Isaiah 57
1 [the] righteous to perish and nothing man: anyone to set: put upon heart and human kindness to gather in/on/with nothing to understand for from face: before [the] distress: harm to gather [the] righteous
| הַצַּדִּ֣יק אָבָ֔ד וְאֵ֥ין אִ֖ישׁ שָׂ֣ם עַל־לֵ֑ב וְאַנְשֵׁי־חֶ֤סֶד נֶֽאֱסָפִים֙ בְּאֵ֣ין מֵבִ֔ין כִּֽי־מִפְּנֵ֥י הָרָעָ֖ה נֶאֱסַ֥ף הַצַּדִּֽיק׃ |
2 to come (in): come peace to rest upon bed their to go: walk straightforward his
| יָבֹ֣וא שָׁלֹ֔ום יָנ֖וּחוּ עַל־מִשְׁכְּבֹותָ֑ם הֹלֵ֖ךְ נְכֹחֹֽו׃ |
3 and you(m. p.) to present: come here/thus son: child to divine seed: children to commit adultery and to fornicate
| וְאַתֶּ֥ם קִרְבוּ־הֵ֖נָּה בְּנֵ֣י עֹנְנָ֑ה זֶ֥רַע מְנָאֵ֖ף וַתִּזְנֶֽה׃ |
4 upon who? to delight upon who? to enlarge lip to prolong tongue not you(m. p.) youth transgression seed: children deception
| עַל־מִי֙ תִּתְעַנָּ֔גוּ עַל־מִ֛י תַּרְחִ֥יבוּ פֶ֖ה תַּאֲרִ֣יכוּ לָשֹׁ֑ון הֲלֹֽוא־אַתֶּ֥ם יִלְדֵי־פֶ֖שַׁע זֶ֥רַע שָֽׁקֶר׃ |
5 [the] to warm in/on/with terebinth underneath: under all tree luxuriant to slaughter [the] youth in/on/with torrent: valley underneath: under cleft [the] crag
| הַנֵּֽחָמִים֙ בָּֽאֵלִ֔ים תַּ֖חַת כָּל־עֵ֣ץ רַעֲנָ֑ן שֹׁחֲטֵ֤י הַיְלָדִים֙ בַּנְּחָלִ֔ים תַּ֖חַת סְעִפֵ֥י הַסְּלָעִֽים׃ |
6 in/on/with smooth torrent: river portion your they(masc.) they(masc.) allotted your also to/for them to pour: pour drink offering to ascend: establish offering upon these to be sorry: relent
| בְּחַלְּקֵי־נַ֣חַל חֶלְקֵ֔ךְ הֵ֥ם הֵ֖ם גֹּורָלֵ֑ךְ גַּם־לָהֶ֞ם שָׁפַ֥כְתְּ נֶ֙סֶךְ֙ הֶעֱלִ֣ית מִנְחָ֔ה הַ֥עַל אֵ֖לֶּה אֶנָּחֵֽם׃ |
7 upon mountain: mount high and to lift: raise to set: make bed your also there to ascend: rise to/for to sacrifice sacrifice
| עַ֤ל הַר־גָּבֹ֙הַּ֙ וְנִשָּׂ֔א שַׂ֖מְתְּ מִשְׁכָּבֵ֑ךְ גַּם־שָׁ֥ם עָלִ֖ית לִזְבֹּ֥חַ זָֽבַח׃ |
8 and after [the] door and [the] doorpost to set: make memorial your for from with me to reveal: uncover and to ascend: rise to enlarge bed your and to cut: make(covenant) to/for you from them to love: lover bed their hand: penis to see
| וְאַחַ֤ר הַדֶּ֙לֶת֙ וְהַמְּזוּזָ֔ה שַׂ֖מְתְּ זִכְרֹונֵ֑ךְ כִּ֣י מֵאִתִּ֞י גִּלִּ֣ית וַֽתַּעֲלִ֗י הִרְחַ֤בְתְּ מִשְׁכָּבֵךְ֙ וַתִּכְרָת־לָ֣ךְ מֵהֶ֔ם אָהַ֥בְתְּ מִשְׁכָּבָ֖ם יָ֥ד חָזִֽית׃ |
9 and to travel to/for king in/on/with oil and to multiply perfumery your and to send: depart (envoy your *L(abh)*) till from distant and to abase till hell: Sheol (Sheol h7585)
| וַתָּשֻׁ֤רִי לַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ בַּשֶּׁ֔מֶן וַתַּרְבִּ֖י רִקֻּחָ֑יִךְ וַתְּשַׁלְּחִ֤י צִרַ֙יךְ֙ עַד־מֵ֣רָחֹ֔ק וַתַּשְׁפִּ֖ילִי עַד־שְׁאֹֽול׃ (Sheol h7585) |
10 in/on/with abundance way: journey your be weary/toil not to say to despair living thing hand: power your to find upon so not be weak: weak
| בְּרֹ֤ב דַּרְכֵּךְ֙ יָגַ֔עַתְּ לֹ֥א אָמַ֖רְתְּ נֹואָ֑שׁ חַיַּ֤ת יָדֵךְ֙ מָצָ֔את עַל־כֵּ֖ן לֹ֥א חָלִֽית׃ |
