< Ezekiel 15 >
1 and to be word LORD to(wards) me to/for to say
And the word of the Lord was maad to me,
2 son: child man what? to be tree: wood [the] vine from all tree: wood [the] branch which to be in/on/with tree [the] wood
and he seide, Sone of man, what schal be don to the tre of a vyne, of alle the trees of woodis, that ben among the trees of woodis?
3 to take: take from him tree: wood to/for to make to/for work if: surely yes to take: take from him peg to/for to hang upon him all article/utensil
Whether tymbre schal be takun therof, that werk be maad? ether shal a stake be maad therof, that ony vessel hange ther onne?
4 behold to/for fire to give: give to/for food [obj] two end his to eat [the] fire and midst his to scorch to prosper to/for work
Lo! it is youun in to mete; fier wastide euer eithir part therof, and the myddis therof is dryuun in to deed sparcle; whether it schal be profitable to werk?
5 behold in/on/with to be he unblemished: complete not to make: do to/for work also for fire to eat him and to scorch and to make: do still to/for work
Yhe, whanne it was hool, it was not couenable to werk; hou myche more whanne fier hath deuourid, and hath brent it, no thing of werk schal be maad therof?
6 to/for so thus to say Lord YHWH/God like/as as which tree: wood [the] vine in/on/with tree [the] wood which to give: give him to/for fire to/for food so to give: give [obj] to dwell Jerusalem
Therfor the Lord God seith thes thingis, As the tre of a vyne is among the trees of woodis, which Y yaf to fier to deuoure, so Y yaf the dwelleris of Jerusalem,
7 and to give: put [obj] face my in/on/with them from [the] fire to come out: come and [the] fire to eat them and to know for I LORD in/on/with to set: make I [obj] face my in/on/with them
and Y schal sette my face ayens hem. Thei schulen go out of the fier, and fier schal waaste hem; and ye schulen wite, that Y am the Lord, whanne Y schal sette my face ayens hem,
8 and to give: make [obj] [the] land: country/planet devastation because be unfaithful unfaithfulness utterance Lord YHWH/God
and schal yyue the lond with out weie and desolat, for thei weren trespassours, seith the Lord God.
