You people all [over the world], clap your hands for joy! Shout joyfully to [praise] God!
2 for LORD Most High to fear: revere king great: large upon all [the] land: country/planet
Yahweh, who is much greater than any other god, is awesome; he is the king who rules over all the world!
3 to speak: subdue people underneath: under us and people underneath: under foot our
He enabled us to defeat [the armies of] the people-groups [that lived in Canaan].
4 to choose to/for us [obj] inheritance our [obj] pride Jacob which to love: lover (Selah)
He chose for us this land where we now live; we Israeli people [MTY], whom he loves, are proud that we own this land.
5 to ascend: rise God in/on/with shout LORD in/on/with voice: sound trumpet
God has gone up [into his temple]. The people shouted joyfully and blew trumpets as Yahweh went up.
6 to sing God to sing to sing to/for king our to sing
Sing songs to praise our God! Sing to praise him [DOU]! Sing to God, our king!

God is the one who rules over everything in the world; sing a psalm to him!
8 to reign God upon nation God to dwell upon throne holiness his
God sits on his sacred throne as he rules over the people of [all] ethnic groups.
9 noble people to gather people God Abraham for to/for God shield land: country/planet much to ascend: establish
The rulers of those people-groups gather as God’s people, the people [descended] from Abraham, [do]. But God has more power than the weapons/shields [of all the kings] on the earth; (he is greatly honored/people honor him) everywhere.
