Judges 8
1 and to say to(wards) him man Ephraim what? [the] word: thing [the] this to make: do to/for us to/for lest to call: call to to/for us for to go: went to/for to fight in/on/with Midian and to contend [emph?] with him in/on/with force
Aber die Männer von Ephraim sprachen zu ihm: Warum hast du uns das angetan, daß du uns nicht riefst, als du wider die Midianiter in den Streit zogest? Und sie zankten heftig mit ihm.
2 and to say to(wards) them what? to make: do now like/as you not pleasant gleaning Ephraim from vintage Abiezer
Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Was habe ich jetzt getan, das eurer Tat gleich wäre? Ist nicht die Nachlese Ephraims besser als der ganze Herbst Abiesers?

Gott hat die Fürsten der Midianiter, Oreb und Seb, in eure Hand gegeben; wie hätte ich tun können, was ihr getan habt? Als er solches redete, ließ ihr Zorn von ihm ab.
4 and to come (in): come Gideon [the] Jordan [to] to pass he/she/it and three hundred [the] man which with him faint and to pursue
Als nun Gideon an den Jordan kam, ging er hinüber mit den dreihundert Mann, die bei ihm waren; die waren müde und jagten gleichwohl nach.
5 and to say to/for human Succoth to give: give please talent food: bread to/for people: soldiers which in/on/with foot my for faint they(masc.) and I to pursue after Zebah and Zalmunna king Midian
Und er sprach zu den Leuten zu Sukkot: Gebt doch dem Volk, das bei mir ist, etliche Laibe Brot, denn sie sind müde, und ich jage den Königen der Midianiter, Sebach und Zalmunna, nach.
6 and to say ruler Succoth palm Zebah and Zalmunna now in/on/with hand: power your for to give: give to/for army your food: bread
Aber die Obersten zu Sukkot sprachen: Ist denn die Faust Sebachs und Zalmunnas schon in deiner Hand, daß wir deinem Heer Brot geben sollen?
7 and to say Gideon to/for so in/on/with to give: give LORD [obj] Zebah and [obj] Zalmunna in/on/with hand: power my and to tread [obj] flesh your with thorn [the] wilderness and with [the] briar
Gideon sprach: Wohlan, wenn der HERR den Sebach und Zalmunna in meine Hand gibt, so will ich euer Fleisch mit Dornen aus der Wüste und mit Disteln dreschen!
8 and to ascend: rise from there Peniel and to speak: speak to(wards) them like/as this and to answer [obj] him human Peniel like/as as which to answer human Succoth
Und er zog von dort nach Pnuel hinauf und redete mit ihnen in gleicher Weise. Und die Leute von Pnuel antworteten ihm wie die zu Sukkot.
9 and to say also to/for human Peniel to/for to say in/on/with to return: return I in/on/with peace to tear [obj] [the] tower [the] this
Da sprach er auch zu den Leuten von Pnuel: Komme ich mit Frieden wieder, so will ich diesen Turm zerbrechen!
10 and Zebah and Zalmunna in/on/with Karkor and camp their with them like/as five ten thousand all [the] to remain from all camp son: descendant/people East and [the] to fall: kill hundred and twenty thousand man to draw sword
Aber Sebach und Zalmunna waren mit ihrem Heer in Karkor, etwa fünfzehntausend, der ganze Rest vom Heer der Morgenländer; denn hundertundzwanzigtausend, die das Schwert ziehen konnten, waren gefallen.
11 and to ascend: rise Gideon way: road [the] to dwell in/on/with tent from front: east to/for Nobah and Jogbehah and to smite [obj] [the] camp and [the] camp to be security
Und Gideon zog hinauf auf der Straße derer, die in Zelten wohnen östlich von Nobach und Jogbeha, und schlug das Lager, denn das Heer war sorglos.
