Psalms 97
1 LORD to reign to rejoice [the] land: country/planet to rejoice coastland many
| اَلرَّبُّ قَدْ مَلَكَ، فَلْتَبْتَهِجِ ٱلْأَرْضُ، وَلْتَفْرَحِ ٱلْجَزَائِرُ ٱلْكَثِيرَةُ. | ١ |
2 cloud and cloud around him righteousness and justice foundation throne his
| ٱلسَّحَابُ وَٱلضَّبَابُ حَوْلَهُ. ٱلْعَدْلُ وَٱلْحَقُّ قَاعِدَةُ كُرْسِيِّهِ. | ٢ |
3 fire to/for face: before his to go: went and to kindle around enemy his
| قُدَّامَهُ تَذْهَبُ نَارٌ وَتُحْرِقُ أَعْدَاءَهُ حَوْلَهُ. | ٣ |
4 to light lightning his world to see: see and to twist: tremble [the] land: country/planet
| أَضَاءَتْ بُرُوقُهُ ٱلْمَسْكُونَةَ. رَأَتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ وَٱرْتَعَدَتْ. | ٤ |
5 mountain: mount like/as wax to melt from to/for face: before LORD from to/for face: before lord all [the] land: country/planet
| ذَابَتِ ٱلْجِبَالُ مِثْلَ ٱلشَّمْعِ قُدَّامَ ٱلرَّبِّ، قُدَّامَ سَيِّدِ ٱلْأَرْضِ كُلِّهَا. | ٥ |
6 to tell [the] heaven righteousness his and to see: see all [the] people glory his
| أَخْبَرَتِ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتُ بِعَدْلِهِ، وَرَأَى جَمِيعُ ٱلشُّعُوبِ مَجْدَهُ. | ٦ |
7 be ashamed all to serve: minister idol [the] to boast: boast in/on/with idol to bow to/for him all God
| يَخْزَى كُلُّ عَابِدِي تِمْثَالٍ مَنْحُوتٍ، ٱلْمُفْتَخِرِينَ بِٱلْأَصْنَامِ. ٱسْجُدُوا لَهُ يَا جَمِيعَ ٱلْآلِهَةِ. | ٧ |
8 to hear: hear and to rejoice Zion and to rejoice daughter Judah because justice: judgement your LORD
| سَمِعَتْ صِهْيَوْنُ فَفَرِحَتْ، وَٱبْتَهَجَتْ بَنَاتُ يَهُوذَا مِنْ أَجْلِ أَحْكَامِكَ يَارَبُّ. | ٨ |
9 for you(m. s.) LORD high upon all [the] land: country/planet much to ascend: establish upon all God
| لِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ يَارَبُّ عَلِيٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ ٱلْأَرْضِ. عَلَوْتَ جِدًّا عَلَى كُلِّ ٱلْآلِهَةِ. | ٩ |
10 to love: lover LORD to hate bad: evil to keep: guard soul: life pious his from hand: power wicked to rescue them
| يَا مُحِبِّي ٱلرَّبِّ، أَبْغِضُوا ٱلشَّرَّ. هُوَ حَافِظٌ نُفُوسَ أَتْقِيَائِهِ. مِنْ يَدِ ٱلْأَشْرَارِ يُنْقِذُهُمْ. | ١٠ |
11 light to sow to/for righteous and to/for upright heart joy
| نُورٌ قَدْ زُرِعَ لِلصِّدِّيقِ، وَفَرَحٌ لِلْمُسْتَقِيمِي ٱلْقَلْبِ. | ١١ |
12 to rejoice righteous in/on/with LORD and to give thanks to/for memorial holiness his
| ٱفْرَحُوا أَيُّهَا ٱلصِّدِّيقُونَ بِٱلرَّبِّ، وَٱحْمَدُوا ذِكْرَ قُدْسِهِ. | ١٢ |
