Genesis 25
1 and to add Abraham and to take: marry woman: wife and name her Keturah
Abraham aber nahm nochmals ein Weib, Namens Ketura,
2 and to beget to/for him [obj] Zimran and [obj] Jokshan and [obj] Medan and [obj] Midian and [obj] Ishbak and [obj] Shuah
die gebar ihm Simran, Joksan, Medan, Midian, Jisbak und Suah.
3 and Jokshan to beget [obj] Sheba and [obj] Dedan and son: descendant/people Dedan to be Asshurim and Letushim and Leummim
Joksan aber erzeugte Saba und Dedan; und die Söhne Dedans waren die Assuriter, die Letusiter und die Leummiter.
4 and son: descendant/people Midian Ephah and Epher and Hanoch and Abida and Eldaah all these son: descendant/people Keturah
Und die Söhne Midians waren Epha, Epher, Hanoch, Abida und Eldaa; diese alle stammen von Ketura.
5 and to give: give Abraham [obj] all which to/for him to/for Isaac
Abraham aber übergab alle seine Habe dem Isaak.
6 and to/for son: child [the] concubine which to/for Abraham to give: give Abraham gift and to send: depart them from upon Isaac son: child his in/on/with still he alive east [to] to(wards) land: country/planet front: east
Aber den Söhnen der Kebsweiber, die Abraham hatte, gab Abraham Geschenke und ließ sie noch bei seinen Lebzeiten von seinem Sohne Isaak hinweg östlich, in das Ostland ziehen.
7 and these day year life Abraham which to live hundred year and seventy year and five year
Das aber ist die Dauer der Lebensjahre Abrahams, die er durchlebt hat: 175 Jahre.
8 and to die and to die Abraham in/on/with greyheaded pleasant old and sated and to gather to(wards) kinsman his
Und Abraham verschied und starb in schönem Alter, alt und lebenssatt, und wurde versammelt zu seinen Stammesgenossen.

Und es begruben ihn seine Söhne Isaak und Ismael in der Höhle Machpela, auf dem Grundstück des Hethiters Ephron, des Sohnes Zohars, welches Mamre gegenüberliegt,

auf dem Grundstück, welches Abraham von den Hethitern gekauft hatte: dort wurden Abraham und sein Weib Sara begraben.

Nach dem Tode Abrahams aber segnete Gott seinen Sohn Isaak; Isaak aber wohnte bei dem “Brunnen des Lebendigen, der mich schaut”.
12 and these generation Ishmael son: child Abraham which to beget Hagar [the] Egyptian maidservant Sarah to/for Abraham
Dies ist die Geschichte Ismaels, des Sohnes Abrahams, den die Ägypterin Hagar, die Leibmagd Saras, dem Abraham geboren hat.

Misma, Duma, Massa,
15 (Hadad *LA(BH)*) and Tema Jetur Naphish and Kedemah
Hadad, Thema, Jetur, Naphis und Kedma.

Das sind die Söhne Ismaels, und dies ihre Namen nach ihren Gehöften und Zeltlagern, zwölf Fürsten nach ihren Stammverbänden.

Und dies war die Lebensdauer Ismaels: 137 Jahre. Und er verschied und starb und wurde versammelt zu seinen Stammesgenossen.

Und sie wohnten von Havila an bis nach Sur, welches östlich von Ägypten liegt, bis nach Assur hin; allen seinen Verwandten setzte er sich auf den Nacken.

Das ist die Geschichte Isaaks, des Sohnes Abrahams: Abraham erzeugte den Isaak.
20 and to be Isaac son: aged forty year in/on/with to take: marry he [obj] Rebekah daughter Bethuel [the] Aramean from Paddan (Paddan)-aram sister Laban [the] Aramean to/for him to/for woman: wife
Isaak aber war vierzig Jahre alt, als er sich Rebeka, die Tochter des Aramäers Bethuel aus Mesopotamien, die Schwester des Aramäers Laban, zum Weibe nahm.

