Zechariah 13

“उस दिन दावीद के घराने और येरूशलेम निवासियों को उनके पाप और अशुद्धता से शुद्ध करने के लिये एक झरना फूटेगा.

“उस दिन, मैं देश से सारे मूर्तियों के नाम मिटा दूंगा, और उन्हें फिर कभी याद किया न जाएगा.” सर्वशक्तिमान याहवेह की यह घोषणा है, “मैं देश से भविष्यवक्ताओं और अशुद्धता की आत्मा दोनों को निकाल दूंगा.

और फिर भी यदि कोई भविष्यवाणी करे, तो उसको पैदा करनेवाले उसके माता-पिता उससे कहेंगे, ‘अवश्य है कि तू मर जाए, क्योंकि तूने याहवेह के नाम में झूठ बोला है,’ तब उसके खुद के माता-पिता उस भविष्यवाणी करनेवाले को तलवार से मार डालेंगे.

“उस दिन हर एक भविष्यवक्ता अपने भविष्य दर्शन के बारे में लज्जित होगा. वे लोगों को धोखा देने के लिये भविष्यवक्ताओं के लिए निर्धारित बाल से बने कपड़े नहीं पहनेंगे.

5 and to say not prophet I man to serve: labour land: soil I for man to buy me from youth my

परंतु हर एक कहेगा, ‘मैं भविष्यवक्ता नहीं हूं. मैं एक किसान हूं; मैं अपनी जवानी से ही भूमि से अपनी जीविका चलाता आया हूं.’

यदि कोई उससे पूछे, ‘तुम्हारे शरीर पर ये घाव कैसे हैं?’ तो वह उत्तर देगा, ‘मेरे मित्रों के घर में मुझे ये घाव लगे हैं.’

“हे तलवार, मेरे चरवाहे के विरुद्ध सक्रिय हो जा, उस व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध, जो मेरा घनिष्ठ है!” सर्वशक्तिमान याहवेह की यह घोषणा है. “चरवाहे पर वार करो, और भेड़ें तितर-बितर हो जाएंगी, और मैं बच्चों के विरुद्ध अपना हाथ उठाऊंगा.

याहवेह की घोषणा है, पूरे देश में दो तिहाई लोगों पर वार करके मार डाला जाएगा; फिर भी एक तिहाई लोग उसमें बचे रहेंगे.

इन एक तिहाई लोगों को मैं आग में डाल दूंगा; मैं उन्हें चांदी की तरह परिष्कृत करूंगा और उन्हें ऐसे परखूंगा, जैसे सोने को परखा जाता है. वे लोग मेरा नाम लेकर पुकारेंगे और मैं उनकी सुनूंगा; मैं कहूंगा, ‘वे मेरे लोग हैं,’ और वे कहेंगे, ‘याहवेह हमारे परमेश्वर हैं.’”
