Jeremiah 20

यर्मियाले परमप्रभुको मन्दिरको सामु यी वचनहरू अगमवाणी गरिरहेका छन् भनेर इम्मेरका छोरा पुजारी पशहूर, एकजना मुख्य अधिकारीले सुने ।
2 and to smite Pashhur [obj] Jeremiah [the] prophet and to give: put [obj] him upon [the] stocks which in/on/with gate Benjamin (Gate) [the] high which in/on/with house: temple LORD
त्यसैले पशहूरले यर्मिया अगमवक्तालाई कुटे र त्यसपछि तिनलाई परमप्रभुको मन्दिरस्थित बेन्यामीनको माथिल्लो ढोकामा भएको ठिंगुरोमा हाले ।
3 and to be from morrow and to come out: send Pashhur [obj] Jeremiah from [the] stocks and to say to(wards) him Jeremiah not Pashhur to call: call by LORD name your that if: except if: except `Terror on Every Side` from `Terror on Every Side`
अर्को दिन पशहूरले यर्मियालाई ठिंगुरोबाट निकालेर ल्याए । तब यर्मियाले तिनलाई भने, “परमप्रभुले तिम्रो नाउँ पशहूर नभई मागोर-मिस्साबीब राख्नुभएको छ ।
4 for thus to say LORD look! I to give: make you to/for terror to/for you and to/for all to love: friend you and to fall: kill in/on/with sword enemy their and eye: seeing your to see: see and [obj] all Judah to give: give in/on/with hand: power king Babylon and to reveal: remove them Babylon [to] and to smite them in/on/with sword
किनकि परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, 'हेर्, म तँ र तेरा सबै प्रियलाई त्रासको वस्तु बनाउनेछु, किनकि तिनीहरू आफ्ना शत्रुहरूका तरवारले ढालिनेछन्, र तेरै आँखाले यो देख्नेछस् । सारा यहूदालाई बेबिलोनका राजाको हातमा म दिनेछु । त्यसले तिनीहरूलाई बेबिलोनमा कैद गरेर लानेछ वा तरवारले आक्रमण गर्नेछ ।

म त्यसलाई यस सहरका सबै धनसम्पत्ति, यसका सबै बहुमूल्य थोकहरू र यहूदाका राजाहरूका सबै खजाना दिनेछु । म यी थोकहरू तेरा शत्रुहरूका हातमा राखिदिनेछु, र तिनीहरूले ती समात्नेछन् । तिनीहरूले तिनलाई लानेछन् र बेबिलोनमा पुर्याउनेछन् ।
6 and you(m. s.) Pashhur and all to dwell house: home your to go: went in/on/with captivity and Babylon to come (in): come and there to die and there to bury you(m. s.) and all to love: friend you which to prophesy to/for them in/on/with deception
तर तँ पशहूर र तेरो घरानाका सबै बासिन्दा कैदमा लगिनेछन् । तँ बेबिलोनमा जानेछस् र त्यहीं मर्नेछस् । तँ र तेरा सबै प्रियहरू जसको निम्ति तैंले छली कुराहरूको अगमवाणी बोलेको छस्, त्यहीं गाडिनेछन्' ।”
7 to entice me LORD and to entice to strengthen: strengthen me and be able to be to/for laughter all [the] day all his to mock to/for me
“हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंले मलाई धोका दिनुभयो, र म धोका दिइयो । मभन्दा तपाईं नै शक्तिशाली हुनुहुन्छ, र तपाईं ममाथि विजयी हुनुभयो । म दिनभरि नै हाँसोको वस्तु बनें । हरेकले मेरो गिल्ला गर्छ ।
8 for from sufficiency to speak: speak to cry out violence and violence to call: call out for to be word LORD to/for me to/for reproach and to/for derision all [the] day
किनकि मैले जहिले बोले पनि मैले यसो भनेको र घोषणा गरेको छु, 'हिंसा र विनास ।' तब परमप्रभुको वचन मेरो लागि हरेक दिन निन्दा र ठट्टाको कारण भएको छ ।
9 and to say not to remember him and not to speak: speak still in/on/with name his and to be in/on/with heart my like/as fire to burn: burn to restrain in/on/with bone my and be weary to sustain and not be able
