TO THE OVERSEER. WITH STRINGED INSTRUMENTS, ON THE EIGHTH. A PSALM OF DAVID. O YHWH, do not reprove me in Your anger, Nor discipline me in Your fury.

2 be gracious me LORD for weak I to heal me LORD for to dismay bone my

Favor me, O YHWH, for I [am] weak, Heal me, O YHWH, For my bones have been troubled,

3 and soul my to dismay much (and you(f. s.) *Q(K)*) LORD till how

And my soul has been troubled greatly, And You, O YHWH, until when?

4 to return: return [emph?] LORD to rescue [emph?] soul my to save me because kindness your

Turn back, O YHWH, draw out my soul, Save me for Your kindness’ sake.

5 for nothing in/on/with death memorial your in/on/with hell: Sheol who? to give thanks to/for you (Sheol h7585)

For in death there is no memorial of You, In Sheol, who gives thanks to You? (Sheol h7585)

6 be weary/toil in/on/with sighing my to swim in/on/with all night bed my in/on/with tears my bed my to liquefy

I have been weary with my sighing, I meditate [on] my bed through all the night, I dissolve my couch with my tear.

7 to waste from vexation eye my to proceed in/on/with all to vex me

My eye is old from provocation, It is old because of all my adversaries,

8 to turn aside: depart from me all to work evil: wickedness for to hear: hear LORD voice: sound weeping my

Turn from me all you workers of iniquity, For YHWH heard the voice of my weeping,

9 to hear: hear LORD supplication my LORD prayer my to take: recieve

YHWH has heard my supplication, YHWH receives my prayer.

10 be ashamed and to dismay much all enemy my to return: return be ashamed moment

All my enemies are greatly ashamed and troubled, They turn back—ashamed [in] a moment!
