Hosea 2

1 to say to/for brother: compatriot your people my and to/for sister your to have compassion

در آن روز برادران خود را عَمّی یعنی «قوم من» و خواهران خود را روحامه یعنی «محبوبان من» خواهی خواند.

2 to contend in/on/with mother your to contend for he/she/it not woman: wife my and I not man: husband her and to turn aside: remove fornication her from face her and adultery her from between breast her

مادرت را توبیخ کن، زیرا زن مرد دیگری شده است و من دیگر شوهر او نیستم. از او بخواه تا از فاحشگی دست بردارد و دیگر خودفروشی نکند؛

3 lest to strip her naked and to set her like/as day to beget she and to set: make her like/as wilderness and to set: make her like/as land: country/planet dryness and to die her in/on/with thirst

و گرنه او را مثل روزی که از مادر متولد شد عریان خواهم ساخت و مانند زمینی که دچار خشکسالی شده باشد از تشنگی هلاک خواهم کرد.

4 and [obj] son: child her not to have compassion for son: child fornication they(masc.)

از فرزندان او چون فرزندان خودم مراقبت نخواهم کرد، زیرا آنها از آن من نیستند بلکه فرزندان مردان دیگری هستند.

5 for to fornicate mother their be ashamed to conceive them for to say to go: went after to love: lover me to give: give food: bread my and water my wool my and flax my oil my and drink my

مادرشان مرتکب زنا شده و با بی‌شرمی گفته است: «دنبال مردانی می‌روم که به من خوراک و پوشاک می‌دهند.»

6 to/for so look! I to hedge [obj] way: journey your in/on/with thorn and to wall up/off [obj] wall her and path her not to find

ولی من دیواری از خار و خس به دور او می‌کشم و مانعی بر سر راه او می‌گذارم تا راهش را پیدا نکند.

7 and to pursue [obj] to love: lover her and not to overtake [obj] them and to seek them and not to find and to say to go: went and to return: return to(wards) man: husband my [the] first for be pleasing to/for me then from now

به طوری که وقتی دنبال فاسقانش می‌دود نتواند به آنها برسد. دنبال آنها خواهد گشت، ولی پیدایشان نخواهد کرد. آنگاه خواهد گفت: «بهتر است نزد شوهر خود بازگردم، چون وقتی که با او بودم زندگی‌ام بهتر می‌گذشت.»

8 and he/she/it not to know for I to give: give to/for her [the] grain and [the] new wine and [the] oil and silver: money to multiply to/for her and gold to make: offer to/for Baal

او نمی‌فهمد که هر چه دارد از من دارد. تمام طلا و نقره‌ای را که او برای پرستش بت خود بعل به کار می‌برد، من به او می‌دادم.

9 to/for so to return: return and to take: take grain my in/on/with time his and new wine my in/on/with meeting: time appointed his and to rescue wool my and flax my to/for to cover [obj] nakedness her

ولی اکنون دیگر شراب و غله‌ای را که همیشه سر موعد برای او فراهم می‌کردم به او نخواهم داد و لباسهایی که برای پوشش برهنگی‌اش به او می‌دادم از او پس خواهم گرفت.

10 and now to reveal: uncover [obj] lewdness her to/for eye: seeing to love: lover her and man: anyone not to rescue her from hand: power my

قباحت او را در نظر فاسقانش آشکار خواهم ساخت و هیچ‌کس نخواهد توانست او را از دست من خلاصی بخشد.

11 and to cease all rejoicing her feast her month: new moon her and Sabbath her and all meeting: festival her

به تمام خوشیها و بزمها، عیدها و جشنهایش پایان خواهم داد.

12 and be desolate: destroyed vine her and fig her which to say wages they(masc.) to/for me which to give: pay to/for me to love: lover me and to set: make them to/for wood and to eat them living thing [the] land: country

تاکستانها و باغهای میوه‌ای را که ادعا می‌کند فاسقانش به او هدیه داده‌اند نابود می‌کنم. آنها را به صورت جنگل درمی‌آورم و میوه‌هایش را نصیب حیوانات صحرا می‌گردانم.

