Genesis 18

൧അനന്തരം യഹോവ അബ്രാഹാമിന് മമ്രേയുടെ തോപ്പിൽവച്ച് പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി; വെയിലുറച്ചപ്പോൾ അവൻ കൂടാരവാതിൽക്കൽ ഇരിക്കയായിരുന്നു.
2 and to lift: look eye his and to see: see and behold three human to stand upon him and to see: see and to run: run to/for to encounter: meet them from entrance [the] tent and to bow land: soil [to]
൨അവൻ തല ഉയർത്തിനോക്കിയപ്പോൾ അതാ, മൂന്നു പുരുഷന്മാർ തന്റെ നേരെ നില്ക്കുന്നു; അവൻ അവരെ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ കൂടാരവാതിൽക്കൽ നിന്ന് അവരെ എതിരേൽക്കുവാൻ ഓടിച്ചെന്ന് നിലംവരെ കുനിഞ്ഞു:

൪കുറച്ചു വെള്ളം കൊണ്ടുവന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ കാലുകളെ കഴുകട്ടെ; വൃക്ഷത്തിൻ കീഴിൽ വിശ്രമിച്ചാലും.
5 and to take: bring morsel food: bread and to support heart your (after *L(S)*) to pass for as that: since as as to pass upon servant/slave your and to say so to make: do like/as as which to speak: speak
൫ഞാൻ കുറെ അപ്പം കൊണ്ടുവരാം; വിശപ്പ് അടക്കീട്ട് നിങ്ങൾക്ക് പോകാം; ഇതിനായിട്ടല്ലോ നിങ്ങൾ അടിയന്റെ അടുക്കൽ കയറിവന്നത്” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

൬“നീ പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ ചെയ്യുക” എന്ന് അവർ പറഞ്ഞു. അബ്രാഹാം വേഗത്തിൽ കൂടാരത്തിൽ സാറയുടെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു: “വേഗത്തിൽ ഏകദേശം 21 കിലോഗ്രാം മാവ് എടുത്തു കുഴച്ചു അപ്പമുണ്ടാക്കുക” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

൭അബ്രാഹാം പശുക്കൂട്ടത്തിൽ ഓടിച്ചെന്ന് ഇളയതും നല്ലതുമായ ഒരു കാളക്കുട്ടിയെ പിടിച്ച് ഒരു യൗവനക്കാരന്റെ കൈവശം കൊടുത്തു; അവൻ അതിനെ വേഗത്തിൽ പാകം ചെയ്തു.
8 and to take: take curd and milk and son: young animal [the] cattle which to make and to give: put to/for face: before their and he/she/it to stand: stand upon them underneath: under [the] tree and to eat
൮പിന്നെ അവൻ വെണ്ണയും പാലും താൻ പാകം ചെയ്യിച്ച കാളക്കുട്ടിയെയും കൊണ്ടുവന്ന് അവരുടെ മുമ്പിൽവച്ചു. അവർ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അബ്രാഹാം അവരുടെ അടുക്കൽ വൃക്ഷത്തിൻ കീഴിൽ ശുശ്രൂഷിച്ചു നിന്നു.
9 and to say to(wards) him where? Sarah woman: wife your and to say behold in/on/with tent
൯അവർ അവനോട്: “നിന്റെ ഭാര്യ സാറാ എവിടെ? എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്: “ഇവിടെ, കൂടാരത്തിൽ ഉണ്ട്” എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.
10 and to say to return: return to return: return to(wards) you like/as time alive and behold son: child to/for Sarah woman: wife your and Sarah to hear: hear entrance [the] tent and he/she/it after him
൧൦“ഒരു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് ഞാൻ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ തീർച്ചയായും മടങ്ങിവരും; അപ്പോൾ നിന്റെ ഭാര്യ സാറായ്ക്ക് ഒരു മകൻ ഉണ്ടാകും” എന്ന് യഹോവ പറഞ്ഞു. സാറാ കൂടാരവാതിൽക്കൽ അവന്റെ പുറകിൽ കേട്ടുകൊണ്ടു നിന്നു.

൧൧എന്നാൽ അബ്രാഹാമും സാറായും വയസ്സുചെന്നു വൃദ്ധരായിരുന്നു. സാറായിക്ക് ഗർഭധാരണത്തിനുള്ള പ്രായം കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.

