Proverbs 8
1 not wisdom to call: call out and understanding to give: cry out voice her
क्या ज्ञान आह्वान नहीं करता? क्या समझ उच्च स्वर में नहीं पुकारती?
2 in/on/with head: top height upon way: road place path to stand
वह गलियों के ऊंचे मार्ग पर, चौराहों पर जाकर खड़ी हो जाती है;
3 to/for hand: to gate to/for lip: edge town entrance entrance to sing
वह नगर प्रवेश द्वार के सामने खड़ी रहती है, उसके द्वार के सामने खड़ी होकर वह उच्च स्वर में पुकारती रहती है:
4 to(wards) you man to call: call out and voice my to(wards) son: child man
“मनुष्यो, मैं तुम्हें संबोधित कर रही हूं; मेरी पुकार मनुष्यों की सन्तति के लिए है.
5 to understand simple craftiness and fool to understand heart
साधारण सरल व्यक्तियो, चतुराई सीख लो; अज्ञानियो, बुद्धिमत्ता सीख लो.
6 to hear: hear for leader to speak: speak and opening lips my uprightness
क्योंकि मैं तुम पर उत्कृष्ट बातें प्रकट करूंगी; मेरे मुख से वही सब निकलेगा जो सुसंगत ही है,
7 for truth: true to mutter palate my and abomination lips my wickedness
क्योंकि मेरे मुख से मात्र सत्य ही निकलेगा, मेरे होंठों के लिए दुष्टता घृणास्पद है.
8 in/on/with righteousness all word lip my nothing in/on/with them to twist and twisted
मेरे मुख से निकला हर एक शब्द धर्ममय ही होता है; उनमें न तो छल-कपट होता है, न ही कोई उलट फेर का विषय.

जिस किसी ने इनका मूल्य पहचान लिया है, उनके लिए ये उपयुक्त हैं, और जिन्हें ज्ञान की उपलब्धि हो चुकी है, उनके लिए ये उत्तम हैं.

चांदी के स्थान पर मेरी शिक्षा को संग्रहीत करो, वैसे ही उत्कृष्ट स्वर्ण के स्थान पर ज्ञान को,
11 for pleasant wisdom from jewel and all pleasure not be like in/on/with her
क्योंकि ज्ञान रत्नों से अधिक कीमती है, और तुम्हारे द्वारा अभिलाषित किसी भी वस्तु से इसकी तुलना नहीं की जा सकती.
12 I wisdom to dwell craftiness and knowledge plot to find
“मैं ज्ञान हूं और व्यवहार कुशलता के साथ मेरा सह अस्तित्व है, मेरे पास ज्ञान और विवेक है.
13 fear LORD to hate bad: evil pride and pride and way: conduct bad: evil and lip: word perversity to hate
पाप से घृणा ही याहवेह के प्रति श्रद्धा है; मुझे घृणा है अहंकार, गर्वोक्ति, बुराई तथा छलपूर्ण बातों से.
14 to/for me counsel and wisdom I understanding to/for me might
मुझमें ही परामर्श है, सद्बुद्धि है; मुझमें समझ है, मुझमें शक्ति निहित है.
15 in/on/with me king to reign and to rule to decree righteousness
मेरे द्वारा राजा शासन करते हैं, मेरे ही द्वारा वे न्याय संगत निर्णय लेते हैं.
16 in/on/with me ruler to rule and noble all to judge (righteousness *L(H)*)
मेरे द्वारा ही शासक शासन करते हैं, और समस्त न्यायाध्यक्ष मेरे द्वारा ही न्याय करते हैं.
17 I (to love: lover me *Q(K)*) to love: lover and to seek me to find me
जिन्हें मुझसे प्रेम है, वे सभी मुझे भी प्रिय हैं, जो मुझे खोजते हैं, मुझे प्राप्त भी कर लेते हैं.
18 riches and glory with me substance surpassing and righteousness
मेरे साथ ही संलग्न हैं समृद्धि और सम्मान इनके साथ ही चिरस्थायी निधि तथा धार्मिकता.
19 pleasant fruit my from gold and from pure gold and produce my from silver: money to choose
मेरा फल स्वर्ण से, हां, उत्कृष्ट स्वर्ण से उत्तम; तथा जो कुछ मुझसे निकलता है, वह चांदी से उत्कृष्ट है.
20 in/on/with way righteousness to go: walk in/on/with midst path justice
धार्मिकता मेरा मार्ग है, जिस पर मैं चालचलन करता हूं, न्यायशीलता ही मेरा मार्ग है,
21 to/for to inherit to love: lover me there and treasure their to fill
परिणामस्वरूप, जिन्हें मुझसे प्रेम है, उन्हें धन प्राप्त हो जाता है और उनके भण्डारगृह परिपूर्ण भरे रहते हैं.
22 LORD to buy me first: beginning way: conduct his front: old work his from the past
“जब याहवेह ने सृष्टि की रचना प्रारंभ की, इसके पूर्व कि वह किसी वस्तु की सृष्टि करते, मैं उनके साथ था;
23 from forever: antiquity to install from head: first from front: old land: country/planet
युगों पूर्व ही, सर्वप्रथम, पृथ्वी के अस्तित्व में आने के पूर्व ही मैं अस्तित्व में था.
24 in/on/with nothing abyss to twist: give birth in/on/with nothing spring to honor: many water
महासागरों के अस्तित्व में आने के पूर्व, जब सोते ही न थे, मुझे जन्म दिया गया.
25 in/on/with before mountain: mount to sink to/for face: before hill to twist: give birth
इसके पूर्व कि पर्वतों को आकार दिया गया, और पहाड़ियां अस्तित्व में आयीं, मैं अस्तित्व में था;
26 till not to make land: country/planet and outside and head: first dust world
इसके पूर्व कि परमेश्वर ने पृथ्वी तथा पृथ्वी की सतह पर मैदानों की रचना की, अथवा भूमि पर सर्वप्रथम धूल देखी गई.

