Psalms 36
1 to/for to conduct to/for servant/slave LORD to/for David utterance transgression to/for wicked in/on/with entrails: among heart my nothing dread God to/for before eye his
| לַמְנַצֵּ֬חַ ׀ לְעֶֽבֶד־יְהוָ֬ה לְדָוִֽד׃ נְאֻֽם־פֶּ֣שַׁע לָ֭רָשָׁע בְּקֶ֣רֶב לִבִּ֑י אֵֽין־פַּ֥חַד אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים לְנֶ֣גֶד עֵינָֽיו׃ |
2 for to smooth to(wards) him in/on/with eye his to/for to find iniquity: crime his to/for to hate
| כִּֽי־הֶחֱלִ֣יק אֵלָ֣יו בְּעֵינָ֑יו לִמְצֹ֖א עֲוֹנֹ֣ו לִשְׂנֹֽא׃ |
3 word lip his evil: wickedness and deceit to cease to/for be prudent to/for be good
| דִּבְרֵי־פִ֭יו אָ֣וֶן וּמִרְמָ֑ה חָדַ֖ל לְהַשְׂכִּ֣יל לְהֵיטִֽיב׃ |
4 evil: wickedness to devise: devise upon bed his to stand upon way: conduct not pleasant bad: evil not to reject
| אָ֤וֶן ׀ יַחְשֹׁ֗ב עַֽל־מִשְׁכָּ֫בֹ֥ו יִ֭תְיַצֵּב עַל־דֶּ֣רֶךְ לֹא־טֹ֑וב רָ֝֗ע לֹ֣א יִמְאָֽס׃ |
5 LORD in/on/with [the] heaven kindness your faithfulness your till cloud
| יְ֭הוָה בְּהַשָּׁמַ֣יִם חַסְדֶּ֑ךָ אֱ֝מֽוּנָתְךָ֗ עַד־שְׁחָקִֽים׃ |
6 righteousness your like/as mountain God (justice: judgement your *L(P)*) abyss many man and animal to save LORD
| צִדְקָֽתְךָ֨ ׀ כְּֽהַרְרֵי־אֵ֗ל מִ֭שְׁפָּטֶךָ תְּהֹ֣ום רַבָּ֑ה אָ֤דָֽם־וּבְהֵמָ֖ה תֹושִׁ֣יעַ יְהוָֽה׃ |
7 what? precious kindness your God and son: child man in/on/with shadow wing your to seek refuge [emph?]
| מַה־יָּקָ֥ר חַסְדְּךָ֗ אֱלֹ֫הִ֥ים וּבְנֵ֥י אָדָ֑ם בְּצֵ֥ל כְּ֝נָפֶ֗יךָ יֶחֱסָיֽוּן׃ |
8 to quench [emph?] from ashes house: home your and torrent: river delicacy your to water: drink them
| יִ֭רְוְיֻן מִדֶּ֣שֶׁן בֵּיתֶ֑ךָ וְנַ֖חַל עֲדָנֶ֣יךָ תַשְׁקֵֽם׃ |
9 for with you fountain life in/on/with light your to see: see light
| כִּֽי־עִ֭מְּךָ מְקֹ֣ור חַיִּ֑ים בְּ֝אֹורְךָ֗ נִרְאֶה־אֹֽור׃ |
10 to draw kindness your to/for to know you and righteousness your to/for upright heart
| מְשֹׁ֣ךְ חַ֭סְדְּךָ לְיֹדְעֶ֑יךָ וְ֝צִדְקָֽתְךָ֗ לְיִשְׁרֵי־לֵֽב׃ |
11 not to come (in): come me foot pride and hand: power wicked not to wander me
| אַל־תְּ֭בֹואֵנִי רֶ֣גֶל גַּאֲוָ֑ה וְיַד־רְ֝שָׁעִ֗ים אַל־תְּנִדֵֽנִי׃ |
12 there to fall: fall to work evil: wickedness to thrust and not be able to arise: rise
| שָׁ֣ם נָ֭פְלוּ פֹּ֣עֲלֵי אָ֑וֶן דֹּ֝ח֗וּ וְלֹא־יָ֥כְלוּ קֽוּם׃ |
