1 and these generation Aaron and Moses in/on/with day to speak: speak LORD with Moses in/on/with mountain: mount Sinai

١ وَهَذِهِ تَوَالِيدُ هَارُونَ وَمُوسَى يَوْمَ كَلَّمَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى فِي جَبَلِ سِينَاءَ.

2 and these name son: child Aaron [the] firstborn Nadab and Abihu Eleazar and Ithamar

٢ وَهَذِهِ أَسْمَاءُ بَنِي هَارُونَ: نَادَابُ ٱلْبِكْرُ، وَأَبِيهُو وَأَلِعَازَارُ وَإِيثَامَارُ.

3 these name son: child Aaron [the] priest [the] to anoint which to fill hand: donate their to/for to minister

٣ هَذِهِ أَسْمَاءُ بَنِي هَارُونَ ٱلْكَهَنَةِ ٱلْمَمْسُوحِينَ ٱلَّذِينَ مَلَأَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ لِلْكَهَانَةِ.

٤ وَلَكِنْ مَاتَ نَادَابُ وَأَبِيهُو أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ عِنْدَمَا قَرَّبَا نَارًا غَرِيبَةً أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ فِي بَرِّيَّةِ سِينَاءَ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمَا بَنُونَ. وَأَمَّا أَلِعَازَارُ وَإِيثَامَارُ فَكَهَنَا أَمَامَ هَارُونَ أَبِيهِمَا.

5 and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses to/for to say

٥ وَكَلَّمَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى قَائِلًا:

6 to present: bring [obj] tribe Levi and to stand: stand [obj] him to/for face: before Aaron [the] priest and to minister [obj] him

٦ «قَدِّمْ سِبْطَ لَاوِي وَأَوْقِفْهُمْ قُدَّامَ هَارُونَ ٱلْكَاهِنِ وَلْيَخْدِمُوهُ.

7 and to keep: guard [obj] charge his and [obj] charge all [the] congregation to/for face: before tent meeting to/for to serve: minister [obj] service: ministry [the] tabernacle

٧ فَيَحْفَظُونَ شَعَائِرَهُ وَشَعَائِرَ كُلِّ ٱلْجَمَاعَةِ قُدَّامَ خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ، وَيَخْدِمُونَ خِدْمَةَ ٱلْمَسْكَنِ،

٨ فَيَحْرُسُونَ كُلَّ أَمْتِعَةِ خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ، وَحِرَاسَةِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَيَخْدِمُونَ خِدْمَةَ ٱلْمَسْكَنِ.

9 and to give: give [obj] [the] Levi to/for Aaron and to/for son: child his to give: give to give: give they(masc.) to/for him from with son: descendant/people Israel

٩ فَتُعْطِي ٱللَّاوِيِّينَ لِهَارُونَ وَلِبَنِيهِ. إِنَّهُمْ مَوْهُوبُونَ لَهُ هِبَةً مِنْ عِنْدِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ.

10 and [obj] Aaron and [obj] son: child his to reckon: overseer and to keep: guard [obj] priesthood their and [the] be a stranger [the] approaching to die

١٠ وَتُوَكِّلُ هَارُونَ وَبَنِيهِ فَيَحْرُسُونَ كَهَنُوتَهُمْ، وَٱلْأَجْنَبِيُّ ٱلَّذِي يَقْتَرِبُ يُقْتَلُ».

11 and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses to/for to say

١١ وَكَلَّمَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى قَائِلًا:

12 and I behold to take: take [obj] [the] Levi from midst son: descendant/people Israel underneath: instead all firstborn firstborn womb from son: descendant/people Israel and to be to/for me [the] Levi

١٢ «وَهَا إِنِّي قَدْ أَخَذْتُ ٱللَّاوِيِّينَ مِنْ بَيْنِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، بَدَلَ كُلِّ بِكْرٍ فَاتِحِ رَحِمٍ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فَيَكُونُ ٱللَّاوِيُّونَ لِي.

13 for to/for me all firstborn in/on/with day to smite I all firstborn in/on/with land: country/planet Egypt to consecrate: consecate to/for me all firstborn in/on/with Israel from man till animal to/for me to be I LORD

١٣ لِأَنَّ لِي كُلَّ بِكْرٍ. يَوْمَ ضَرَبْتُ كُلَّ بِكْرٍ فِي أَرْضِ مِصْرَ قَدَّسْتُ لِي كُلَّ بِكْرٍ فِي إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَٱلْبَهَائِمِ. لِي يَكُونُونَ. أَنَا ٱلرَّبُّ».