13 and to reckon: punish upon her [obj] day [the] Baal which to offer: offer to/for them and to adorn ring her and jewelry her and to go: follow after to love: lover her and [obj] me to forget utterance LORD

به سبب تمام آن روزهایی که برای بت خودش بعل، بخور می‌سوزانید و گوشواره‌هایش را به گوش می‌کرد و با طلا و جواهرات، خود را می‌آراست و مرا ترک نموده، به دنبال فاسقانش می‌رفت، او را مجازات خواهم کرد. این را خداوند می‌فرماید.

14 to/for so behold I to entice her and to go: take her [the] wilderness and to speak: speak (upon *L(abh)*) heart her

ولی دوباره دل او را به دست می‌آورم و او را به بیابان خواهم برد و در آنجا با وی سخنانی دلنشین خواهم گفت.

15 and to give: give to/for her [obj] vineyard her from there and [obj] Valley (of Achor) (Valley of) Achor to/for entrance hope and to answer there [to] like/as day youth her and like/as day to ascend: rise she from land: country/planet Egypt

در آنجا باغهای انگورش را به او پس خواهم داد، و «درهٔ زحمات» او را به «دروازهٔ امید» مبدل خواهم ساخت. او باز در آنجا مانند روزهای جوانی‌اش و مثل زمان قدیم که او را از اسارت مصر آزاد کردم سرود خواهد خواند.

16 and to be in/on/with day [the] he/she/it utterance LORD to call: call by man: husband my and not to call: call by to/for me still Baal my

در آن روز مرا به جای «سرور من»، «شوهر من» خطاب خواهد کرد.

17 and to turn aside: remove [obj] name [the] Baal from lip her and not to remember still in/on/with name their

کاری می‌کنم که بعل را فراموش کند و دیگر اسمش را نیز بر زبان نیاورد.

18 and to cut: make(covenant) to/for them covenant in/on/with day [the] he/she/it with living thing [the] land: country and with bird [the] heaven and creeping [the] land: soil and bow and sword and battle to break from [the] land: country/planet and to lie down: lay down them to/for security

در آن زمان، بین شما و حیوانات وحشی و پرندگان و خزندگان عهدی قرار می‌دهم تا دیگر از هم نترسید؛ و تمام سلاحهای جنگی را از بین برده، به جنگها پایان خواهم داد. آنگاه در امنیت خواهید زیست.

19 and to betroth you to/for me to/for forever: enduring and to betroth you to/for me in/on/with righteousness and in/on/with justice and in/on/with kindness and in/on/with compassion

من با زنجیر عدالت و انصاف و محبت و رحمت، شما را برای همیشه به خود پیوند خواهم داد.

20 and to betroth you to/for me in/on/with faithfulness and to know [obj] LORD

من عهدی را که با شما بسته‌ام بجا خواهم آورد و شما را نامزد خود خواهم ساخت و شما مرا در آن زمان واقعاً خواهید شناخت.

21 and to be in/on/with day [the] he/she/it to answer utterance LORD to answer [obj] [the] heaven and they(masc.) to answer [obj] [the] land: country/planet

در آن روز من دعاهای قوم خود اسرائیل را اجابت خواهم کرد. بر زمین باران خواهم فرستاد و زمین نیز غله و انگور و زیتون تولید خواهد کرد، و ایشان یزرعیل را خطاب خواهند کرد.

22 and [the] land: country/planet to answer [obj] [the] grain and [obj] [the] new wine and [obj] [the] oil and they(masc.) to answer [obj] Jezreel

23 and to sow her to/for me in/on/with land: country/planet and to have compassion [obj] not to have compassion and to say to/for not people my people my you(m. s.) and he/she/it to say God my

در آن زمان قوم اسرائیل را برای خود در زمین خواهم کاشت. به کسانی که گفته بودم «دیگر رحمت بس است»، رحم خواهم نمود و به آنانی که گفته بودم «قوم من نیستید»، خواهم گفت: «اکنون شما قوم من هستید» و ایشان جواب خواهند داد: «تو خدای ما هستی.»
