Leviticus 21
1 and to say LORD to(wards) Moses to say to(wards) [the] priest son: child Aaron and to say to(wards) them to/for soul: dead not to defile in/on/with kinsman his
੧ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੋ ਜਾਜਕ ਹਨ, ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਆਖ, ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਜਾਜਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਮਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ,
2 that if: except if: except to/for flesh his [the] near to(wards) him to/for mother his and to/for father his and to/for son: child his and to/for daughter his and to/for brother: male-sibling his
੨ਪਰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਆਪਣੀ ਧੀ, ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾ,
3 and to/for sister his [the] virgin [the] near to(wards) him which not to be to/for man: husband to/for her to defile
੩ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੁਆਰੀ ਭੈਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ, ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਨਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
4 not to defile master: husband in/on/with kinsman his to/for to profane/begin: profane him
੪ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ।
5 not (to make bald *Q(k)*) bald spot in/on/with head their and side beard their not to shave and in/on/with flesh their not to incise incision
੫ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਨਾ ਮੁਨਾਉਣ, ਨਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਦਾੜ੍ਹੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਰੇ ਮੁਨਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੀਰੇ ਲਗਵਾਉਣ।
6 holy to be to/for God their and not to profane/begin: profane name God their for [obj] food offering LORD food: bread God their they(masc.) to present: bring and to be holiness
੬ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਰਹਿਣ।
7 woman to fornicate and profaned not to take: marry and woman to drive out: divorce from man: husband her not to take: marry for holy he/she/it to/for God his
੭ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੇਸਵਾ ਜਾਂ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਆਹ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿਆਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਆਹੁਣ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹਨ।
8 and to consecrate: consecate him for [obj] food: bread God your he/she/it to present: bring holy to be to/for you for holy I LORD to consecrate: consecate you
੮ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰੀਂ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਜਾਣੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹਾਂ, ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
9 and daughter man priest for to profane/begin: profane to/for to fornicate [obj] father her he/she/it to profane/begin: profane in/on/with fire to burn
੯ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਜਾਜਕ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਵੇਸਵਾ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਕਰੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਅੱਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਾੜੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
10 and [the] priest [the] great: large from brother: male-relative his which to pour: pour upon head his oil [the] anointing and to fill [obj] hand: donate his to/for to clothe [obj] [the] garment [obj] head his not to neglect and garment his not to tear
੧੦ਉਹ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਾਜਕ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਸਹ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਤੇਲ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਸਤਰ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਥਾਪਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਿਰ ਨੰਗਾ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਸਤਰ ਪਾੜੇ।
11 and upon all soul: dead to die not to come (in): come to/for father his and to/for mother his not to defile
੧੧ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਲਾਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਜਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਕਰੇ।
12 and from [the] sanctuary not to come out: come and not to profane/begin: profane [obj] sanctuary God his for consecration: crown oil anointing God his upon him I LORD
੧੨ਉਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਾ ਨਿੱਕਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਕਰੇ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਮਸਹ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਤੇਲ ਦਾ ਮੁਕਟ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ।
13 and he/she/it woman: wife in/on/with virginity her to take: marry
੧੩ਉਹ ਕੁਆਰੀ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰੇ।
14 widow and to drive out: divorce and profaned to fornicate [obj] these not to take: marry that if: except if: except virgin from kinsman his to take: marry woman: wife
੧੪ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਧਵਾ, ਜਾਂ ਛੱਡੀ ਹੋਈ, ਜਾਂ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਜਾਂ ਵੇਸਵਾ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਆਹ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਕੁਆਰੀ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰੇ।
15 and not to profane/begin: profane seed: children his in/on/with kinsman his for I LORD to consecrate: consecate him
੧੫ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਆਪਣੇ ਵੰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਠਹਿਰਾਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
16 and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses to/for to say
੧੬ਫੇਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ,
17 to speak: speak to(wards) Aaron to/for to say man from seed: children your to/for generation their which to be in/on/with him blemish not to present: come to/for to present: bring food: bread God his
੧੭ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ, ਤੇਰੀ ਵੰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਓਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਤੱਕ ਜਿਸ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
18 for all man which in/on/with him blemish not to present: come man blind or lame or to slash or to extend
੧੮ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੋਵੇ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਅੰਨ੍ਹਾ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਲੰਗੜਾ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨੱਕ ਫੀਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਜਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਲੱਤ ਲੰਮੀ ਹੋਵੇ,
19 or man which to be in/on/with him breaking foot or breaking hand
੧੯ਜਾਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਪੈਰ ਜਾਂ ਹੱਥ ਟੁੱਟਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੋਵੇ,
20 or humpbacked or thin or defect in/on/with eye: seeing his or scab or scab or crushed testicle
੨੦ਜਾਂ ਕੁੱਬਾ, ਜਾਂ ਮਧਰਾ ਜਾਂ ਭੈਂਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਦ ਜਾਂ ਖੁਜਲੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਨਲ ਕੁਚਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੋਣ, ਉਹ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
21 all man which in/on/with him blemish from seed: children Aaron [the] priest not to approach: approach to/for to present: bring [obj] food offering LORD blemish in/on/with him [obj] food: bread God his not to approach: approach to/for to present: bring
੨੧ਹਾਰੂਨ ਜਾਜਕ ਦੇ ਵੰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜਿਸ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਨਾ ਆਵੇ। ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਨਾ ਆਵੇ।
22 food: bread God his from holiness [the] holiness and from [the] holiness to eat
੨੨ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਅੱਤ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਰੋਟੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਖਾਵੇ,
23 surely to(wards) [the] curtain not to come (in): come and to(wards) [the] altar not to approach: approach for blemish in/on/with him and not to profane/begin: profane [obj] sanctuary my for I LORD to consecrate: consecate them
੨੩ਪਰ ਉਹ ਪਰਦੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ, ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਕਰੇ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਠਹਿਰਾਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
24 and to speak: speak Moses to(wards) Aaron and to(wards) son: child his and to(wards) all son: descendant/people Israel
੨੪ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੱਸੀਆਂ।
