Leviticus 5

1 and soul: person for to sin and to hear: hear voice: [sound of] oath and he/she/it witness or to see: see or to know if not to tell and to lift: guilt iniquity: crime his

“‘ஒருவன் தான் கண்டிருந்த அல்லது அறிந்திருந்த ஏதாவது ஒன்றைப்பற்றி சாட்சி சொல்லும்படியாக பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்ட பகிரங்கக் கட்டளையைக் கேள்விப்பட்டிருந்தும், அவன் அதைப் சொல்லத்தவறி பாவம்செய்தால், அவன் அதற்கு பொறுப்பேற்கவேண்டும்.

2 or soul: person which to touch in/on/with all word: thing unclean or in/on/with carcass living thing unclean or in/on/with carcass animal unclean or in/on/with carcass swarm unclean and to conceal from him and he/she/it unclean and be guilty

“‘அசுத்தமான காட்டு மிருகங்கள், அசுத்தமான வீட்டு மிருகங்கள், தரையில் வாழும் அசுத்தமான பிராணிகள் ஆகியவற்றின் உயிரற்ற உடல்களை தொடுகிறவன் எவனும் அதை அறியாதிருந்தாலும், அவன் அசுத்தமாகி, குற்றவாளியாகிறான்.

3 or for to touch in/on/with uncleanness man to/for all uncleanness his which to defile in/on/with her and to conceal from him and he/she/it to know and be guilty

அல்லது எந்த அசுத்தத்தினாலாவது தீட்டுப்பட்ட ஒரு மனிதனை ஒருவன் தொட்டால், அவன் அதை அறியாதிருந்தாலும், அவன் அதை அறிந்துகொள்ளுகிறபோது குற்றவாளியாவான்.

4 or soul: person for to swear to/for to speak rashly in/on/with lips to/for be evil or to/for be good to/for all which to speak rashly [the] man in/on/with oath and to conceal from him and he/she/it to know and be guilty to/for one from these

ஒருவன் கவலையீனமாய், வாயில் வந்தபடி முன்யோசனையின்றி, நன்மையான அல்லது தீமையான எதையாவது செய்வதாக சத்தியம் செய்திருந்தால், அவன் அதை அறியாதிருந்தாலும், அவன் அதை அறிந்துகொள்ளுகிறபோது குற்றவாளியாவான்.

5 and to be for be guilty to/for one from these and to give thanks which to sin upon her

யாராவது ஒருவன் இவ்விதமான ஒன்றில் குற்றமுள்ளவனாகும்போது, தான் எவ்வகையில் பாவம் செய்தான் என்பதை அவன் அறிக்கை செய்யவேண்டும்.

6 and to come (in): bring [obj] guilt (offering) his to/for LORD upon sin his which to sin female from [the] flock lamb or female goat goat to/for sin: sin offering and to atone upon him [the] priest from sin his

அவன், தான் செய்த பாவத்திற்குத் தண்டனையாக மந்தையிலிருந்து செம்மறியாட்டு பெண்குட்டியையோ அல்லது வெள்ளாட்டு பெண்குட்டியையோ பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கையாக யெகோவாவிடத்தில் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும். ஆசாரியன் அவனுக்காக அவனுடைய பாவத்திற்காக பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய்யவேண்டும்.

7 and if not to touch hand: themselves his sufficiency sheep and to come (in): bring [obj] guilt (offering) his which to sin two turtledove or two son: young animal dove to/for LORD one to/for sin: sin offering and one to/for burnt offering

“‘அவன் ஒரு செம்மறியாட்டுக் குட்டியைக் கொடுக்க இயலாதவனாயிருந்தால், அவன் இரண்டு புறாக்களையோ அல்லது இரண்டு மாடப்புறாக் குஞ்சுகளையோ தன் பாவத்திற்கான தண்டனையாக யெகோவாவிடத்தில் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும். அவற்றில் ஒன்றைப் பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கையாகவும், இன்னொன்றைத் தகன காணிக்கையாகவும் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும்.

8 and to come (in): bring [obj] them to(wards) [the] priest and to present: bring [obj] which to/for sin: sin offering first and to nip [obj] head his from opposite neck his and not to separate

அவன் அவைகளை ஆசாரியனிடம் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும். ஆசாரியன் முதலாவது, ஒன்றைப் பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கையாகச் செலுத்தவேண்டும். அவன் அதன் கழுத்திலிருந்து தலையைத் திருகவேண்டும். அதை முழுமையாக துண்டித்துப்போடக் கூடாது.

9 and to sprinkle from blood [the] sin: sin offering upon wall [the] altar and [the] to remain in/on/with blood to drain to(wards) foundation [the] altar sin: sin offering he/she/it

பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கையின் இரத்தத்தில் கொஞ்சத்தைப் பலிபீடத்தின் ஒரு பக்கத்தில் தெளிக்கவேண்டும். மீதமுள்ள இரத்தத்தைப் பலிபீடத்தின் அடியில் வடியவிடவேண்டும். இது பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கை.

