Numbers 31
1 and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses to/for to say
TUHAN berkata kepada Musa,
2 to avenge vengeance son: descendant/people Israel from with [the] Midianite (after *L(P)*) to gather to(wards) kinsman your
"Lakukanlah pembalasan kepada orang Midian karena apa yang sudah mereka perbuat terhadap bangsa Israel. Sesudah itu engkau akan mati."
3 and to speak: speak Moses to(wards) [the] people to/for to say to arm from with you human to/for army: war and to be upon Midian to/for to give: put vengeance LORD in/on/with Midian
Maka Musa berkata kepada bangsa Israel, "Bersiap-siaplah untuk berperang; kamu harus menyerang orang Midian untuk melakukan hukuman TUHAN terhadap mereka.
4 thousand to/for tribe thousand to/for tribe to/for all tribe Israel to send: depart to/for army: war
Dari setiap suku bangsa Israel, kamu harus menyiapkan seribu orang prajurit untuk maju berperang."
5 and to commit from thousand Israel thousand to/for tribe two ten thousand to arm army: war
Maka dipilihlah seribu orang dari setiap suku bangsa Israel, seluruhnya berjumlah dua belas ribu orang yang siap bertempur.
6 and to send: depart [obj] them Moses thousand to/for tribe to/for army: war [obj] them and [obj] Phinehas son: child Eleazar [the] priest to/for army: war and article/utensil [the] holiness and trumpet [the] shout in/on/with hand his
Musa menyuruh mereka berperang bersama-sama dengan Pinehas anak Imam Eleazar. Pinehas membawa benda-benda suci dan trompet-trompet untuk memberi tanda-tanda.
7 and to serve upon Midian like/as as which to command LORD [obj] Moses and to kill all male
Sesuai dengan perintah TUHAN kepada Musa, orang Israel menyerang orang Midian dan membunuh semua orang laki-lakinya,
8 and [obj] king Midian to kill upon slain: killed their [obj] Evi and [obj] Rekem and [obj] Zur and [obj] Hur and [obj] Reba five king Midian and [obj] Balaam son: child Beor to kill in/on/with sword
termasuk lima raja Midian, yaitu Ewi, Rekem, Zur, Hur dan Reba. Bileam, anak Beor, juga dibunuh.
9 and to take captive son: descendant/people Israel [obj] woman Midian and [obj] child their and [obj] all animal their and [obj] all livestock their and [obj] all strength: rich their to plunder
Orang-orang Israel menawan para wanita dan anak-anak Midian, dan merampas segala hewan dan ternak, serta segala kekayaan mereka.
10 and [obj] all city their in/on/with seat their and [obj] all encampment their to burn in/on/with fire
Kota-kota dan perkemahan-perkemahan mereka pun dibakar.
11 and to take: take [obj] all [the] spoil and [obj] all [the] prey in/on/with man and in/on/with animal
Setelah itu orang-orang Israel mengambil semua hasil rampasan itu, termasuk para tawanan dan hewan,
12 and to come (in): bring to(wards) Moses and to(wards) Eleazar [the] priest and to(wards) congregation son: descendant/people Israel [obj] [the] captivity and [obj] [the] prey and [obj] [the] spoil to(wards) [the] camp to(wards) Plains (of Moab) (Plains of) Moab which upon Jordan Jericho
lalu membawanya kepada Musa dan Imam Eleazar dan kepada seluruh umat Israel. Pada waktu itu mereka sedang berkemah di dataran Moab, di tepi Sungai Yordan, dekat kota Yerikho.
13 and to come out: come Moses and Eleazar [the] priest and all leader [the] congregation to/for to encounter: meet them to(wards) from outside to/for camp
Maka Musa, Imam Eleazar dan semua pemimpin lainnya dari umat Israel keluar dari perkemahan untuk menyambut tentara Israel.
14 and be angry Moses upon to reckon: overseer [the] strength: soldiers ruler [the] thousand and ruler [the] hundred [the] to come (in): come from army: duty [the] battle
Musa memarahi para perwira, para kepala pasukan dan kepala laskar yang baru saja kembali dari pertempuran.
15 and to say to(wards) them Moses to live all female
Katanya kepada mereka, "Mengapa kamu membiarkan semua wanita itu hidup?

Bukankah wanita-wanita itu yang menuruti nasihat Bileam, sehingga membujuk umat Israel di Peor untuk meninggalkan TUHAN? Dan itulah yang mendatangkan bencana atas umat TUHAN!
17 and now to kill all male in/on/with child and all woman to know man to/for bed male to kill
Nah, sekarang bunuhlah setiap anak laki-laki dan setiap wanita yang bukan perawan lagi.
