ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಸತ್ಯದ ಆಣೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ತಾವು ಹೀಗೆಂದು ಆಣೆಯಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾತನ್ನು ದೇವರು ಬದಲಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, “ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಯವನನ್ನೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳ್ಳಿರಿಸುವೆನು.

ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನನ್ನ ಶಾಸನಗಳನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ, ಕೈಗೊಂಡರೆ, ಅವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಹ ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂರುವರು.”

ಧಾರಾಳವಾಗಿ ದವಸಧಾನ್ಯಗಳಿರಲೆಂದು ನಾನು ಚೀಯೋನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವೆನು; ಇಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಬಡವರು ಉಂಡು ಸಂತೃಪ್ತಿಯಿಂದಿರುವರು.

ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಯಾಜಕರಿಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊದಿಸುವೆನು; ಚೀಯೋನಿನ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತ ಸೇವಕರು ಉತ್ಸಾಹಧ್ವನಿಯಿಂದ ಹಾಡುವರು.