12 and to flee Zebah and Zalmunna and to pursue after them and to capture [obj] two king Midian [obj] Zebah and [obj] Zalmunna and all [the] camp to tremble
Und als Sebach und Zalmunna flohen, jagte er ihnen nach und fing die beiden Könige der Midianiter, Sebach und Zalmunna, und versprengte das ganze Heer.
13 and to return: return Gideon son: child Joash from [the] battle from to/for ascent [the] Heres
Und Gideon, der Sohn des Joas, kehrte um von der Schlacht beim Aufstieg von Cheres.
14 and to capture youth from human Succoth and to ask him and to write to(wards) him [obj] ruler Succoth and [obj] old: elder her seventy and seven man
Und er fing einen Knaben von den Leuten zu Sukkot auf und fragte ihn aus; der schrieb ihm die Obersten zu Sukkot und ihre Ältesten auf, siebenundsiebzig Mann.
15 and to come (in): come to(wards) human Succoth and to say behold Zebah and Zalmunna which to taunt [obj] me to/for to say palm Zebah and Zalmunna now in/on/with hand: power your for to give: give to/for human your [the] weary food: bread
Und er kam zu den Leuten von Sukkot und sprach: Siehe, hier sind Sebach und Zalmunna, derenwegen ihr meiner gespottet und gesprochen habt: Ist denn die Faust Sebachs und Zalmunnas schon in deiner Hand, daß wir deinen Leuten, die müde sind, Brot geben sollten?
16 and to take: take [obj] old: elder [the] city and [obj] thorn [the] wilderness and [obj] [the] briar and to know in/on/with them [obj] human Succoth
Und er nahm die Ältesten der Stadt und Dornen aus der Wüste und Disteln und züchtigte die Leute zu Sukkot mit denselben.
17 and [obj] tower Peniel to tear and to kill [obj] human [the] city
Den Turm zu Pnuel aber zerbrach er und tötete die Leute der Stadt.
18 and to say to(wards) Zebah and to(wards) Zalmunna where? [the] human which to kill in/on/with (Mount) Tabor (and to say *L(abh)*) like you like them one like/as appearance son: child [the] king
Und er sprach zu Sebach und Zalmunna: Wie waren die Männer, die ihr zu Tabor tötetet? Sie sprachen: Sie waren wie du, ein jeder so schön wie Königskinder,
19 and to say brother: male-sibling my son: child mother my they(masc.) alive LORD if to live [obj] them not to kill [obj] you
Er aber sprach: Das sind meine Brüder, meiner Mutter Söhne gewesen; so wahr der HERR lebt, wenn ihr die hättet leben lassen, so wollte ich euch nicht töten!
20 and to say to/for Jether firstborn his to arise: rise to kill [obj] them and not to draw [the] youth sword his for to fear for still he youth
Und er sprach zu seinem erstgebornen Sohn Jeter: Stehe auf und schlage sie! Aber der Knabe zog sein Schwert nicht; denn er fürchtete sich, weil er noch jung war.
21 and to say Zebah and Zalmunna to arise: rise you(m. s.) and to fall on in/on/with us for like/as man might his and to arise: rise Gideon and to kill [obj] Zebah and [obj] Zalmunna and to take: take [obj] [the] crescent which in/on/with neck camel their
Sebach aber und Zalmunna sprachen zu Gideon: Stehe du auf und schlage uns; denn wie der Mann, so seine Kraft! Da stand Gideon auf und tötete Sebach und Zalmunna und nahm die Möndchen, die an den Hälsen ihrer Kamele waren.
22 and to say man Israel to(wards) Gideon to rule in/on/with us also you(m. s.) also son: child your also son: descendant/people son: child your for to save us from hand: power Midian
Da sprachen die Männer Israels zu Gideon: herrsche über uns, du und dein Sohn und deines Sohnes Sohn, weil du uns aus der Hand der Midianiter errettet hast!
23 and to say to(wards) them Gideon not to rule I in/on/with you and not to rule son: child my in/on/with you LORD to rule in/on/with you
Aber Gideon sprach zu ihnen: Ich will nicht über euch herrschen; mein Sohn soll auch nicht über euch herrschen, der HERR soll über euch herrschen!