18 and all [the] child in/on/with woman which not to know bed male to live to/for you
Tetapi semua perempuan yang masih perawan boleh kamu ambil untukmu.
19 and you(m. p.) to camp from outside to/for camp seven day all to kill soul: person and all to touch in/on/with slain: killed to sin in/on/with day [the] third and in/on/with day [the] seventh you(m. p.) and captivity your
Dan kamu semua yang telah membunuh orang atau menyentuh mayat harus tinggal di luar perkemahan selama tujuh hari. Pada hari yang ketiga dan yang ketujuh kamu dan semua wanita yang kamu tawan itu harus melakukan upacara penyucian diri.
20 and all garment and all article/utensil skin and all deed: work goat and all article/utensil tree: wood to sin
Setiap potong pakaian dan apa saja dari kulit, bulu kambing atau kayu, harus juga disucikan."
21 and to say Eleazar [the] priest to(wards) human [the] army [the] to come (in): come to/for battle this statute [the] instruction which to command LORD [obj] Moses
Kemudian Imam Eleazar berkata kepada orang-orang yang baru kembali dari pertempuran itu, "Inilah peraturan-peraturan yang diberikan TUHAN kepada Musa.
22 surely [obj] [the] gold and [obj] [the] silver: money [obj] [the] bronze [obj] [the] iron [obj] [the] tin and [obj] [the] lead
Segala sesuatu yang tahan api, seperti emas, perak, tembaga, besi, timah putih dan timah hitam, harus disucikan dengan melalukannya dalam api. Kemudian barang-barang itu harus disucikan juga dengan air upacara penyucian supaya tidak najis lagi. Semua benda lainnya yang tidak tahan api harus disucikan dengan air upacara penyucian.
23 all word: thing which to come (in): come in/on/with fire to pass in/on/with fire and be pure surely in/on/with water impurity to sin and all which not to come (in): come in/on/with fire to pass in/on/with water
24 and to wash garment your in/on/with day [the] seventh and be pure and after to come (in): come to(wards) [the] camp
Pada hari yang ketujuh kamu harus mencuci pakaianmu, barulah kamu tidak najis lagi, dan boleh masuk ke dalam perkemahan."
25 and to say LORD to(wards) Moses to/for to say
TUHAN berkata kepada Musa,
26 to lift: count [obj] head: count prey [the] captivity in/on/with man and in/on/with animal you(m. s.) and Eleazar [the] priest and head: leader father [the] congregation
"Engkau dan Imam Eleazar, bersama-sama dengan para pemimpin lainnya dari umat Israel, harus menghitung semua hasil rampasan, termasuk para tawanan dan hewan.
27 and to divide [obj] [the] prey between to capture [the] battle [the] to come out: come to/for army: war and between all [the] congregation
Hasil rampasan itu harus kamu bagi dua yang sama banyaknya; sebagian untuk para prajurit yang telah pergi berperang, dan sebagian lagi untuk umat selebihnya.
28 and to exalt tribute to/for LORD from with human [the] battle [the] to come out: come to/for army: war one soul: person from five [the] hundred from [the] man and from [the] cattle and from [the] donkey and from [the] flock
Untuk pemberian khusus kepada Aku, TUHAN, dari bagian para prajurit itu harus kauambil satu dari setiap lima ratus--baik dari orang-orang tawanan, maupun dari sapi, keledai, domba dan kambing.
29 from half their to take: take and to give: give to/for Eleazar [the] priest contribution LORD
Serahkanlah itu kepada Imam Eleazar sebagai persembahan khusus untuk Aku, TUHAN.
30 and from half son: descendant/people Israel to take: take one to grasp from [the] fifty from [the] man from [the] cattle from [the] donkey and from [the] flock from all [the] animal and to give: give [obj] them to/for Levi to keep: guard charge tabernacle LORD
Dari bagian yang diberikan kepada umat Israel, harus kauambil satu dari setiap lima puluh, baik dari orang-orang tawanan, maupun dari sapi, keledai, domba dan kambing. Serahkanlah semuanya itu kepada orang Lewi yang mengurus Kemah-Ku."
31 and to make: do Moses and Eleazar [the] priest like/as as which to command LORD [obj] Moses
Musa dan Imam Eleazar melakukan seperti yang diperintahkan TUHAN.
32 and to be [the] prey remainder [the] plunder which to plunder people: soldiers [the] army flock six hundred thousand and seventy thousand and five thousand
Selain yang sudah diambil para prajurit untuk mereka sendiri, hasil rampasan itu berjumlah: 675.000 ekor domba dan kambing, 72.000 ekor sapi, 61.000 ekor keledai dan 32.000 orang gadis perawan.