14 and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses in/on/with wilderness (Wilderness of) Sinai to/for to say

١٤ وَكَلَّمَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى فِي بَرِّيَّةِ سِينَاءَ قَائِلًا:

15 to reckon: list [obj] son: child Levi to/for house: household father their to/for family their all male from son: aged month and above [to] to reckon: list them

١٥ «عُدَّ بَنِي لَاوِي حَسَبَ بُيُوتِ آبَائِهِمْ وَعَشَائِرِهِمْ. كُلَّ ذَكَرٍ مِنِ ٱبْنِ شَهْرٍ فَصَاعِدًا تَعُدُّهُمْ».

16 and to reckon: list [obj] them Moses upon lip: word LORD like/as as which to command

١٦ فَعَدَّهُمْ مُوسَى حَسَبَ قَوْلِ ٱلرَّبِّ كَمَا أُمِرَ.

17 and to be these son: child Levi in/on/with name their Gershon and Kohath and Merari

١٧ وَكَانَ هَؤُلَاءِ بَنِي لَاوِي بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ: جَرْشُونُ وَقَهَاتُ وَمَرَارِي.

18 and these name son: child Gershon to/for family their Libni and Shimei

١٨ وَهَذَانِ ٱسْمَا ٱبْنَيْ جَرْشُونَ حَسَبَ عَشَائِرِهِمَا: لِبْنِي وَشِمْعِي.

19 and son: child Kohath to/for family their Amram and Izhar Hebron and Uzziel

١٩ وَبَنُو قَهَاتَ حَسَبَ عَشَائِرِهِمْ: عَمْرَامُ وَيِصْهَارُ وَحَبْرُونُ وَعُزِّيئِيلُ.

20 and son: child Merari to/for family their Mahli and Mushi these they(masc.) family [the] Levi to/for house: household father their

٢٠ وَٱبْنَا مَرَارِي حَسَبَ عَشَائِرِهِمَا: مَحْلِي وَمُوشِي. هَذِهِ هِيَ عَشَائِرُ ٱللَّاوِيِّينَ حَسَبَ بُيُوتِ آبَائِهِمْ.

21 to/for Gershon family [the] Libnite and family [the] Shimeite these they(masc.) family [the] Gershonite

٢١ لِجَرْشُونَ عَشِيرَةُ ٱللِّبْنِيِّينَ وَعَشِيرَةُ ٱلشِّمْعِيِّينَ. هَذِهِ هِيَ عَشَائِرُ ٱلْجَرْشُونِيِّينَ.

٢٢ ٱلْمَعْدُودُونَ مِنْهُمْ بِعَدَدِ كُلِّ ذَكَرٍ مِنِ ٱبْنِ شَهْرٍ فَصَاعِدًا، ٱلْمَعْدُودُونَ مِنْهُمْ سَبْعَةُ آلَافٍ وَخَمْسُ مِئَةٍ.

٢٣ عَشَائِرُ ٱلْجَرْشُونِيِّينَ يَنْزِلُونَ وَرَاءَ ٱلْمَسْكَنِ إِلَى ٱلْغَرْبِ،

٢٥ وَحِرَاسَةُ بَنِي جَرْشُونَ فِي خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ: ٱلْمَسْكَنُ، وَٱلْخَيْمَةُ وَغِطَاؤُهَا، وَسَجْفُ بَابِ خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ،

26 and curtain [the] court and [obj] covering entrance [the] court which upon [the] tabernacle and upon [the] altar around and [obj] cord his to/for all service: ministry his

٢٦ وَأَسْتَارُ ٱلدَّارِ وَسَجْفُ بَابِ ٱلدَّارِ ٱللَّوَاتِي حَوْلَ ٱلْمَسْكَنِ وَحَوْلَ ٱلْمَذْبَحِ مُحِيطًا وَأَطْنَابُهُ مَعَ كُلِّ خِدْمَتِهِ.

