Numbers 31
1 and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses to/for to say
L'Eternel parla aussi à Moïse, en disant:
2 to avenge vengeance son: descendant/people Israel from with [the] Midianite (after *L(P)*) to gather to(wards) kinsman your
Fais la vengeance des enfants d'Israël sur les Madianites, puis tu seras recueilli vers tes peuples.
3 and to speak: speak Moses to(wards) [the] people to/for to say to arm from with you human to/for army: war and to be upon Midian to/for to give: put vengeance LORD in/on/with Midian
Moïse donc parla au peuple, en disant: Que quelques-uns d'entre vous s'équipent pour aller à la guerre, et qu'ils aillent contre Madian, pour exécuter la vengeance de l'Eternel sur Madian.
4 thousand to/for tribe thousand to/for tribe to/for all tribe Israel to send: depart to/for army: war
Vous enverrez à la guerre mille [hommes] de chaque Tribu, de toutes les tribus d'Israël.
5 and to commit from thousand Israel thousand to/for tribe two ten thousand to arm army: war
On donna donc d'entre les milliers d'Israël mille hommes de chaque Tribu, qui furent douze mille hommes équipés pour la guerre.
6 and to send: depart [obj] them Moses thousand to/for tribe to/for army: war [obj] them and [obj] Phinehas son: child Eleazar [the] priest to/for army: war and article/utensil [the] holiness and trumpet [the] shout in/on/with hand his
Et Moïse les envoya à la guerre, [savoir] mille de chaque Tribu, et avec eux Phinées, fils d'Eiéazar le Sacrificateur, qui avait les vaisseaux du Sanctuaire, et les trompettes de retentissement en sa main.
7 and to serve upon Midian like/as as which to command LORD [obj] Moses and to kill all male
Ils marchèrent donc en guerre contre Madian, comme l'Eternel l'avait commandé à Moïse, et ils en tuèrent tous les mâles.
8 and [obj] king Midian to kill upon slain: killed their [obj] Evi and [obj] Rekem and [obj] Zur and [obj] Hur and [obj] Reba five king Midian and [obj] Balaam son: child Beor to kill in/on/with sword
Ils tuèrent aussi les Rois de Madian, outre les autres qui y furent tués, [savoir] Evi, Rékem, Tsur, Hur, et Rébah, cinq Rois de Madian; ils firent aussi passer au fil de l'épée Balaam fils de Béhor.
9 and to take captive son: descendant/people Israel [obj] woman Midian and [obj] child their and [obj] all animal their and [obj] all livestock their and [obj] all strength: rich their to plunder
Et les enfants d'Israël emmenèrent prisonniers les femmes de Madian, avec leurs petits enfants, et pillèrent tout leur gros et menu bétail, et tout ce qui était en leur puissance.
10 and [obj] all city their in/on/with seat their and [obj] all encampment their to burn in/on/with fire
Ils brûlèrent au feu toutes leurs villes, leurs demeures, et tous leurs châteaux;
11 and to take: take [obj] all [the] spoil and [obj] all [the] prey in/on/with man and in/on/with animal
Et ils prirent tout le butin et tout le pillage, tant des hommes que du bétail.
12 and to come (in): bring to(wards) Moses and to(wards) Eleazar [the] priest and to(wards) congregation son: descendant/people Israel [obj] [the] captivity and [obj] [the] prey and [obj] [the] spoil to(wards) [the] camp to(wards) Plains (of Moab) (Plains of) Moab which upon Jordan Jericho
Puis ils amenèrent les prisonniers, le pillage, et le butin, à Moïse et à Eléazar le Sacrificateur, et à l'assemblée des enfants d'Israël, au camp dans les campagnes de Moab, qui sont près du Jourdain de Jéricho.
13 and to come out: come Moses and Eleazar [the] priest and all leader [the] congregation to/for to encounter: meet them to(wards) from outside to/for camp
Alors Moïse et Eléazar le Sacrificateur, et tous les principaux de l'assemblée sortirent au devant d'eux hors du camp.
14 and be angry Moses upon to reckon: overseer [the] strength: soldiers ruler [the] thousand and ruler [the] hundred [the] to come (in): come from army: duty [the] battle
Et Moïse se mit en grande colère contre les Capitaines de l'armée, les chefs des milliers, et les chefs des centaines, qui retournaient de cet exploit de guerre.
15 and to say to(wards) them Moses to live all female
Et Moïse leur dit: N'avez-vous pas gardé en vie toutes les femmes?
16 look! they(fem.) to be to/for son: descendant/people Israel in/on/with word Balaam to/for to commit unfaithfulness in/on/with LORD upon word: thing Peor and to be [the] plague in/on/with congregation LORD
Voici ce sont elles qui à la parole de Balaam, ont donné [occasion] aux enfants d'Israël de pécher contre l'Eternel au fait de Péhor [ce qui attira] la plaie sur l'assemblée de l'Eternel.