यसो भन्छु भने, 'म परमप्रभुको बारेमा फेरि विचार गर्दिन, म फेरि उहाँको नाउँमा बोल्दिनँ ।' तब त्यो मेरा हड्डीहरू भित्र थुनिराखेको, मेरो हृदयमा आगोजस्तो हुन्छ । त्यसैले म यसलाई भित्रै थुनिराख्न सङ्घर्ष गर्छु, तर म सक्दिनँ ।
10 for to hear: hear slander many terror from around: side to tell and to tell him all human peace: friendship my to keep: look at stumbling my perhaps to entice and be able to/for him and to take: take vengeance our from him
चारैतिर भएका धेरै जना मानिसबाट मैले त्रासको हल्ला सुनेको छु, 'खबर गर! हामीले यसबारे खबर गर्नुपर्छ!' मेरा नजिक हुनेहरू म पतन हुनेछु कि भनेर हेर्छन् । सायद त्यसलाई छल गर्न सकिन्छ । त्यसो भयो भने, हामीले त्यसलाई पराजित गर्न सक्छौं र त्यसमाथि हाम्रो बदला लिन सक्छौं ।'
11 and LORD with me like/as mighty man ruthless upon so to pursue me to stumble and not be able be ashamed much for not be prudent shame forever: enduring not to forget
तर शक्तिशाली योद्धाझैं परमप्रभु मसित हुनुहुन्छ । त्यसैले मेरो पिछा गर्नेहरू ठेस खाएर लड्नेछन् । तिनीहरूले मलाई पराजित गर्नेछैनन् । तिनीहरू अत्यन्तै लज्जित हुनेछन्, किनकि तिनीहरू सफल हुनेछैनन् । तिनीहरूको लाजको अन्त्य हुनेछैन, त्यो कहिल्यै बिर्सिनेछैन ।
12 and LORD Hosts to test righteous to see: see kidney and heart to see: see vengeance your from them for to(wards) you to reveal: reveal [obj] strife my
तर हे सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभु, तपाईंले धर्मीहरूको जाँच गर्नुहुन्छ, अनि मन र हृदय देख्नुहुन्छ । मैले आफ्नो मामला तपाईंमा सुम्पेको हुनाले तिनीहरूमाथि तपाईंले लिनुहुने बदला मलाई देखाउनुहोस् ।
13 to sing to/for LORD to boast: praise [obj] LORD for to rescue [obj] soul: life needy from hand: power be evil
परमप्रभुको निम्ति गाओ! परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर! किनकि उहाँले दुष्ट काम गर्नेहरूको हातबाट थिचोमिचोमा परेकाहरूको जीवनलाई बचाउनुभएको छ ।
14 to curse [the] day which to beget in/on/with him day which to beget me mother my not to be to bless
त्यो दिन श्रापित होस् जति बेला म जन्मेको थिएँ । मेरी आमाले मलाई जन्म दिएकी दिन आशिषित नहोस् ।
15 to curse [the] man which to bear tidings [obj] father my to/for to say to beget to/for you son: child male to rejoice to rejoice him
मेरा बुबालाई यो खबर दिने मानिस श्रापित होस्, जसले यसो भनेर बडो आनन्द दियो, 'तपाईंको छोरो जन्मिएको छ' ।
16 and to be [the] man [the] he/she/it like/as city which to overturn LORD and not to be sorry: comfort and to hear: hear outcry in/on/with morning and shout in/on/with time midday
त्यो मानिस परमप्रभुले नष्ट गर्नुभएका सहरहरूजस्तो होस् जसलाई उहाँले दया देखाउनुभएन । त्यसले बिहानै मदतको गुहार र मध्यदिनमा युद्धको रोदन सुन्न परोस् ।
17 which not to die me from womb and to be to/for me mother my grave my and womb her pregnant forever: enduring
किनकि त्यसले मेरी आमालाई नै मेरो चिहान बनाएर मलाई गर्भमै मारेन । त्यो गर्भ सधैं गर्भवती नै रहनेथियो ।
18 to/for what? this from womb to come out: produce to/for to see: see trouble and sorrow and to end: expend in/on/with shame day my
सङ्कष्ट र वेदना हेर्न, यसरी मेरा दिनहरू लाजमा बिताउन म किन गर्भबाट बाहिर निस्केर आएँ?”