27 and to/for Kohath family [the] Amramite and family [the] Izharite and family [the] Hebronite and family [the] Uzzielite these they(masc.) family [the] Kohathite

٢٧ وَلِقَهَاتَ عَشِيرَةُ ٱلْعَمْرَامِيِّينَ وَعَشِيرَةُ ٱلْيِصْهَارِيِّينَ وَعَشِيرَةُ ٱلْحَبْرُونِيِّينَ وَعَشِيرَةُ ٱلْعُزِّيئِيلِيِّينَ. هَذِهِ عَشَائِرُ ٱلْقَهَاتِيِّينَ،

28 in/on/with number all male from son: aged month and above [to] eight thousand and six hundred to keep: guard charge [the] holiness

٢٨ بِعَدَدِ كُلِّ ذَكَرٍ مِنِ ٱبْنِ شَهْرٍ فَصَاعِدًا ثَمَانِيَةُ آلَافٍ وَسِتُّ مِئَةٍ حَارِسِينَ حِرَاسَةَ ٱلْقُدْسِ.

29 family son: child Kohath to camp upon thigh [the] tabernacle south [to]

٢٩ وَعَشَائِرُ بَنِي قَهَاتَ يَنْزِلُونَ عَلَى جَانِبِ ٱلْمَسْكَنِ إِلَى ٱلتَّيْمَنِ،

٣٠ وَٱلرَّئِيسُ لِبَيْتِ أَبِي عَشِيرَةِ ٱلْقَهَاتِيِّينَ أَلِيصَافَانُ بْنُ عُزِّيئِيلَ.

٣١ وَحِرَاسَتُهُمُ ٱلتَّابُوتُ وَٱلْمَائِدَةُ وَٱلْمَنَارَةُ وَٱلْمَذْبَحَانِ وَأَمْتِعَةُ ٱلْقُدْسِ ٱلَّتِي يَخْدِمُونَ بِهَا، وَٱلْحِجَابُ وَكُلُّ خِدْمَتِهِ.

٣٢ وَلِرَئِيسِ رُؤَسَاءِ ٱللَّاوِيِّينَ أَلِعَازَارَ بْنِ هَارُونَ ٱلْكَاهِنِ وَكَالَةُ حُرَّاسِ حِرَاسَةِ ٱلْقُدْسِ.

٣٣ وَلِمَرَارِي عَشِيرَةُ ٱلْمَحْلِيِّينَ وَعَشِيرَةُ ٱلْمُوشِيِّينَ. هَذِهِ هِيَ عَشَائِرُ مَرَارِي.

٣٤ وَٱلْمَعْدُودُونَ مِنْهُمْ بِعَدَدِ كُلِّ ذَكَرٍ مِنِ ٱبْنِ شَهْرٍ فَصَاعِدًا سِتَّةُ آلَافٍ وَمِئَتَانِ،

٣٨ وَٱلنَّازِلُونَ قُدَّامَ ٱلْمَسْكَنِ إِلَى ٱلشَّرْقِ قُدَّامَ خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ، نَحْوَ ٱلشُّرُوقِ، هُمْ مُوسَى وَهَارُونُ وَبَنُوهُ، حَارِسِينَ حِرَاسَةَ ٱلْمَقْدِسِ لِحِرَاسَةِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَٱلْأَجْنَبِيُّ ٱلَّذِي يَقْتَرِبُ يُقْتَلُ.

39 all to reckon: list [the] Levi which to reckon: list Moses and Aaron upon lip: word LORD to/for family their all male from son: aged month and above [to] two and twenty thousand

٣٩ جَمِيعُ ٱلْمَعْدُودِينَ مِنَ ٱللَّاوِيِّينَ ٱلَّذِينَ عَدَّهُمْ مُوسَى وَهَارُونُ حَسَبَ قَوْلِ ٱلرَّبِّ بِعَشَائِرِهِمْ، كُلُّ ذَكَرٍ مِنِ ٱبْنِ شَهْرٍ فَصَاعِدًا، ٱثْنَانِ وَعِشْرُونَ أَلْفًا.

40 and to say LORD to(wards) Moses to reckon: list all firstborn male to/for son: descendant/people Israel from son: aged month and above [to] and to lift: count [obj] number name their

٤٠ وَقَالَ ٱلرَّبُّ لِمُوسَى: «عُدَّ كُلَّ بِكْرٍ ذَكَرٍ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنِ ٱبْنِ شَهْرٍ فَصَاعِدًا، وَخُذْ عَدَدَ أَسْمَائِهِمْ.

