निश्चय नै परमेश्वर इस्राएलको निम्ति, शुद्ध हृदय हुनेहरूका निम्ति भला हुनुहुन्छ ।
2 and I like/as little (to stretch *Q(K)*) foot my like/as nothing (to pour: scatter *Q(K)*) step my
तर मेरो बारेमा, मेरा खुट्टाहरू झण्डै चिप्ले । मेरा खुट्टाहरू मेरो मुनिबाट झण्डै चिप्ले ।
3 for be jealous in/on/with to be foolish peace: well-being wicked to see: see
किनभने जब मैले दुष्टहरूका फलिफाप देखें, तब मैले अहङ्कारीहरूको डाह गरें ।
4 for nothing bond to/for death their and fat strength their
किनकि मृत्युसम्म नै तिनीहरूलाई कुनै पीडा नै हुँछैन, तर तिनीहरू बलिया र स्वस्थ्य हुन्छन् ।
5 in/on/with trouble human nothing they and with man not to touch
अरू मानिसहरूका बोझहरूबाट तिनीहरू मुक्त छन् । अरू मानिसहरूलाई झैं तिनीहरूलाई कष्ट हुँदैन ।
6 to/for so to ornament them pride to envelope garment violence to/for them
तिनीहरूका घाँटीमा सिक्रीझैं तिनीहरू घमण्डले सजिछन् । वस्त्रले ढाकेझैं तिनीहरूलाई हिंसाले ढाक्नेछ ।

यस्ता अन्धोपनबाट नै पाप आउँछ । तिनीहरूका हृदयहरूबाट दुष्ट विचारहरू जान्छन् ।
8 to mock and to speak: speak in/on/with bad: evil oppression from height to speak: speak
तिनीहरू दुष्टतापूर्वक गिल्ला गर्छन् र बोल्छन् । आफ्नो अहङ्कारमा तिनीहरूले अत्यचारको धम्की दिन्छन् ।
9 to appoint in/on/with heaven lip their and tongue their to go: walk in/on/with land: country/planet
आफ्नो मुखले तिनीहरू स्वर्गको विरुद्धमा बोल्छन् र तिनीहरूका जिब्रोहरूले पृथ्वीको अधिकार गर्छन् ।

यसकारण तिनका मानिसहरू तिनीहरूतिर फर्कन्छन् र प्रशस्त पानी बगाइन्छ ।

तिनीहरू भन्छन्, “परमेश्वरले कसरी जान्नुहुन्छ? के सर्वोच्चसँग ज्ञान छ र?”

हेर्नुहोस्ः यी मानिसहरू दुष्टहरू हुन् । तिनीहरू निश्चिन्त छन् र झन्-झन् धनी हुँदैछन् ।
13 surely vain to clean heart my and to wash: wash in/on/with innocence palm my
निश्चय नै मैले व्यार्थमा मेरो हृदयलाई सुरक्षित राखेको छु र निर्दोषतामा मेरा हातहरू धोएको छु ।
14 and to be to touch all [the] day and argument my to/for morning
किनकि म दिनभरि कष्टमा परेको छु र हरेक बिहान ताड्ना पाएको छु ।
15 if to say to recount like behold generation son: child your to act treacherously
“म यी कुराहरू भन्नेछु,” भनी मैले भनेको भए, तपाईंका छोराछोरीका यो पुस्तालाई मैले धोका दिनेथिएँ ।

मैले यी कुराहरू बुझ्ने कोसिस गरे तापनि, मेरो निम्ति यो धेरै कठिन थियो ।

तब म परमेश्वरको पवित्रस्थानभित्र गएँ र तिनीहरूका अन्तिम अवस्थालाई बुझें ।

निश्चय नै तपाईंले तिनीहरूलाई चिप्लो ठाउँहरूमा राख्नुहुन्छ । तपाईंले तिनीहरूलाई सर्वनाश लानुहुन्छ ।
19 how? to be to/for horror: destroyed like/as moment to cease to finish from terror
तिनीहरू कसरी क्षणभरमा नै उजाडस्थान बने! तिनीहरूको अन्त भयो र भयानक त्रासहरूले समाप्त पारिए ।
20 like/as dream from to awake Lord in/on/with to rouse image their to despise
कोही ब्युँझँदा, ती सपनामा भएजस्तो हुन्छन् । हे परमप्रभु, जब तपाई खडा हुनुहुन्छ, तब तपाईंले ती सपनाहरूका बारेमा केही विचार गर्नुहुन्न ।

किनकि मेरो हृदय शोकमा परेको थियो र म गहिरो चोटमा परेको थिएँ ।
22 and I stupid and not to know animal to be with you
म मूर्ख थिएँ र अन्तरदृष्टिको कमी थियो । तपाईंको सामु म मूर्ख पशुजस्तै थिएँ ।
23 and I continually with you to grasp in/on/with hand right my
तापनि म सधैं तपाईंसँगै छु । तपाईंले मेरो दाहिने हात समात्नुहुन्छ ।
24 in/on/with counsel your to lead me and after glory to take: recieve me
तपाईंले मलाई आफ्नो सल्लाहले मार्गदर्शन गर्नुहुनेछ र पछि मलाई महिमामा ग्रहण गर्नुहुनेछ ।
25 who? to/for me in/on/with heaven and with you not to delight in in/on/with land: country/planet
स्वर्गमा तपाईंबाहेक मेरो को छ र? पृथ्वीमा मैले इच्छा गर्ने तपाईंबाहेक अरू कोही छैन ।
26 to end: expend flesh my and heart my rock heart my and portion my God to/for forever: enduring
मेरो शरीर र मेरो मुटु कमजोर हुन्छन्, तर परमेश्वर नै सदासर्वदा मेरो हृदयको बल हुनुहुन्छ ।

तपाईंदेखि टाढा हुनेहरू नष्ट हुनेछन् । तपाईंप्रति विश्वासयोग्य नहुनेहरूलाई तपाईंले नष्ट पार्नुहुनेछ ।
28 and I nearness God to/for me pleasant to set: make in/on/with Lord YHWH/God refuge my to/for to recount all work your
तर मेरो बारेमा, मैले गर्नुपर्ने कुराचाहिं परमेश्वरको नजिक जाने हो । परमप्रभु परमेश्वरलाई मैले आफ्नो शरणस्थान बनाएको छु । तपाईंका सबै कामहरू म घोषणा गर्नेछु ।