11 and [obj] who? be anxious and to fear: revere for to lie and [obj] me not to remember not to set: put upon heart your not I be silent and from forever: antiquity and [obj] me not to fear: revere
| וְאֶת־מִ֞י דָּאַ֤גְתְּ וַתִּֽירְאִי֙ כִּ֣י תְכַזֵּ֔בִי וְאֹותִי֙ לֹ֣א זָכַ֔רְתְּ לֹא־שַׂ֖מְתְּ עַל־לִבֵּ֑ךְ הֲלֹ֨א אֲנִ֤י מַחְשֶׁה֙ וּמֵ֣עֹלָ֔ם וְאֹותִ֖י לֹ֥א תִירָֽאִי׃ |
12 I to tell righteousness your and [obj] deed your and not to gain you
| אֲנִ֥י אַגִּ֖יד צִדְקָתֵ֑ךְ וְאֶֽת־מַעֲשַׂ֖יִךְ וְלֹ֥א יֹועִילֽוּךְ׃ |
13 in/on/with to cry out you to rescue you collection your and [obj] all their to lift: bear spirit: breath to take: take vanity and [the] to seek refuge in/on/with me to inherit land: country/planet and to possess: possess mountain: mount holiness my
| בְּזַֽעֲקֵךְ֙ יַצִּילֻ֣ךְ קִבּוּצַ֔יִךְ וְאֶת־כֻּלָּ֥ם יִשָּׂא־ר֖וּחַ יִקַּח־הָ֑בֶל וְהַחֹוסֶ֥ה בִי֙ יִנְחַל־אֶ֔רֶץ וְיִירַ֖שׁ הַר־קָדְשִֽׁי׃ |
14 and to say to build to build to turn way: road to exalt stumbling from way: road people my
| וְאָמַ֥ר סֹֽלּוּ־סֹ֖לּוּ פַּנּוּ־דָ֑רֶךְ הָרִ֥ימוּ מִכְשֹׁ֖ול מִדֶּ֥רֶךְ עַמִּֽי׃ ס |
15 for thus to say to exalt and to lift: exalt to dwell perpetuity and holy name his height and holy to dwell and with contrite and low spirit to/for to live spirit low and to/for to live heart to crush
| כִּי֩ כֹ֨ה אָמַ֜ר רָ֣ם וְנִשָּׂ֗א שֹׁכֵ֥ן עַד֙ וְקָדֹ֣ושׁ שְׁמֹ֔ו מָרֹ֥ום וְקָדֹ֖ושׁ אֶשְׁכֹּ֑ון וְאֶת־דַּכָּא֙ וּשְׁפַל־ר֔וּחַ לְהַחֲיֹות֙ ר֣וּחַ שְׁפָלִ֔ים וּֽלְהַחֲיֹ֖ות לֵ֥ב נִדְכָּאִֽים׃ |
16 for not to/for forever: enduring to contend and not to/for perpetuity be angry for spirit from to/for face: before my to enfeeble and breath I to make
| כִּ֣י לֹ֤א לְעֹולָם֙ אָרִ֔יב וְלֹ֥א לָנֶ֖צַח אֶקְּצֹ֑וף כִּי־ר֙וּחַ֙ מִלְּפָנַ֣י יַֽעֲטֹ֔וף וּנְשָׁמֹ֖ות אֲנִ֥י עָשִֽׂיתִי׃ |
17 in/on/with iniquity: crime unjust-gain his be angry and to smite him to hide and be angry and to go: went turning back in/on/with way: conduct heart his
| בַּעֲוֹ֥ן בִּצְעֹ֛ו קָצַ֥פְתִּי וְאַכֵּ֖הוּ הַסְתֵּ֣ר וְאֶקְצֹ֑ף וַיֵּ֥לֶךְ שֹׁובָ֖ב בְּדֶ֥רֶךְ לִבֹּֽו׃ |
18 way: conduct his to see: see and to heal him and to lead him and to complete comfort to/for him and to/for mourning his
| דְּרָכָ֥יו רָאִ֖יתִי וְאֶרְפָּאֵ֑הוּ וְאַנְחֵ֕הוּ וַאֲשַׁלֵּ֧ם נִֽחֻמִ֛ים לֹ֖ו וְלַאֲבֵלָֽיו׃ |
19 to create (fruit *Q(K)*) lips peace peace to/for distant and to/for near to say LORD and to heal him
| בֹּורֵ֖א נוּב (נִ֣יב) שְׂפָתָ֑יִם שָׁלֹ֨ום ׀ שָׁלֹ֜ום לָרָחֹ֧וק וְלַקָּרֹ֛וב אָמַ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה וּרְפָאתִֽיו׃ |
20 and [the] wicked like/as sea to drive out: drive out for to quiet not be able and to drive out: drive out water his mire and mud
| וְהָרְשָׁעִ֖ים כַּיָּ֣ם נִגְרָ֑שׁ כִּ֤י הַשְׁקֵט֙ לֹ֣א יוּכָ֔ל וַיִּגְרְשׁ֥וּ מֵימָ֖יו רֶ֥פֶשׁ וָטִֽיט׃ |
21 nothing peace to say God my to/for wicked
| אֵ֣ין שָׁלֹ֔ום אָמַ֥ר אֱלֹהַ֖י לָרְשָׁעִֽים׃ ס |