10 and [obj] [the] second to make: offer burnt offering like/as justice: judgement and to atone upon him [the] priest from sin his which to sin and to forgive to/for him

விதிக்கப்பட்ட விதிமுறைப்படியே, ஆசாரியன் மற்றப் பறவையைத் தகன காணிக்கையாகச் செலுத்தி, அவன் செய்த பாவத்திற்காக அவனுக்காகப் பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய்யவேண்டும். அவனும் மன்னிக்கப்படுவான்.

11 and if not to overtake hand: expend his to/for two turtledove or to/for two son: young animal dove and to come (in): bring [obj] offering his which to sin tenth [the] ephah fine flour to/for sin: sin offering not to set: put upon her oil and not to give: put upon her frankincense for sin: sin offering he/she/it

“‘ஆனாலும், இரண்டு புறாக்களையாவது, இரண்டு மாடப்புறாக் குஞ்சுகளையாவது கொண்டுவர அவன் இயலாதவனானால், அவன் தன் பாவத்திற்கான காணிக்கையாக, எப்பா அளவான சிறந்த மாவில் பத்தில் ஒரு பங்கை பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கையாகக் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும். அது பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கையாக இருப்பதால், அந்த மாவின்மேல் எண்ணெயை ஊற்றவோ, நறுமணத்தூளைப் போடவோ கூடாது.

12 and to come (in): bring her to(wards) [the] priest and to grasp [the] priest from her fullness handful his [obj] memorial her and to offer: burn [the] altar [to] upon food offering LORD sin: sin offering he/she/it

அவன் அதை ஆசாரியனிடம் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும். ஆசாரியன் அந்த மாவிலிருந்து கைப்பிடி அளவுள்ள மாவை ஞாபகார்த்தப் பங்காக எடுத்து, நெருப்பினால் யெகோவாவுக்குச் செலுத்தப்படும் காணிக்கைகளின்மேல் அதை எரிக்கவேண்டும். இது பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கை.

13 and to atone upon him [the] priest upon sin his which to sin from one from these and to forgive to/for him and to be to/for priest like/as offering

இவ்விதமாய் ஆசாரியன் அவன் செய்த இந்தப் பாவங்களில் எதற்கானாலும் அவனுக்காகப் பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய்யவேண்டும். அப்பொழுது அவனும் மன்னிக்கப்படுவான். மீதமுள்ள காணிக்கை தானியக் காணிக்கையைப்போலவே ஆசாரியனுக்கு உரியதாகும்.’”

14 and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses to/for to say

மேலும் யெகோவா மோசேயிடம் சொன்னதாவது,

15 soul: person for be unfaithful unfaithfulness and to sin in/on/with unintentionally from holiness LORD and to come (in): bring [obj] guilt (offering) his to/for LORD ram unblemished from [the] flock in/on/with valuation your silver: money shekel in/on/with shekel [the] holiness to/for guilt (offering)

“ஒருவன் யெகோவாவுக்குரிய பரிசுத்தமானவைகளில் தவறிழைத்து தெரியாமல் பாவம் செய்கிறபோது, அவன் அதற்கான தண்டனையாக ஆட்டு மந்தையிலிருந்து ஒரு செம்மறியாட்டுக் கடாவை யெகோவாவிடத்தில் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும். அது குறைபாடற்றதாகவும், பரிசுத்த இடத்தின், ‘சேக்கல்’ நிறையின்படி வெள்ளியில் சரியான மதிப்பு உடையதாகவும் இருக்கவேண்டும். இது ஒரு குற்றநிவாரண காணிக்கை.

16 and [obj] which to sin from [the] holiness to complete and [obj] fifth his to add upon him and to give: give [obj] him to/for priest and [the] priest to atone upon him in/on/with ram [the] guilt (offering) and to forgive to/for him

“ஒருவன் பாவம் செய்து, யெகோவாவின் கட்டளைகளினால் தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட எதையாவது செய்தால், அவன் அதை அறியாதிருந்தாலும்கூட, அவன் குற்றவாளியாகிறான். அவன் அதற்குக் கணக்குக் கொடுக்கவேண்டும்.

18 and to come (in): bring ram unblemished from [the] flock in/on/with valuation your to/for guilt (offering) to(wards) [the] priest and to atone upon him [the] priest upon unintentionally his which to go astray and he/she/it not to know and to forgive to/for him

அவன் குற்றநிவாரண காணிக்கையாக, ஆட்டு மந்தையிலுள்ள ஒரு செம்மறியாட்டுக் கடாவை ஆசாரியனிடம் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும். அது குறைபாடற்றதாகவும், தகுந்த மதிப்பு உடையதாகவும் இருக்கவேண்டும். இவ்விதமாய் அவன் தவறுதலாக செய்த பிழைக்காக, ஆசாரியன் அவனுக்காக பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய்வான். அவனும் மன்னிக்கப்படுவான்.

19 guilt (offering) he/she/it be guilty be guilty to/for LORD

இது ஒரு குற்றநிவாரண காணிக்கை. அவன் யெகோவாவுக்கு விரோதமாக பிழை செய்தபடியால் குற்றவாளியாய் இருந்தான்” என்றார்.