24 and to say to(wards) them Gideon to ask from you petition and to give: give to/for me man: anyone ring spoil his for ring gold to/for them for Ishmaelite they(masc.)
Aber Gideon sprach zu ihnen: Eins bitte ich von euch: Gebt mir ein jeder einen Nasenring, den er erbeutet hat! Denn weil sie Ismaeliter waren, hatten sie goldene Nasenringe.
25 and to say to give: give to give: give and to spread [obj] [the] mantle and to throw there [to] man: anyone ring spoil his
Sie sprachen: Die wollen wir geben! Und sie breiteten ein Kleid aus, und ein jeder warf einen Nasenring von der Beute darauf.
26 and to be weight ring [the] gold which to ask thousand and seven hundred gold to/for alone from [the] crescent and [the] pendant and garment [the] purple which/that upon king Midian and to/for alone from [the] necklace which in/on/with neck camel their
Und die goldenen Nasenringe, die er forderte, betrugen an Gewicht tausendsiebenhundert Schekel Gold, ohne die Möndchen und Ohrengehänge und Purpurkleider, welche die Könige der Midianiter getragen hatten, und ohne die Halsbänder ihrer Kamele.
27 and to make [obj] him Gideon to/for ephod and to set [obj] him in/on/with city his in/on/with Ophrah and to fornicate all Israel after him there and to be to/for Gideon and to/for house: household his to/for snare
Und Gideon machte ein Ephod daraus und setzte es in seine Stadt zu Ophra. Und ganz Israel buhlte demselben nach daselbst. Und das geriet Gideon und seinem Hause zum Fallstrick.
28 and be humble Midian to/for face: before son: descendant/people Israel and not to add: again to/for to lift: raise head their and to quiet [the] land: country/planet forty year in/on/with day Gideon
Die Midianiter aber waren vor den Kindern Israel gedemütigt und hoben ihr Haupt nicht mehr empor; und das Land hatte vierzig Jahre lang Ruhe, solange Gideon lebte.
29 and to go: went Jerubbaal son: child Joash and to dwell in/on/with house: home his
Und Jerub-Baal, der Sohn des Joas, ging hin und wohnte in seinem Hause.
30 and to/for Gideon to be seventy son: child to come out: produce thigh his for woman: wife many to be to/for him
Gideon aber hatte siebzig Söhne, die aus seinen Lenden gekommen waren, denn er hatte viele Weiber.
31 and concubine his which in/on/with Shechem to beget to/for him also he/she/it son: child and to set: make [obj] name his Abimelech
Und sein Kebsweib, das er zu Sichem hatte, gebar ihm auch einen Sohn, dem gab er den Namen Abimelech.
32 and to die Gideon son: child Joash in/on/with greyheaded pleasant and to bury in/on/with grave Joash father his in/on/with Ophrah Abiezrite [the] Abiezrite
Und Gideon, der Sohn des Joas, starb in gutem Alter und ward zu Ophra begraben, in dem Grabe seines Vaters Joas, des Abiesriters.
33 and to be like/as as which to die Gideon and to return: turn back son: descendant/people Israel and to fornicate after [the] Baal and to set: make to/for them Baal-berith Baal-berith to/for God
Als aber Gideon gestorben war, kehrten die Kinder Israel um und buhlten [wieder] den Baalen nach und machten Baal-Berit zu ihrem Gott.
34 and not to remember son: descendant/people Israel [obj] LORD God their [the] to rescue [obj] them from hand: power all enemy their from around: side
Also gedachten die Kinder Israel nicht an den HERRN, ihren Gott, der sie von der Hand aller ihrer Feinde ringsum errettet hatte,
35 and not to make: do kindness with house: household Jerubbaal Gideon like/as all [the] welfare which to make: do with Israel
und taten nicht Barmherzigkeit an dem Hause Jerub-Baal Gideons, trotz allen Wohltaten, die er an Israel getan.
