Hebrews 10
1 For there was in the law the shadow of good things to come, not the subsistence of the very things, therefore (though) every year the same sacrifices were offered they could never perfect those who offered them.
Muse higgey yaanaw de7iya lo77obatas kuyappe attin ba huu7en waanna gidenna. Hessa gisho, laythan laythan pacey baynna yarshshettiya yarshshoy goynnanaw shiiqiya asaa polo oothanaw dandda7enna.
2 For if they had perfected, they would have ceased afterward from the presentation of them; because the conscience of those who had been once purified by them would not henceforth have been troubled by (such) sins.
Higgey entta polo oothanaw dandda7idabaa gidiyakko entti yarshsho yarshsheyssa agganashin. Qassi goynnanaw shiiqiya asay bantta nagaraappe geeyana; entta kahaykka enttana bala gidi mootenna.
3 But in those sacrifices their sins are brought to remembrance every year.
Shin he yarshshoti laythan laythan nagara qofisoosona.
4 For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and of goats to purify (from) sins.
Ays giikko, kormma suuthinne deesha suuthi nagara digganaw dandda7enna.
5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world he saith, Sacrifices and oblations thou hast not willed, but with a body hast thou clothed me:
Hessa gisho, Kiristtoosi ha alamiya yida wode hayssada yaagis. “Neeni yarshshonne imo koyabaakka; shin taw asho giigisadasa.
6 and entire burnt-offerings for sins thou hast not required.
Neeni xuugettiya yarshshoninne nagara yarshshuwan ufayttabaakka.
7 Then said I, Behold, I come; in the sum of the books it is written concerning me, that I shall do thy will, Aloha.
He wode, ‘Ta gisho maxaafan xaafettidayssada, Godaw, taani ne sheniya oothanaw yas’ yaagas” yaagis.
8 Above he said, Victims, and oblations, and entire burnt-offerings for sin thou hast not willed; those which are offered in the law.
Yarshshoy yarshshettana mela higgey kiittiyabaa gidikkoka, Kiristtoosi koyro, “Neeni yarshshonne imo, xuugettiya yarshshonne nagara yarshsho koyabaakka; enttan ufayttabaakka” yaagis.
9 And afterwards he said, Behold, I come, that I may do thy will, Aloha. In this he hath done away with the first, that he may establish the second.
Kaallidikka I, “Godaw, hekko taani ne sheniya oothanaw yas” yaagis. Hessa gisho, Kiristtoosi nam77anthuwa essanaw koyroyssa shaaris.
10 For by this his will we are sanctified by the offering of the body of Jeshu Meshiha, which was once.
Yesuus Kiristtoosi Xoossaa sheniya oothidi, zaarethonna ogen issi toho ba ashuwa yarshshida gisho nuuni geeyida.
11 For every high priest who stood and ministered every day, offered the same sacrifices, which can never purify (from) sins.
Kahine ubbay, nagara digganaw dandda7onna he yarshshota gallas gallas yarshshishe eqqidi ba oosuwa oothees.
12 But this one sacrifice hath offered for sins, and hath sat down at the right hand of Aloha for ever:
Shin Kiristtoosi ubba wodes gidiya issi nagara yarshshuwa yarshshidi, Xoossaafe ushachcha baggan uttis.
13 waiting from henceforth until his adversaries are set as a footstool beneath his feet.
He wodiyappe doomidi iya morkketi iya tohoy yedhdhiyabaa oothana gakkanaw naagees.
14 For by one offering he hath perfected those who are sanctified through him for ever.
I zaarethonna ogen issi toho bana yarshshida yarshshuwan geeshshata merinaw polo oothis.
15 Now the witness unto us is the Spirit of Holiness, when he saith,
Qassi Geeshsha Ayyaanay nuus hayssa markkattees. Koyro hayssada yaagis:
16 This is the covenant that I will give to them from after those days, saith the Lord: I will give my law in their minds, and upon their hearts will I inscribe it;
“He gallasatappe guye, taani enttara caaqqiya caaqoy hayssa: Taani ta higgiya entta qofan wothana; entta wozanan xaafana” yaagees.
17 and their iniquity and their sins I will not remember against them.
Kaallidikka, “Taani entta nagaraanne entta iita oosuwa zaara qoppike” yaagees.
18 BUT WHERE THERE IS REMISSION OF SINS, THERE IS NOT REQUIRED AN OFFERING FOR SINS.
Hiza, nagari atto geetettidaappe guye nagaras yarshshettiya yarshsho koshshenna.
19 We have, therefore, my brethren, confidence to enter the holy place through the blood of Jeshu;

20 and a way of life which he hath now made new to us through the veil, which is his flesh;

21 and we have the High Priest over the house of God.