൧൨ആകയാൽ സാറാ ഉള്ളിൽ ചിരിച്ചുകൊണ്ട്: “വൃദ്ധയായിരിക്കുന്ന എനിക്ക് സുഖഭോഗമുണ്ടാകുമോ? എന്റെ ഭർത്താവും വൃദ്ധനായിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
13 and to say LORD to(wards) Abraham to/for what? this to laugh Sarah to/for to say also truly to beget and I be old
൧൩യഹോവ അബ്രാഹാമിനോട് “വൃദ്ധയായ ഞാൻ പ്രസവിക്കുന്നത് വാസ്തവംതന്നെയോ’ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞ് സാറാ ചിരിച്ചത് എന്തുകൊണ്ട്?
14 to wonder from LORD word: thing to/for meeting: time appointed to return: return to(wards) you like/as time alive and to/for Sarah son: child
൧൪യഹോവയാൽ കഴിയാത്ത കാര്യം ഉണ്ടോ? ഒരു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് നിശ്ചയിച്ച സമയത്ത് ഞാൻ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ മടങ്ങിവരും; സാറായ്ക്ക് ഒരു മകൻ ഉണ്ടാകും” എന്ന് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

൧൫സാറാ ഭയപ്പെട്ടു: “ഞാൻ ചിരിച്ചില്ല” എന്നു നിരസിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു. “അല്ല, നീ ചിരിച്ചു” എന്ന് അവിടുന്ന് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

