A song of degrees. Out of the deepe places haue I called vnto thee, O Lord.

Lord, heare my voyce: let thine eares attend to the voyce of my prayers.
3 if iniquity: crime to keep: look at LORD Lord who? to stand: stand
If thou, O Lord, straightly markest iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?
4 for with you [the] forgiveness because to fear: revere
But mercie is with thee, that thou mayest be feared.
5 to await LORD to await soul my and to/for word his to wait: hope
I haue waited on the Lord: my soule hath waited, and I haue trusted in his worde.

My soule waiteth on the Lord more then the morning watch watcheth for the morning.
7 to wait: hope Israel to(wards) LORD for with LORD [the] kindness and to multiply with him redemption
Let Israel waite on the Lord: for with the Lord is mercie, and with him is great redemption.
