1 because Zion not be silent and because Jerusalem not to quiet till to come out: come like/as brightness righteousness her and salvation her like/as torch to burn: burn
ଯେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସିୟୋନର ଧର୍ମ ଦୀପ୍ତିର ନ୍ୟାୟ ଓ ତାହାର ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ଜ୍ୱଳନ୍ତ ପ୍ରଦୀପର ନ୍ୟାୟ ପ୍ରକଟ ନ ହୁଏ, ସେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ନିମନ୍ତେ ନୀରବ ହେବା ନାହିଁ ଓ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବିଶ୍ରାମ କରିବା ନାହିଁ।

ପୁଣି, ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀୟମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଧର୍ମ ଓ ସକଳ ରାଜା ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରତାପ ଦେଖିବେ; ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମୁଖ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଏକ ନୂତନ ନାମରେ ଖ୍ୟାତ ହେବ।

ଆହୁରି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ସୁନ୍ଦର ମୁକୁଟ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ରାଜକିରୀଟ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେବ।

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପରିତ୍ୟକ୍ତା ବୋଲି ଆଉ ନାମ ପାଇବ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦେଶ ଅନାଥା ବୋଲି ଆଉ ଡକାଯିବ ନାହିଁ; ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିପ୍ସୀବା (ସନ୍ତୋଷଜନିକା) ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦେଶ ବୀୟଲା (ବିବାହିତା) ନାମରେ ଖ୍ୟାତ ହେବ; କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରେ ସନ୍ତୋଷ ପାଆନ୍ତି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦେଶ ବିବାହିତା ହେବ।

ଯୁବା ଲୋକ ଯେପରି କୁମାରୀକୁ ବିବାହ କରେ, ସେହିପରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିବାହ କରିବେ; ପୁଣି ବର ଯେପରି କନ୍ୟାଠାରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରେ, ସେହିପରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରିବେ।
6 upon wall your Jerusalem to reckon: overseer to keep: guard all [the] day and all [the] night continually not be silent [the] to remember [obj] LORD not quiet to/for you
ହେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଉପରେ ପ୍ରହରୀଗଣ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିଅଛୁ; ସେମାନେ ଦିନ କି ରାତି କଦାପି ନୀରବ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ।
7 and not to give: give quiet to/for him till to establish: establish and till to set: make [obj] Jerusalem praise in/on/with land: country/planet
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରାଇବା ଲୋକମାନେ, ସେ ଯେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ସ୍ଥାପନ ନ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତାହାକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସାର ପାତ୍ର ନ କରନ୍ତି, ସେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବିଶ୍ରାମ କର ନାହିଁ, କି ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ରାମ କରିବାକୁ ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ।
8 to swear LORD in/on/with right his and in/on/with arm strength his if: surely yes to give: give [obj] grain your still food to/for enemy your and if: surely no to drink son: type of foreign new wine your which be weary/toil in/on/with him
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣାର ଡାହାଣ ହସ୍ତ ଓ ବଳବାନ ବାହୁ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଶପଥ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶସ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆଉ ଦେବା ନାହିଁ ଓ ଯହିଁ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରିଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ସେହି ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ବିଦେଶୀମାନେ ଆଉ ପାନ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
9 for to gather him to eat him and to boast: praise [obj] LORD and to gather him to drink him in/on/with court holiness my
ମାତ୍ର ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତାହା ସଞ୍ଚୟ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବେ ଓ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତାହା ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନର ପ୍ରାଙ୍ଗଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତାହା ପାନ କରିବେ।
10 to pass to pass in/on/with gate to turn way: road [the] people to build to build [the] highway to stone from stone to exalt ensign upon [the] people
ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହୁଅ, ନଗର-ଦ୍ୱାର ମଧ୍ୟଦେଇ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହୁଅ; ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ପଥ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କର; ଉଚ୍ଚ କର, ରାଜପଥ ଉଚ୍ଚ କର; ପ୍ରସ୍ତରସବୁ ବାହାର କରି ସଂଗ୍ରହ କର; ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀସମୂହ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଧ୍ୱଜା ଉଠାଅ।
11 behold LORD to hear: proclaim to(wards) end [the] land: country/planet to say to/for daughter Zion behold salvation your to come (in): come behold wages his with him and wages his to/for face: before his
ଦେଖ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପୃଥିବୀର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଏହା ଘୋଷଣା କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସିୟୋନର କନ୍ୟାକୁ କୁହ, ଦେଖ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ଆସୁଅଛି, ଦେଖ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ପୁରସ୍କାର ତାହାଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗରେ ଅଛି ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିଦାନ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଅଛି।”
12 and to call: call by to/for them people [the] holiness to redeem: redeem LORD and to/for you to call: call by to seek city not to leave: forsake
ପୁଣି, ଲୋକମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପବିତ୍ର ଲୋକ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ମୁକ୍ତ ବୋଲି ଡାକିବେ, ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅନ୍ୱେଷିତା, ଅପରିତ୍ୟକ୍ତା ନଗରୀ ବୋଲି ଖ୍ୟାତ ହେବ।