Isaak aber bat Jahwe für sein Weib, denn sie war unfruchtbar. Da ließ sich Jahwe von ihm erbitten, und sein Weib Rebeka wurde schwanger.
22 and to crush [the] son: child in/on/with entrails: among her and to say if so to/for what? this I and to go: went to/for to seek [obj] LORD
Es stießen sich aber die Kinder in ihrem Leibe; da sprach sie: Wenn es so steht, warum lebe ich dann? Und sie ging hin, Jahwe zu befragen.
23 and to say LORD to/for her two (nation *Q(k)*) in/on/with belly: womb your and two people from belly your to separate and people from people to strengthen and many to serve little
Jahwe aber sprach zu ihr: Zwei Völker sind in deinem Leibe, und zwei Stämme werden aus deinem Schoße hervorgehen, sich zu befehden. Ein Stamm wird dem andern überlegen sein, und der ältere wird dem jüngeren dienstbar werden.
24 and to fill day her to/for to beget and behold twin in/on/with belly: womb her
Als nun ihre Zeit da war, daß sie gebären sollte, da fand sich, daß Zwillinge in ihrem Leibe waren.
25 and to come out: produce [the] first red all his like/as clothing hair and to call: call by name his Esau
Da kam der erste heraus, rötlich, ganz und gar wie ein haariger Mantel; darum nannten sie ihn Esau.
26 and after so to come out: produce brother: male-sibling his and hand his to grasp in/on/with heel Esau and to call: call by name his Jacob and Isaac son: aged sixty year in/on/with to beget [obj] them
Darnach kam sein Bruder heraus, der hielt mit seiner Hand die Ferse Esaus; darum nannte man ihn Jakob. Isaak aber war sechzig Jahre alt, als sie geboren wurden.
27 and to magnify [the] youth and to be Esau man to know wild game man land: country and Jacob man complete to dwell tent
Als nun die Knaben heranwuchsen, wurde Esau ein tüchtiger Jäger, ein Mann der Steppe; Jakob dagegen war ein sanfter Mann, der bei den Zelten blieb.
28 and to love: lover Isaac [obj] Esau for wild game in/on/with lip his and Rebekah to love: lover [obj] Jacob
Isaak aber liebte den Esau, denn Wildbret war nach seinem Geschmack; Rebeka dagegen liebte mehr den Jakob.
29 and to boil Jacob stew and to come (in): come Esau from [the] land: country and he/she/it faint
Einst kochte Jakob ein Gericht; da kam Esau ganz verschmachtet aus der Steppe.
30 and to say Esau to(wards) Jacob to eat me please from [the] red stuff [the] red stuff [the] this for faint I upon so to call: call by name his Edom
Und Esau sprach zu Jakob: Laß mich schnell essen von dem roten, dem roten da! denn ich bin ganz verschmachtet. Deshalb nannte man ihn Edom.
31 and to say Jacob to sell [emph?] like/as day: today [obj] birthright your to/for me
Jakob aber sprach: Verkaufe mir zuvor dein Erstgeburtsrecht!
32 and to say Esau behold I to go: continue to/for to die and to/for what? this to/for me birthright
Da sprach Esau: Ach, ich muß schließlich doch sterben; was soll mir da das Erstgeburtsrecht!
33 and to say Jacob to swear [emph?] to/for me like/as day: today and to swear to/for him and to sell [obj] birthright his to/for Jacob
Jakob sprach: Schwöre es mir zuvor zu! Da schwur er ihm und verkaufte so an Jakob sein Erstgeburtsrecht.
34 and Jacob to give: give to/for Esau food: bread and stew lentil and to eat and to drink and to arise: rise and to go: journey and to despise Esau [obj] [the] birthright
Jakob aber gab dem Esau Brot und ein Gericht Linsen. Da aß er und trank, stand auf und ging davon; so verscherzte Esau leichtfertig sein Erstgeburtsrecht.