17 and now to kill all male in/on/with child and all woman to know man to/for bed male to kill
Or maintenant tuez tous les mâles d'entre les petits enfants, et tuez toute femme qui aura eu compagnie d'homme.
18 and all [the] child in/on/with woman which not to know bed male to live to/for you
Mais vous garderez en vie toutes les jeunes filles qui n'ont point eu compagnie d'homme.
19 and you(m. p.) to camp from outside to/for camp seven day all to kill soul: person and all to touch in/on/with slain: killed to sin in/on/with day [the] third and in/on/with day [the] seventh you(m. p.) and captivity your
Au reste, demeurez sept jours hors du camp. Quiconque tuera quelqu'un, et quiconque touchera quelqu'un qui aura été tué, se purifiera le troisième et le septième jour, tant vous que vos prisonniers.
20 and all garment and all article/utensil skin and all deed: work goat and all article/utensil tree: wood to sin
Vous purifierez aussi tous vos vêtements, et tout ce qui sera fait de peau, et tous ouvrages de poil de chèvre, et toute vaisselle de bois.
21 and to say Eleazar [the] priest to(wards) human [the] army [the] to come (in): come to/for battle this statute [the] instruction which to command LORD [obj] Moses
Et Eléazar le Sacrificateur dit aux hommes de guerre qui étaient allés à la bataille: Voici l'ordonnance et la Loi que l'Eternel a commandée à Moïse.
22 surely [obj] [the] gold and [obj] [the] silver: money [obj] [the] bronze [obj] [the] iron [obj] [the] tin and [obj] [the] lead
En général l'or, l'argent, l'airain, le fer, l'étain, le plomb;
23 all word: thing which to come (in): come in/on/with fire to pass in/on/with fire and be pure surely in/on/with water impurity to sin and all which not to come (in): come in/on/with fire to pass in/on/with water
Tout ce qui peut passer par le feu, vous le ferez passer par le feu, et il sera net; seulement on le purifiera avec l'eau d'aspersion; mais vous ferez passer par l'eau toutes les choses qui ne passent point par le feu.
24 and to wash garment your in/on/with day [the] seventh and be pure and after to come (in): come to(wards) [the] camp
Vous laverez aussi vos vêtements le septième-jour, et vous serez nets, puis vous entrerez au camp.
25 and to say LORD to(wards) Moses to/for to say
Et l'Eternel parla à Moïse, en disant:
26 to lift: count [obj] head: count prey [the] captivity in/on/with man and in/on/with animal you(m. s.) and Eleazar [the] priest and head: leader father [the] congregation
Fais le compte du butin, et de tout ce qu'on a emmené, tant des personnes que des bêtes, toi et Eléazar le Sacrificateur, et les chefs des pères de l'assemblée.
27 and to divide [obj] [the] prey between to capture [the] battle [the] to come out: come to/for army: war and between all [the] congregation
Et partage par moitié le butin entre les combattants qui sont allés à la guerre, et toute l'assemblée.
28 and to exalt tribute to/for LORD from with human [the] battle [the] to come out: come to/for army: war one soul: person from five [the] hundred from [the] man and from [the] cattle and from [the] donkey and from [the] flock
Tu lèveras aussi pour l'Eternel un tribut des gens de guerre qui sont allés à la bataille, [savoir] de cinq cents un, tant des personnes que des bœufs, des ânes et des brebis.
29 from half their to take: take and to give: give to/for Eleazar [the] priest contribution LORD
On le prendra de leur moitié, et tu le donneras à Eléazar le Sacrificateur, en offrande élevée à l'Eternel.
30 and from half son: descendant/people Israel to take: take one to grasp from [the] fifty from [the] man from [the] cattle from [the] donkey and from [the] flock from all [the] animal and to give: give [obj] them to/for Levi to keep: guard charge tabernacle LORD
Et de l'[autre] moitié qui appartient aux enfants d'Israël, tu en prendras à part de cinquante un, tant des personnes que des bœufs, des ânes, des brebis et de tous [autres] animaux, et tu le donneras aux Lévites qui ont la charge de garder le pavillon de l'Eternel.
31 and to make: do Moses and Eleazar [the] priest like/as as which to command LORD [obj] Moses
Et Moïse et Eléazar le Sacrificateur firent comme l'Eternel l'avait commandé à Moïse.
32 and to be [the] prey remainder [the] plunder which to plunder people: soldiers [the] army flock six hundred thousand and seventy thousand and five thousand
Or le butin, qui était resté du pillage que le peuple qui était allé à la guerre, avait fait, était de six cent soixante et quinze mille brebis;
33 and cattle two and seventy thousand
De soixante et douze mille bœufs;
34 and donkey one and sixty thousand
De soixante et un mille ânes.
35 and soul: person man from [the] woman which not to know bed male all soul: person two and thirty thousand
Et quant aux femmes qui n'avaient point eu compagnie d'homme, [elles étaient] en tout trente-deux mille âmes.