33 and cattle two and seventy thousand
34 and donkey one and sixty thousand
35 and soul: person man from [the] woman which not to know bed male all soul: person two and thirty thousand
36 and to be [the] half portion [the] to come out: come in/on/with army number [the] flock three hundred thousand and thirty thousand and seven thousand and five hundred
Separuh dari jumlah itu diberikan kepada para prajurit dengan perincian ini: 337.500 ekor domba dan kambing, dan dari jumlah itu 675 ekor untuk pemberian khusus bagi TUHAN; 36.000 ekor sapi, 72 ekor untuk pemberian khusus bagi TUHAN; 30.500 ekor keledai, 61 ekor untuk pemberian khusus bagi TUHAN; 16.000 orang gadis perawan, 32 orang untuk pemberian khusus bagi TUHAN.
37 and to be [the] tribute to/for LORD from [the] flock six hundred five and seventy
38 and [the] cattle six and thirty thousand and tribute their to/for LORD two and seventy
39 and donkey thirty thousand and five hundred and tribute their to/for LORD one and sixty
40 and soul: person man six ten thousand and tribute their to/for LORD two and thirty soul: person
41 and to give: give Moses [obj] tribute contribution LORD to/for Eleazar [the] priest like/as as which to command LORD [obj] Moses
Lalu Musa menyerahkan pemberian khusus itu kepada Imam Eleazar untuk persembahan bagi TUHAN, seperti yang diperintahkan TUHAN.
42 and from half son: descendant/people Israel which to divide Moses from [the] human [the] to serve
Bagian untuk rakyat sama banyaknya dengan bagian untuk prajurit: 337.500 ekor domba dan kambing, 36.000 ekor sapi, 30.500 ekor keledai, dan 16.000 orang gadis perawan.
43 and to be half [the] congregation from [the] flock three hundred thousand and thirty thousand seven thousand and five hundred
44 and cattle six and thirty thousand
45 and donkey thirty thousand and five hundred
46 and soul: person man six ten thousand
47 and to take: take Moses from half son: descendant/people Israel [obj] [the] to grasp one from [the] fifty from [the] man and from [the] animal and to give: give [obj] them to/for Levi to keep: guard charge tabernacle LORD like/as as which to command LORD [obj] Moses
Seperti yang diperintahkan TUHAN, Musa mengambil satu dari setiap lima puluh orang tawanan dan hewan, lalu menyerahkannya kepada orang-orang Lewi yang bertugas di Kemah TUHAN.
48 and to present: come to(wards) Moses [the] to reckon: overseer which to/for thousand [the] army ruler [the] thousand and ruler [the] hundred
Kemudian para perwira yang telah memimpin tentara Israel, menghadap Musa
49 and to say to(wards) Moses servant/slave your to lift: count [obj] head: leader human [the] battle which in/on/with hand: power our and not to reckon: missing from us man: anyone
dan melaporkan, "Tuan, kami sudah menghitung para prajurit bawahan kami. Ternyata jumlah mereka lengkap, tak seorang pun yang hilang.
50 and to present: bring [obj] offering LORD man: anyone which to find article/utensil gold armlet and bracelet ring ring and bracelet to/for to atone upon soul: myself our to/for face: before LORD
Sebab itu kami membawa perhiasan-perhiasan emas, gelang tangan, gelang kaki, cincin, anting-anting dan kalung yang telah diambil oleh masing-masing. Semua ini kami serahkan kepada TUHAN sebagai persembahan kami, supaya Ia tetap melindungi kami."
51 and to take: recieve Moses and Eleazar [the] priest [obj] [the] gold from with them all article/utensil deed: work
Lalu Musa dan Imam Eleazar menerima emas itu, semuanya dalam bentuk perhiasan.
52 and to be all gold [the] contribution which to exalt to/for LORD six ten thousand seven hundred and fifty shekel from with ruler [the] thousand and from with ruler [the] hundred
Persembahan para perwira itu beratnya hampir dua ratus kilogram.
53 human [the] army to plunder man: anyone to/for him
Tetapi prajurit-prajurit itu masing-masing telah mengambil hasil rampasan itu bagi mereka sendiri.
54 and to take: recieve Moses and Eleazar [the] priest [obj] [the] gold from with ruler [the] thousand and [the] hundred and to come (in): bring [obj] him to(wards) tent meeting memorial to/for son: descendant/people Israel to/for face: before LORD
Maka Musa dan Imam Eleazar membawa emas itu ke Kemah TUHAN supaya TUHAN melindungi bangsa Israel.
