Ein Wallfahrtslied. Zu dir erhebe ich meine Augen, der du im Himmel thronst.

2 behold like/as eye servant/slave to(wards) hand lord their like/as eye maidservant to(wards) hand lady her so eye our to(wards) LORD God our till which/that be gracious us

Siehe, wie die Augen der Knechte auf die Hand ihres Herrn, wie die Augen der Magd auf die Hand ihrer Gebieterin, so sind unsre Augen auf den HERRN, unsern Gott, gerichtet, bis er sich unser erbarmt.

3 be gracious us LORD be gracious us for many to satisfy contempt

Erbarme dich unser, o HERR! Erbarme dich unser; denn wir sind der Verachtung gründlich satt!

4 many to satisfy to/for her soul our [the] derision [the] secure [the] contempt (to/for proud to oppress *Q(K)*)

Gründlich satt ist unsre Seele des Spottes der Übermütigen, der Verachtung der Stolzen!
