၁ထိုလူသည်ငါ့အားဗိမာန်တော်မြေယာ၏ အရှေ့ဘက်ပိုင်း၌ရှိသော အပြင်မုခ်ပေါက် သို့ခေါ်ဆောင်သွား၏။ မုခ်တံခါးသည်ပိတ် လျက်ရှိ၏။-

၂ထာဝရဘုရားကငါ့အား``ဤတံခါးကို ပိတ်ထားရမည်။ အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှဖွင့်ရ မည်မဟုတ်။ လူသားမှန်သမျှဤတံခါးကို အသုံးပြုခွင့်မရှိ။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော် ဣသရေလအမျိုသားတို့၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ထိုတံခါးဖြင့်ဝင်တော် မူခဲ့သောကြောင့်တည်း။-

၃သို့ရာတွင်ယခုနန်းစံလျက်ရှိသည့်မင်းသား သည်ကား ထိုအရပ်သို့သွား၍ငါ၏ရှေ့တော် တွင်သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သည့်စားဖွယ်ခဲဖွယ်ကို စားသောက်နိုင်ခွင့်ရှိ၏။ သူသည်အစွန်ဆုံးရှိ အခန်းကြီးကိုဖြတ်၍ဤတံခါးဖြင့်ဝင် ထွက်သွားလာရန်ဖြစ်၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။

၅ထာဝရဘုရားကလည်းငါ့အား``အချင်း လူသား၊ သင်မြင်ရကြားရသောအရာမှန် သမျှကိုဂရုပြုလော့။ ငါသည်ဗိမာန်တော် နှင့်ဆိုင်သောစည်းမျဉ်းဥပဒေများကိုသင့် အားပြောမည်။ အဘယ်သူတို့သည်ဗိမာန် တော်သို့ဝင်ထွက်ခွင့်ရှိသည်ကိုသေချာ စွာမှတ်သားလော့။''

၇ဆီဥနှင့်သွေးကိုငါ့အားပူဇော်ချိန်၌သူ တို့သည်အရေဖျားလှီးမင်္ဂလာမခံသူ လူမျိုးခြားများ၊ ငါ၏စကားကိုနားမ ထောင်သူများအားဗိမာန်တော်ထဲသို့ဝင် ခွင့်ပြုလျက်ငါ၏ဗိမာန်တော်ကိုညစ်ညမ်း စေကြ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ငါ၏လူမျိုးတော် သည်မိမိတို့၏စက်ဆုပ်ဖွယ်ရာအကျင့် များအားဖြင့်ငါ၏ပဋိညာဉ်တော်ကို ချိုးဖောက်ကြလေပြီ။-

၂၂အဘယ်ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်မျှကွာရှင်းထား သည့်အမျိုးသမီးနှင့်မထိမ်းမြားရ။ ဣ သရေလအပျိုစင် သို့မဟုတ်အခြားယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်တစ်ဦး၏မုဆိုးမနှင့်သာလျှင် ထိမ်းမြားရမည်။ အခြားမုဆိုးမနှင့်မ ထိမ်းမြားရ။

၂၄အမှုအခင်းတစ်စုံတစ်ရာပေါ်ပေါက်လာ သောအခါ သူတို့သည်ငါ၏ပညတ်များ အရစီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ရကြမည်။ ဘာသာရေး ပွဲလမ်းသဘင်များကို ငါ၏ဥပဒေစည်း မျဉ်းနှင့်အမိန့်များအရကျင်းပရကြ မည်။ ဥပုသ်နေ့ကိုသန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သည့် နေ့အဖြစ်ဖြင့်စောင့်ထိန်းရကြမည်။

၃၀ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည်ကောက်ဦးစပါး အကောင်းဆုံးနှင့်ငါ့အားဆက်သသည့်အခြား ပူဇော်သကာရှိသမျှကိုခံယူရရှိကြလိမ့် မည်။ လူတို့သည်မုန့်များကိုဖုတ်သည့်အခါ တိုင်းယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့အားအဦးဆုံးဖုတ် သည့်မုန့်ကိုပူဇော်သကာအဖြစ်ပေးလှူရကြ မည်။ ထိုအခါငါ၏ကောင်းချီးမင်္ဂလာသည် သူတို့၏အိမ်များအပေါ်သို့သက်ရောက် လိမ့်မည်။-