41 and to take: take [obj] [the] Levi to/for me I LORD underneath: instead all firstborn in/on/with son: descendant/people Israel and [obj] animal [the] Levi underneath: instead all firstborn in/on/with animal son: descendant/people Israel

٤١ فَتَأْخُذُ ٱللَّاوِيِّينَ لِي. أَنَا ٱلرَّبُّ. بَدَلَ كُلِّ بِكْرٍ فِي بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ. وَبَهَائِمَ ٱللَّاوِيِّينَ بَدَلَ كُلِّ بِكْرٍ فِي بَهَائِمِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ».

42 and to reckon: list Moses like/as as which to command LORD [obj] him [obj] all firstborn in/on/with son: descendant/people Israel

٤٢ فَعَدَّ مُوسَى كَمَا أَمَرَهُ ٱلرَّبُّ كُلَّ بِكْرٍ فِي بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ.

43 and to be all firstborn male in/on/with number name from son: aged month and above [to] to/for to reckon: list their two and twenty thousand three and seventy and hundred

٤٣ فَكَانَ جَمِيعُ ٱلْأَبْكَارِ ٱلذُّكُورِ بِعَدَدِ ٱلْأَسْمَاءِ مِنِ ٱبْنِ شَهْرٍ فَصَاعِدًا، ٱلْمَعْدُودِينَ مِنْهُمُ ٱثْنَيْنِ وَعِشْرِينَ أَلْفًا وَمِئَتَيْنِ وَثَلَاثَةً وَسَبْعِينَ.

44 and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses to/for to say

٤٤ وَكَلَّمَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى قَائِلًا:

45 to take: take [obj] [the] Levi underneath: instead all firstborn in/on/with son: descendant/people Israel and [obj] animal [the] Levi underneath: instead animal their and to be to/for me [the] Levi I LORD

٤٥ «خُذِ ٱللَّاوِيِّينَ بَدَلَ كُلِّ بِكْرٍ فِي بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَبَهَائِمَ ٱللَّاوِيِّينَ بَدَلَ بَهَائِمِهِمْ، فَيَكُونَ لِيَ ٱللَّاوِيُّونَ. أَنَا ٱلرَّبُّ.

46 and [obj] ransomed [the] three and [the] seventy and [the] hundred [the] to remain upon [the] Levi from firstborn son: descendant/people Israel

٤٦ وَأَمَّا فِدَاءُ ٱلْمِئَتَيْنِ وَٱلثَّلَاثَةِ وَٱلسَّبْعِينَ ٱلزَّائِدِينَ عَلَى ٱللَّاوِيِّينَ مِنْ أَبْكَارِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ،

47 and to take: take five five shekel to/for head in/on/with shekel [the] holiness to take: take twenty gerah [the] shekel

٤٧ فَتَأْخُذُ خَمْسَةَ شَوَاقِلَ لِكُلِّ رَأْسٍ. عَلَى شَاقِلِ ٱلْقُدْسِ تَأْخُذُهَا. عِشْرُونَ جِيرَةً ٱلشَّاقِلُ.

48 and to give: give [the] silver: money to/for Aaron and to/for son: child his ransomed [the] to remain in/on/with them

٤٨ وَتُعْطِي ٱلْفِضَّةَ لِهَارُونَ وَبَنِيهِ فِدَاءَ ٱلزَّائِدِينَ عَلَيْهِمْ».

49 and to take: take Moses [obj] silver: money [the] redemption from with [the] to remain upon ransomed [the] Levi

٤٩ فَأَخَذَ مُوسَى فِضَّةَ فِدَائِهِمْ مِنَ ٱلزَّائِدِينَ عَلَى فِدَاءِ ٱللَّاوِيِّينَ.

50 from with firstborn son: descendant/people Israel to take: take [obj] [the] silver: money five and sixty and three hundred and thousand in/on/with shekel [the] holiness

٥٠ مِنْ أَبْكَارِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَخَذَ ٱلْفِضَّةَ أَلْفًا وَثَلَاثَ مِئَةٍ وَخَمْسَةً وَسِتِّينَ عَلَى شَاقِلِ ٱلْقُدْسِ،

51 and to give: give Moses [obj] silver: money ([the] ransomed *Q(k)*) to/for Aaron and to/for son: child his upon lip: word LORD like/as as which to command LORD [obj] Moses

٥١ وَأَعْطَى مُوسَى فِضَّةَ ٱلْفِدَاءِ لِهَارُونَ وَبَنِيهِ حَسَبَ قَوْلِ ٱلرَّبِّ، كَمَا أَمَرَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى.