22 Let us, therefore, draw near with a confirmed heart, and the full security of faith, with our hearts sprinkled and cleansed from an evil conscience, and our body washed with pure waters;
Nuuni iita kahappe geeyanaw nu wozanaa wurxettidi, nu asatethaa xillo haathan meecettidi, suure wozananinne polo ammanon Xoossaako shiiqoos.
23 and let us persevere in the confession of our hope, and not swerve; for faithful is He who hath promised us.
Nuus ufayssa qaala immida Xoossay ammanttidayssa gidiya gisho nu markkattiya ufayssaa ushachchi haddirssi goonna minthidi oykkoos.
24 And let us consider one another with incitement to charity and good works.
Issoy issuwa siiqosinne lo77o oosos waati denthethaneekko ane qoppoos.
25 And let us not forsake our congregation, as is the custom with some; but pray one with another; (and) so much the more as ye see that day to be approaching.
Issoti issoti meeze oothidi shiiqeyssa aggidayssada nuuni issife shiiqeyssa aggoko. Shin Godaa gallasay matattidayssa hintte be7iya gisho hessa kaseyssafe aathidi oothite.
26 For if with his will any man shall sin after he hath received the knowledge of the truth, there is not still a victim to be offered for sins;
Nuuni tumaa eratethaa ekkidaappe guye erishe nagara oothiko, hizappe nu nagara gisho yarshshettana yarshshoy baawa.
27 but a fearful judgment to come, and burning fire which devoureth the adversaries.
Shin hiza attiday yashshiya pirddaanne Xoossaa morkketa xuugganaw giigida wolqqaama tamaa.
28 For if he who transgressed the law of Musha, upon the mouth of two or three witnesses, without mercy died;
Muse higgiya kiitettonna ixxida oonikka nam77u woykko heedzu asi iya bolla markkatiko qadhey baynnashin hayqqees.
29 how much greater punishment, think ye, shall he receive who hath trampled upon the Son of Aloha, and hath counted the blood of the covenant of him by which he had been sanctified as that of every man and hath insulted the Spirit of grace?
Yaatin, Xoossaa Na7aa kadhida uray, bana geeshshida Xoossaa caaqo suuthaa tunabaada qoppida uray, qassi aadho keehatetha Ayyaana cayida uray, ay mela iita pirddaa ekkanaw bessiyako ane qoppite.
30 We know him who hath said, Retribution is mine, and I will repay: and again, The Lord shall judge his people.
Hiza, “Halo kesoy tabaa, ta kushe zaarana” gidayssa nu eroos. Qassika, “Goday ba asa pirddana” yaagis.
31 How terrible to fall into the hands of Aloha the Living!
De7o Xoossaa kushen kunddethi daro yashshees.
32 Be mindful, therefore, of the first days, those in which ye received baptism; and when ye sustained a great agony of sufferings,
Hinttew Xoossaa poo7oy poo7idaappe guye hintte daro waayen, gita baaxen genccida beni wodiya qoppite.
33 with ignominy and affliction; and when ye were made gazing-stocks, and were associated with men who also endured these (things).
Issi issi toho hintte asa sinthan cayettideta; goodettideta; issi issi toho hessa mela waayey gakkida asaara issife waayideta.
34 And it afflicted you on account of them who were bound; and the pillage of your goods with joy ye sustained, as knowing that ye have a possession in heaven, which is better, and passeth not away.
Qashon de7iya asaaskka qadhettideta. Hinttew lo77onne dhayonna shaloy salon de7eyssa hintte erida gisho hintte shaloy bonqettiya wode ufayssan dandda7ideta.
35 Destroy not, therefore, the confidence which you have, for which there is a great reward.
Hessa gisho, gita woytoy de7iya hintte minotethaa yeggofite.
36 But patience is needed by you, that ye may do the will of Aloha, and receive the promise.
Xoossaa sheniya polidi, I hinttew immana gida ufayssaa ekkana gakkanaw genccanaw koshshees.
37 Because (yet) a little time, and a very little, and He who cometh shall come, and not be slow.
Hiza, Geeshsha Maxaafan, “I; yaana gidayssi yaana; gam77enna.
38 But the just by the faith of me shall live; but if he become weary, my soul delighteth not in him.
Shin ta xilloy, tanan ammanettidi daana; oonikka guye simmiko tana ufayssenna” yaagees.
39 But we are not of the weariness which bringeth to perdition, but of the faith which maketh us to possess our soul.
Nuuni ammanettidi attiyaa asaa baggafe attin guye simmidi dhaya asaa bagga gidokko.