൧൬ആ പുരുഷന്മാർ അവിടെനിന്നു എഴുന്നേറ്റ് സൊദോമിനു നേരേ തിരിഞ്ഞു; അബ്രാഹാം അവരെ യാത്ര അയയ്ക്കുവാൻ അവരോടുകൂടെ പോയി.
17 and LORD to say to cover I from Abraham which I to make: do
൧൭അപ്പോൾ യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തത്: ഞാൻ ചെയ്യുവാൻ പോകുന്നത് അബ്രാഹാമിനോട് മറച്ചുവയ്ക്കുമോ?
18 and Abraham to be to be to/for nation great: large and mighty and to bless in/on/with him all nation [the] land: country/planet
൧൮“അബ്രാഹാം നിശ്ചയമായി വലിയതും ബലമുള്ളതുമായ ജനതയായി തീരുകയും അവനിൽ ഭൂമിയിലെ ജനതകളെല്ലാം അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യുമെന്നിരിക്കെ
19 for to know him because which to command [obj] son: child his and [obj] house: household his after him and to keep: obey way: conduct LORD to/for to make: do righteousness and justice because to come (in): bring LORD upon Abraham [obj] which to speak: promise upon him
൧൯യഹോവ അബ്രാഹാമിനെക്കുറിച്ച് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തത് അവന് നിവർത്തിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുവാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അബ്രാഹാം തന്റെ മക്കളോടും തനിക്കു ശേഷമുള്ള കുടുംബത്തോടും നീതിയും ന്യായവും പ്രവർത്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് യഹോവയുടെ വഴിയിൽ നടക്കുവാൻ കല്പിക്കേണ്ടതിന് ഞാൻ അവനെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു”.
20 and to say LORD outcry Sodom and Gomorrah for to multiply and sin their for to honor: heavy much
൨൦പിന്നെ യഹോവ: “സൊദോമിനും ഗൊമോരയ്ക്കുമെതിരെയുള്ള നിലവിളി വലിയതും അവരുടെ പാപം അതികഠിനവും ആകുന്നതുകൊണ്ട്
21 to go down please and to see: see like/as cry her [the] to come (in): come to(wards) me to make: do consumption and if not to know
൨൧ഞാൻ ചെന്ന് സൊദോമിനും ഗൊമോരയ്ക്കുമെതിരെ എന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നെത്തിയ നിലവിളിപോലെ അവർ അങ്ങനെ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ ഇല്ലയോ എന്ന് നോക്കി അറിയും” എന്ന് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
22 and to turn from there [the] human and to go: went Sodom [to] (and Abraham *L(S)*) still he to stand: stand to/for face: before (LORD *L(S)*)
൨൨അങ്ങനെ ആ പുരുഷന്മാർ അവിടെനിന്നു തിരിഞ്ഞു സൊദോമിലേക്ക് പോയി. അബ്രാഹാമോ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ തന്നേ നിന്നു.
23 and to approach: approach Abraham and to say also to snatch righteous with wicked
൨൩അബ്രാഹാം അടുത്തുചെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത്: “ദുഷ്ടനോടുകൂടെ നീതിമാനെയും അവിടുന്നു സംഹരിക്കുമോ?
24 perhaps there fifty righteous in/on/with midst [the] city also to snatch and not to lift: bear to/for place because fifty [the] righteous which in/on/with entrails: among her
൨൪പക്ഷേ ആ പട്ടണത്തിൽ അമ്പത് നീതിമാന്മാർ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവിടുന്ന് അതിനെ സംഹരിക്കുമോ? അതിലെ അമ്പത് നീതിമാന്മാർ നിമിത്തം ആ സ്ഥലത്തോട് ക്ഷമിക്കയില്ലയോ?
25 forbid to/for you from to make: do like/as Chronicles [the] this to/for to die righteous with wicked and to be like/as righteous like/as wicked forbid to/for you to judge all [the] land: country/planet not to make: do justice
൨൫നീതിമാൻ ദുഷ്ടനെപ്പോലെ ആകത്തക്കവണ്ണം ദുഷ്ടനോടുകൂടെ നീതിമാനെയും സംഹരിക്കുന്ന ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള കാര്യം ചെയ്യുവാൻ അങ്ങയ്ക്ക് ഇടവരാതിരിക്കട്ടെ. സർവ്വഭൂമിക്കും ന്യായാധിപതിയായവൻ നീതി പ്രവർത്തിക്കാതിരിക്കുമോ”
26 and to say LORD if to find in/on/with Sodom fifty righteous in/on/with midst [the] city and to lift: bear to/for all [the] place in/on/with for the sake of them
൨൬അതിന് യഹോവ: “ഞാൻ സൊദോമിൽ, പട്ടണത്തിനകത്ത്, അമ്പത് നീതിമാന്മാരെ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ നിമിത്തം ആ സ്ഥലത്തോടൊക്കെയും ക്ഷമിക്കും” എന്ന് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
27 and to answer Abraham and to say behold please be willing to/for to speak: speak to(wards) Lord and I dust and ashes
൨൭“പൊടിയും ചാരവുമായ ഞാൻ കർത്താവിനോട് സംസാരിക്കുവാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചുവല്ലോ.
28 perhaps to lack [emph?] fifty [the] righteous five to ruin in/on/with five [obj] all [the] city and to say not to ruin if to find there forty and five
൨൮അമ്പത് നീതിമാന്മാരിൽ പക്ഷേ അഞ്ചുപേർ കുറഞ്ഞു പോയെങ്കിലോ? അഞ്ചുപേർ കുറഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ട് അങ്ങ് ആ പട്ടണം മുഴുവനും നശിപ്പിക്കുമോ? എന്ന് അബ്രാഹാം പറഞ്ഞതിന്: “നാല്പത്തഞ്ച് പേരെ ഞാൻ അവിടെ കണ്ടെത്തിയാൽ അതിനെ നശിപ്പിക്കയില്ല” എന്ന് അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
29 and to add: again still to/for to speak: speak to(wards) him and to say perhaps to find [emph?] there forty and to say not to make: do in/on/with for the sake of [the] forty
൨൯അവൻ പിന്നെയും യഹോവയോട് സംസാരിച്ചു: “പക്ഷേ നാല്പതുപേരെ അവിടെ കണ്ടെത്തിയാലോ? എന്നു പറഞ്ഞതിന്: “ഞാൻ നാല്പതുപേരുടെ നിമിത്തം നശിപ്പിക്കുകയില്ല” എന്ന് അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
30 and to say not please to be incensed to/for Lord and to speak: speak perhaps to find [emph?] there thirty and to say not to make: do if to find there thirty
൩൦അതിന് അവൻ: “ഞാൻ പിന്നെയും സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; കർത്താവ് കോപിക്കരുതേ; പക്ഷേ മുപ്പതുപേരെ അവിടെ കണ്ടെത്തിയാലോ? എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. “ഞാൻ മുപ്പതുപേരെ അവിടെ കണ്ടെത്തിയാൽ നശിപ്പിക്കയില്ല” എന്ന് അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
31 and to say behold please be willing to/for to speak: speak to(wards) Lord perhaps to find [emph?] there twenty and to say not to ruin in/on/with for the sake of [the] twenty
൩൧“ഞാൻ കർത്താവിനോട് സംസാരിക്കുവാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചുവല്ലോ; പക്ഷേ ഇരുപതുപേരെ അവിടെ കണ്ടെത്തിയാലോ? എന്ന് അവൻ പറഞ്ഞതിന്: “ഞാൻ ഇരുപതുപേരുടെ നിമിത്തം അത് നശിപ്പിക്കുകയില്ല” എന്ന് അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
32 and to say not please to be incensed to/for Lord and to speak: speak surely [the] beat perhaps to find [emph?] there ten and to say not to ruin in/on/with for the sake of [the] ten
൩൨അപ്പോൾ അവൻ: “കർത്താവ് കോപിക്കരുതേ; ഞാൻ ഇനി ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം മാത്രം സംസാരിക്കും; പക്ഷേ പത്തുപേരെ അവിടെ കണ്ടെത്തിയാലോ? എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. “ഞാൻ പത്തുപേരുടെ നിമിത്തം അത് നശിപ്പിക്കയില്ല” എന്ന് അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
33 and to go: journey LORD like/as as which to end: finish to/for to speak: speak to(wards) Abraham and Abraham to return: return to/for place his
൩൩യഹോവ അബ്രാഹാമിനോട് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു തീർന്നശേഷം അവിടെനിന്ന് പോയി. അബ്രാഹാമും തന്റെ സ്ഥലത്തേക്ക് മടങ്ങിപ്പോയി.
