le tabernacle plus grand et plus parfait, qui n'est pas fait de main d'homme, c'est-à-dire qui n'est pas de cette création,
12 Nor entered he with the blood of goats and calves, but with the blood of himself he entered once the holy place, and hath found eternal redemption. (aiōnios g166)
ni encore par le sang des boucs et des veaux, mais par son propre sang, est entré une fois pour toutes dans le lieu saint, ayant obtenu une rédemption éternelle. (aiōnios g166)
13 For if the blood of goats and of calves, and the dust of an heifer, sprinkled upon those who were unclean, sanctifieth them for the purification of their flesh,
En effet, si le sang des boucs et des taureaux, et la cendre d'une génisse qui asperge ceux qui se sont souillés, sanctifient pour la pureté de la chair,
14 how much more then shall the blood of the Meshiha, who, by the Eternal Spirit, himself hath offered without spot unto Aloha, purify our conscience from dead works, to serve the Aloha the Living? (aiōnios g166)
à combien plus forte raison le sang de Christ, qui, par l'Esprit éternel, s'est offert lui-même sans défaut à Dieu, purifiera-t-il votre conscience des œuvres mortes pour servir le Dieu vivant? (aiōnios g166)
15 For this was he made the Mediator of the new covenant, that by his death he might become the ransom for those who had transgressed against the first covenant, (and) that they might receive the promise, they, who are called unto the inheritance which is eternal. (aiōnios g166)
C'est pourquoi il est le médiateur d'une nouvelle alliance, puisqu'une mort est survenue pour le rachat des transgressions commises sous la première alliance, afin que ceux qui ont été appelés reçoivent la promesse de l'héritage éternel. (aiōnios g166)
16 For where a covenant is, there is indicated the DEATH of that which made it.
En effet, là où il y a une dernière volonté et un testament, il faut nécessairement que celui qui l'a fait soit mort.
17 For upon death only is it confirmed; because while he who made it lived there is no value in it.
En effet, un testament est en vigueur là où il y a eu mort, car il n'est jamais en vigueur tant que vit celui qui l'a fait.
18 Wherefore neither the first without blood was confirmed.
C'est pourquoi même la première alliance n'a pas été consacrée sans sang.
19 For when every precept had been enjoined by Musha to the whole people according to the law, Musha took the blood of the heifer, and water, with the scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled upon the books and upon all the people,
En effet, lorsque Moïse eut énoncé tous les commandements de la loi à tout le peuple, il prit le sang des veaux et des boucs, avec de l'eau, de la laine écarlate et de l'hysope, et il aspergea le livre lui-même et tout le peuple,
20 and said to them, This is the blood of that covenant which is commanded by Aloha.
en disant: « Ceci est le sang de l'alliance que Dieu vous a prescrite. »
21 Also upon the tabernacle and upon all the vessels of the service from it with blood he sprinkled.
Il aspergea de sang, de la même manière, le tabernacle et tous les ustensiles du ministère.
22 Because every thing with blood was purified under the law; and without shedding of blood there is no remission.
Selon la loi, presque tout se purifie avec du sang, et sans effusion de sang, il n'y a pas de rémission.
23 For it was necessary that these which are a type of the heavenlies, with (these) things should be purified; but the heavenlies themselves with sacrifices that are more excellent than they.
Il fallait donc que les copies des choses qui sont dans les cieux fussent purifiées par ceux-ci, mais que les choses célestes elles-mêmes le fussent par des sacrifices meilleurs que ceux-ci.
24 For not into the sanctuary made with hands hath the Meshiha entered, which is an emblem of the true one, but into heaven itself hath he entered, that he might appear before the face of Aloha for us.
En effet, le Christ n'est pas entré dans les lieux saints faits de main d'homme, qui sont des représentations du vrai, mais dans le ciel même, afin d'apparaître maintenant pour nous en présence de Dieu.
25 Nor that he should offer himself many times, as did the chief of the priests, entering every year into the holy place with blood not his own;
Il n'a pas non plus dû s'offrir souvent, comme le grand prêtre entre chaque année dans le lieu saint avec un sang qui n'est pas le sien.
26 otherwise he would have been obligated many times to suffer from the beginning of the world. But now, in the end of the world, once hath he offered himself, that by his sacrifice he might abolish sin. (aiōn g165)
Sinon, il aurait dû souffrir souvent depuis la fondation du monde. Mais maintenant, une fois, à la fin des siècles, il a été révélé pour effacer le péché par son propre sacrifice. (aiōn g165)
27 And as it is ordained to the sons of men, that they must once die, and after their death the judgment;
Comme il est prévu que les hommes meurent une fois et qu'après cela il y a le jugement,
28 so also the Meshiha was once offered, and in his (own) person sacrificed (for) the sins of many; but the second time without sins he appeareth for the salvation of them who expect him.
de même le Christ, après avoir été offert une fois pour porter les péchés de plusieurs, apparaîtra une seconde fois, non pour se charger du péché, mais pour sauver ceux qui l'attendent avec impatience.
