Isaiah 9
1 for not gloom to/for which constraint to/for her like/as time [the] first: previous to lighten land: country/planet [to] Zebulun and land: country/planet [to] Naphtali and [the] last to honor: honour way: journey [the] sea side: beyond [the] Jordan Galilee [the] nation
Men engang skal der ikke længer være Mørke i det Land, hvor der nu er Trængsel; i Fortiden bragte han Skændsel over Zebulons og Naftalis Land, Men i Fremtiden bringer han Ære over Vejen langs Søen, Landet hinsides Jordan, Hedningernes Kreds.
2 [the] people [the] to go: walk in/on/with darkness to see: see light great: large to dwell in/on/with land: country/planet shadow light to shine upon them
Det Folk, som vandrer i Mørke, skal skue så stort et Lys; Lys stråler frem over dem, som bor i Mulmets Land.
3 to multiply [the] nation (to/for him *Q(K)*) to magnify [the] joy to rejoice to/for face: before your like/as joy in/on/with harvest like/as as which to rejoice in/on/with to divide they spoil
Du gør Fryden mangfoldig, Glæden stor, de glædes for dit Åsyn, som man glædes i Høst, ret som man jubler, når Bytte deles.
4 for [obj] yoke burden his and [obj] tribe: rod shoulder his tribe: staff [the] to oppress in/on/with him to to be dismayed like/as day Midian
Thi dets tunge Åg og Stokken til dets Ryg, dets Drivers Kæp, har du brudt som på Midjans Dag;
5 for all boot to tread in/on/with quaking and mantle to roll in/on/with blood and to be to/for fire fuel fire
ja, hver en Støvle, der tramper i Striden, og Kappen, der søles i Blod, skal brændes og ende som Luernes Rov.
6 for youth to beget to/for us son: child to give: give to/for us and to be [the] dominion upon shoulder his and to call: call by name his wonder to advise God mighty man father perpetuity ruler peace
Thi et Barn er født os, en Søn er os givet, på hans Skulder skal Herredømmet hvile; og hans Navn skal være: Underfuld Rådgiver, Vældig Gud, Evigheds Fader, Fredsfyrste.
7 (to/for abundance *Q(K)*) [the] dominion and to/for peace nothing end upon throne David and upon kingdom his to/for to establish: establish [obj] her and to/for to support her in/on/with justice and in/on/with righteousness from now and till forever: enduring jealousy LORD Hosts to make: do this
Stort bliver Herredømmet, endeløs Freden over Davids Trone og over hans Rige, at det må grundes og fæstnes ved Ret og Retfærd fra nu og til evig Tid. Hærskarers HERREs Nidkærhed gør det.

Et Ord sender Herren mod Jakob, i Israel slår det ned;
9 and to know [the] people all his Ephraim and to dwell Samaria in/on/with pride and in/on/with greatness heart to/for to say
alt Folket får det at kende, Efraim og Samarias Borgere. Thi de siger i Hovmod og Hjertets Stolthed:
10 brick to fall: fall and cutting to build sycamore to cut down/off and cedar to pass
"Teglsten faldt, vi bygger med Kvader, Morbærtræer blev fældet, vi får Cedre i Stedet!"
11 and to exalt LORD [obj] enemy Rezin upon him and [obj] enemy his to cover
Da rejser HERREN dets Uvenner mod det og ægger dets Fjender op,
12 Syria from front: east and Philistine from back and to eat [obj] Israel in/on/with all lip in/on/with all this not to return: turn back face: anger his and still hand his to stretch
Syrerne forfra, Filisterne bagfra, de æder Israel med opspilet Gab. Men trods alt har hans Vrede ej lagt sig, hans Hånd er fremdeles rakt ud.
13 and [the] people not to return: turn back till [the] to smite him and [obj] LORD Hosts not to seek
Men til ham, der slår det, vender Folket ej om, de, søger ej Hærskarers HERRE.
14 and to cut: cut LORD from Israel head and tail branch and bulrush day one
Da hugger HERREN Hoved og Hale af Israel, Palme og Siv på en eneste Dag.
15 old: elder and to lift: kindness face: kindness he/she/it [the] head: leader and prophet to show deception he/she/it [the] tail
Den ældste og agtede er Hoved, Løgnprofeten er Hale.
16 and to be to bless [the] people [the] this to go astray and to bless his to swallow up
De ledende i dette Folk leder vild, og de, der ledes, opsluges.
17 upon so upon youth his not to rejoice Lord and [obj] orphan his and [obj] widow his not to have compassion for all his profane and be evil and all lip to speak: speak folly in/on/with all this not to return: turn back face: anger his and still hand his to stretch
Derfor glædes ej Herren ved dets unge Mænd, har ej Medynk med dets faderløse og Enker. Thi alle er Niddinger og Ugerningsmænd, og hver en Mund taler Dårskab. Men trods alt har hans Vrede ej lagt sig, hans Hånd er fremdeles rakt ud.
18 for to burn: burn like/as fire wickedness thorn and thornbush to eat and to kindle in/on/with thicket [the] wood and to roll up majesty smoke
Thi Gudløshed brænder som Ild, fortærer Torn og Tidsel, sætter Ild på det tætte Krat, så det hvirvler op i Røg.
19 in/on/with fury LORD Hosts to burn land: country/planet and to be [the] people like/as fuel fire man: anyone to(wards) brother: compatriot his not to spare
Ved Hærskarers HERREs Vrede står Landet i Brand, og Folket bliver som Føde for Ilden; de skåner ikke hverandre.
20 and to cut upon right and be hungry and to eat upon left and not to satisfy man: anyone flesh arm his to eat
Man snapper til højre og hungrer, æder om sig til venstre og mættes dog ej. Hver æder sin Næstes Kød,
21 Manasseh [obj] Ephraim and Ephraim [obj] Manasseh together they(masc.) upon Judah in/on/with all this not to return: turn back face: anger his and still hand his to stretch
Manasse Efraim, Efraim Manasse, og de overfalder Juda sammen. Men trods alt har hans Vrede ej lagt sig, hans Hånd er fremdeles rakt ud.