जब परमेश्वर ने आकाशमंडल की स्थापना की, मैं अस्तित्व में था, जब उन्होंने महासागर पर क्षितिज रेखा का निर्माण किया,
28 in/on/with to strengthen he cloud from above in/on/with be strong spring abyss
जब उन्होंने आकाश को हमारे ऊपर सुदृढ़ कर दिया, जब उन्होंने महासागर के सोते प्रतिष्ठित किए,
29 in/on/with to set: appoint he to/for sea statute: allotment his and water not to pass: trespass lip: word his in/on/with to decree he foundation land: country/planet
जब उन्होंने महासागर की सीमाएं बांध दी, कि जल उनके आदेश का उल्लंघन न कर सके, जब उन्होंने पृथ्वी की नींव रेखांकित की.
30 and to be beside him artisan and to be delight day: daily day: daily to laugh to/for face: before his in/on/with all time
उस समय मैं उनके साथ साथ कार्यरत था. एक प्रधान कारीगर के समान प्रतिदिन मैं ही उनके हर्ष का कारण था, सदैव मैं उनके समक्ष आनंदित होता रहता था,
31 to laugh in/on/with world land: country/planet his and delight my with son: child man
उनके द्वारा बसाए संसार में तथा इसके मनुष्यों में मेरा आनंद था.
32 and now son: descendant/people to hear: hear to/for me and blessed way: conduct my to keep: obey
“मेरे पुत्रो, ध्यान से सुनो; मेरे निर्देश सुनकर बुद्धिमान हो जाओ.
33 to hear: hear discipline: instruction and be wise and not to neglect
इनका परित्याग कभी न करना; धन्य होते हैं वे, जो मेरी नीतियों पर चलते हैं.
34 blessed man to hear: hear to/for me to/for to watch upon door my day: daily day: daily to/for to keep: look at doorpost entrance my
धन्य होता है वह व्यक्ति, जो इन शिक्षाओं के समक्ष ठहरा रहता है, जिसे द्वार पर मेरी प्रतीक्षा रहती है.
35 for to find me (to find *Q(K)*) life and to promote acceptance from LORD
जिसने मुझे प्राप्त कर लिया, उसने जीवन प्राप्त कर लिया, उसने याहवेह की कृपादृष्टि प्राप्त कर ली.
36 and to sin me to injure soul: myself his all to hate me to love: lover death
किंतु वह, जो मुझे पाने में असफल होता है, वह स्वयं का नुकसान कर लेता है; वे सभी, जो मुझसे घृणा करते हैं, वे मृत्यु का आलिंगन करते हैं.”
