Malachi 4
1 for behold [the] day to come (in): come to burn: burn like/as oven and to be all arrogant and all to make: [do] wickedness stubble and to kindle [obj] them [the] day [the] to come (in): come to say LORD Hosts which not to leave: forsake to/for them root and branch
၁မီးဖို၌ မီးလောင်သကဲ့သို့ လောင်သောနေ့ရက် ကာလသည် ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။ မာနကြီးသောသူနှင့် ဒုစရိုက်ကိုပြုသော သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် အမှိုက်ခြောက် ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့အရင်းအဖျားမျှ မကျန်ကြွင်းစေ ခြင်းငှါ ထိုနေ့ရက်သည် လောင်လိမ့်မည်ဟု ကောင်းကင် ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

၂ငါ၏နာမတော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသင်တို့၌ ကား၊ တရားတောနေမင်းသည် အနာပျောက်စေသော အတောင်တို့နှင့် ပေါ်ထွန်းတော်မူမည်။ သင်တို့သည် ထွက်သွား၍ တင်းကုပ်၌ နွားသငယ်ကဲ့သို့ ခုန်ကြလိမ့် မည်။

၃မတရားသော သူတို့ကိုလည်း နင်းကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုသို့ ငါစီရင်သော နေ့ရက်၌ သူတို့သည် သင်တို့ ခြေ ဘဝါးအောက်၌ မြေမှုန့်ကဲ့သိုပ ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

၄ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားအပေါင်းတို့အဘို့ ဟော ရပ်အရပ်၌ ငါမှာထားသော၊ ငါ့ကျွန်မောရှေ၏ တရား တည်းဟူသော စီရင်ထုံးဖွဲ့တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အောက်မေ့ ကြလော့။

၅ကြည့်ရှုလော့။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ကြောက်မက် ဘွယ်သော နေ့ရက်ကြီး မရောက်မှီ၊ ပရောဖက်ဧလိယကို သင်တို့ရှိရာသို့ ငါစေလွှတ်မည်။

၆ငါသည် လာ၍ သင်တို့၏ပြည်ကို ကျိန်ခြင်းဘေး နှင့် ဒဏ်မခတ်မည်အကြောင်း၊ ထိုပရောဖက်သည် သားတို့နှင့်အဘတို့ကို၎င်း၊ အဘတို့နှင့်သားတို့ကို၎င်း အသင့်အတင့်ဖြစ်စေမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