36 and to be [the] half portion [the] to come out: come in/on/with army number [the] flock three hundred thousand and thirty thousand and seven thousand and five hundred
Et la moitié du butin, [savoir] la part de ceux qui étaient allés à la guerre, montait à trois cent trente-sept mille cinq cents brebis.
37 and to be [the] tribute to/for LORD from [the] flock six hundred five and seventy
Dont le tribut pour l'Eternel, quant aux brebis, fut de six cent soixante et quinze.
38 and [the] cattle six and thirty thousand and tribute their to/for LORD two and seventy
Et à trente-six mille bœufs; dont le tribut pour l'Eternel, quant aux bœufs, fut de soixante et douze bœufs.
39 and donkey thirty thousand and five hundred and tribute their to/for LORD one and sixty
Et à trente mille cinq cents ânes; dont le tribut pour l'Eternel, quant aux ânes, fut de soixante et un ânes.
40 and soul: person man six ten thousand and tribute their to/for LORD two and thirty soul: person
Et à seize mille personnes; dont le tribut pour l'Eternel fut de trente-deux personnes.
41 and to give: give Moses [obj] tribute contribution LORD to/for Eleazar [the] priest like/as as which to command LORD [obj] Moses
Et Moïse donna à Eléazar le Sacrificateur le tribut de l'offrande élevée de l'Eternel, comme l'Eternel le lui avait commandé.
42 and from half son: descendant/people Israel which to divide Moses from [the] human [the] to serve
Et de l'autre moitié qui appartenait aux enfants d'Israël, laquelle Moïse avait tirée des hommes qui étaient allés à la guerre.
43 and to be half [the] congregation from [the] flock three hundred thousand and thirty thousand seven thousand and five hundred
Or de cette moitié qui fut pour l'assemblée, et qui montait à trois cent trente-sept mille cinq cents brebis;
44 and cattle six and thirty thousand
A trente-six mille bœufs;
45 and donkey thirty thousand and five hundred
A trente mille cinq cents ânes;
46 and soul: person man six ten thousand
Et à seize mille personnes;
47 and to take: take Moses from half son: descendant/people Israel [obj] [the] to grasp one from [the] fifty from [the] man and from [the] animal and to give: give [obj] them to/for Levi to keep: guard charge tabernacle LORD like/as as which to command LORD [obj] Moses
De cette moitié, [dis-je], qui appartenait aux enfants d'Israël, Moïse prit à part de cinquante un, tant des personnes que des bêtes, et les donna aux Lévites qui avaient la charge de garder le pavillon de l'Eternel, comme l'Eternel le lui avait commandé.
48 and to present: come to(wards) Moses [the] to reckon: overseer which to/for thousand [the] army ruler [the] thousand and ruler [the] hundred
Et les capitaines qui avaient charge des milliers de l'armée, tant les chefs des milliers, que les chefs des centaines, s'approchèrent de Moïse,
49 and to say to(wards) Moses servant/slave your to lift: count [obj] head: leader human [the] battle which in/on/with hand: power our and not to reckon: missing from us man: anyone
Et lui dirent: Tes serviteurs ont fait le compte des gens de guerre qui sont sous notre charge, et il ne s'en manque pas un seul.
50 and to present: bring [obj] offering LORD man: anyone which to find article/utensil gold armlet and bracelet ring ring and bracelet to/for to atone upon soul: myself our to/for face: before LORD
C'est pourquoi nous offrons l'offrande de l'Eternel, chacun ce qu'il s'est trouvé avoir, des joyaux d'or, des jarretières, des bracelets, des anneaux, des pendants d'oreilles, et des colliers, afin de faire propitiation pour nos personnes devant l'Eternel.
51 and to take: recieve Moses and Eleazar [the] priest [obj] [the] gold from with them all article/utensil deed: work
Et Moïse et Eléazar le Sacrificateur reçurent d'eux l'or, [savoir] toute pièce d'ouvrage.
52 and to be all gold [the] contribution which to exalt to/for LORD six ten thousand seven hundred and fifty shekel from with ruler [the] thousand and from with ruler [the] hundred
Et tout l'or de l'offrande élevée qui fut présenté à l'Eternel de la part des chefs de milliers et des chefs de centaines, [montait à] seize mille sept cent cinquante sicles.
53 human [the] army to plunder man: anyone to/for him
[Or] les gens de guerre retinrent chacun pour soi ce qu'ils avaient pillé.
54 and to take: recieve Moses and Eleazar [the] priest [obj] [the] gold from with ruler [the] thousand and [the] hundred and to come (in): bring [obj] him to(wards) tent meeting memorial to/for son: descendant/people Israel to/for face: before LORD
Moïse donc et Eléazar le Sacrificateur prirent des chefs de milliers et [des chefs] de centaines cet or-là, et l'apportèrent au Tabernacle d'assignation, [en] mémorial pour les enfants d'Israël, devant l'Eternel.
