Job 15

Atunci Elifaz temanitul a răspuns și a zis:

Ar trebui să rostească un om înțelept cunoaștere deșartă și să își umple pântecele cu vântul de est?

Ar trebui să apere el cu o vorbire nefolositoare, sau cu vorbiri cu care nu poate face nimic bun?

Da, tu lepezi teama și oprești rugăciunea dinaintea lui Dumnezeu.
5 for to teach/learn iniquity: crime your lip your and to choose tongue prudent
Căci gura ta îți rostește nelegiuirea și alegi limba celor vicleni.

Propria ta gură te condamnă și nu eu; da, propriile tale buze aduc mărturie împotriva ta.

Ești tu primul om ce s-a născut? Sau ai fost făcut înaintea dealurilor?

Ai auzit tu taina lui Dumnezeu? Și oprești tu înțelepciunea pentru tine?

Ce cunoști tu, ce noi nu cunoaștem? Ce înțelegi tu, ce nu este în noi?

El nu va fi bogat, nici averea sa nu va rămâne, nici nu va prelungi desăvârșirea ei pe pământ.

Nu se va depărta de întuneric; flacăra va usca ramurile sale și prin răsuflarea gurii sale se va duce el.

Să nu se încreadă cel înșelat în deșertăciune, fiindcă deșertăciunea va fi recompensa lui.

Ea se va împlini înaintea timpului său și ramura lui nu va fi verde.

Își va scutura strugurele necopt precum vița și își va lepăda floarea precum măslinul.

Căci adunarea fățarnicilor va fi pustiită și focul va mistui corturile mituirii.
35 to conceive trouble and to beget evil: wickedness and belly: womb their to establish: prepare deceit
Ei concep ticăloșie și aduc deșertăciune și pântecele lor pregătește înșelăciune.
