Слова Лемуїла, царя Масси́, що ними навчала його його мати:

„Що, сину мій, і що, сину утро́би моєї, і що, сину обі́тниць моїх?
3 not to give: give to/for woman strength your and way: conduct your to/for to wipe king
Не давай жінкам сили своєї, ні доріг своїх для руйнува́льниць царів!
4 not to/for king Lemuel not to/for king to drink wine and to/for to rule (where? *Q(K)*) strong drink
Не царя́м, Лемуїле, вино, не царям, і на́пій той п'янки́й не князя́м,
5 lest to drink and to forget to decree and to change judgment all son: type of affliction
щоб не впився він та не забув про Зако́на, і щоб не змінив для всіх гно́блених пра́ва!

Дайте напо́ю п'янко́го тому, хто гине, а вина — гіркоду́хим:
7 to drink and to forget poverty his and trouble his not to remember still
він вип'є й забуде за бідність свою, і му́ки своєї вже не пам'ята́тиме!
8 to open lip your to/for mute to(wards) judgment all son: type of destruction
Відкривай свої уста немо́ві, для суда́ всім нещасним.
9 to open lip your to judge righteousness and to judge afflicted and needy
Відкрива́й свої уста, й суди справедливо, і правосу́ддя зроби для убогого та для нужде́нного.
10 woman: wife strength: worthy who? to find and distant from jewel merchandise her
Хто жінку чесно́тну зна́йде? а ціна її більша від пе́рел:
11 to trust in/on/with her heart master: husband her and spoil not to lack
довіря́є їй серце її чоловіка, і йому не забра́кне прибутку!
12 to wean him good and not bad: evil all day life her
Вона чинить для нього добро, а не зло, по всі́ дні свого життя.
13 to seek wool and flax and to make: do in/on/with pleasure palm her
Шукає вона вовни й льо́ну, і робить охоче своїми руками.
14 to be like/as fleet to trade from distance to come (in): bring food her
Вона, немов кораблі́ ті купе́цькі, здале́ка спроваджує хліб свій.
15 and to arise: rise in/on/with still night and to give: give prey to/for house: household her and statute: portion to/for maiden her
І встане вона ще вночі, і видасть для дому свого поживу, а поря́док служни́цям своїм.

Про поле вона намишляла, і його набула́, із пло́ду долоней своїх засадила вона виноградинка.

Вона підпері́зує силою сте́гна свої та зміцня́є раме́на свої.

Вона розуміє, що добра робота її, і світильник її не пога́сне вночі.

Вона ру́ки свої простя́гає до пря́дки, а долоні її верете́но тримають.

Долоню свою відкриває для вбогого, а руки свої простягає до бідного.

Холоду в домі своїм не боїться вона, бо подвійно одя́гнений ввесь її дім.
22 covering to make to/for her linen and purple clothing her
Килими́ поробила собі, віссо́н та кармази́н — убра́ння її.
23 to know in/on/with gate master: husband her in/on/with to dwell he with old: elder land: country/planet
Чоловік її зна́ний при брамах, як сидить він із старшими краю.
24 linen to make and to sell and belt to give: give to/for merchant
Тонку ту́ніку робить вона й продає, і купце́ві дає пояси́.
25 strength and glory clothing her and to laugh to/for day last
Сила та пи́шність — одежа її, і сміється вона до прийде́щнього дня.
26 lip her to open in/on/with wisdom and instruction kindness upon tongue her
Свої уста вона відкриває на мудрість, і милости́ва наука їй на язиці́.
27 to watch walk house: household her and food: bread sluggishness not to eat
Доглядає вона ходи дому свого́, і хліба з ліни́вства не їсть.
28 to arise: rise son: child her and to bless her master: husband her and to boast: praise her
Устають її діти, і хвалять її, чоловік її — й він похваля́є її:
29 many daughter to make: do strength: worthy and you(f. s.) to ascend: rise upon all their
„Багато було́ тих чесно́тних дочо́к, та ти їх усіх переви́щила!“
30 deception [the] favor and vanity [the] beauty woman afraid LORD he/she/it to boast: praise
Краса — то ома́на, а врода — марно́та, жінка ж богобоя́зна — вона буде хва́лена!
31 to give: give to/for her from fruit hand her and to boast: praise her in/on/with gate deed: work her
Дайте їй з плоду рук її, і нехай її вчи́нки її вихваляють при брамах!“
