< Exodus 27 >

1 and to make [obj] [the] altar tree: wood acacia five cubit length and five cubit width to square to be [the] altar and three cubit height his
You must make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits wide. The altar must be square and three cubits high.
2 and to make horn his upon four corner his from him to be horn his and to overlay [obj] him bronze
You must make extensions of its four corners shaped like ox horns. The horns will be made as one piece with the altar, and you must cover them with bronze.
3 and to make pot his to/for to prosper him and shovel his and bowl his and fork his and censer his to/for all article/utensil his to make bronze
You must make equipment for the altar: pots for ashes, and also shovels, basins, meat forks, and firepans. You must make all these utensils with bronze.
4 and to make to/for him grate deed: work net bronze and to make upon [the] net four ring bronze upon four end his
You must make a grate for the altar, a network of bronze. Make a bronze ring for each of the grate's four corners.
5 and to give: put [obj] her underneath: under ledge [the] altar from to/for beneath and to be [the] net till half [the] altar
You must put the grate under the ledge of the altar, halfway down to the bottom.
6 and to make alone: pole to/for altar alone: pole tree: wood acacia and to overlay [obj] them bronze
You must make poles for the altar, poles of acacia wood, and you must cover them with bronze.
7 and to come (in): bring [obj] alone: pole his in/on/with ring and to be [the] alone: pole upon two side [the] altar in/on/with to lift: bear [obj] him
The poles must be put into the rings, and the poles must be on the two sides of the altar, to carry it.
8 be hollow tablet to make [obj] him like/as as which to see: see [obj] you in/on/with mountain: mount so to make
You must make the altar hollow, out of planks. You must make it in the way you were shown on the mountain.
9 and to make [obj] court [the] tabernacle to/for side south south [to] curtain to/for court linen to twist hundred in/on/with cubit length to/for side [the] one
You must make a courtyard for the tabernacle. There must be hangings on the south side of the courtyard, hangings of fine twined linen one hundred cubits long.
10 and pillar his twenty and socket their twenty bronze hook [the] pillar and ring their silver: money
The hangings must have twenty posts, with twenty bronze bases. There must also be hooks attached to the posts, as well as silver rods.
11 and so to/for side north in/on/with length curtain hundred length (and pillar his *Q(K)*) twenty and socket their twenty bronze hook [the] pillar and ring their silver: money
Likewise along the north side, there must be hangings one hundred cubits long with twenty posts, twenty bronze bases, hooks attached to the posts, and silver rods.
12 and width [the] court to/for side sea: west curtain fifty cubit pillar their ten and socket their ten
Along the courtyard on the west side there must be a curtain fifty cubits long. There must be ten posts and ten bases.
13 and width [the] court to/for side east [to] east [to] fifty cubit
The courtyard must also be fifty cubits long on the east side.
14 and five ten cubit curtain to/for shoulder pillar their three and socket their three
The hangings for one side of the entrance must be fifteen cubits long. They must have three posts with three bases.
15 and to/for shoulder [the] second five ten curtain pillar their three and socket their three
The other side must also have hangings fifteen cubits long. They must have their three posts and three bases.
16 and to/for gate [the] court covering twenty cubit blue and purple and worm scarlet and linen to twist deed: work to weave pillar their four and socket their four
The courtyard gate must be a curtain twenty cubits long. The curtain must be made of blue, purple, and scarlet material and fine twined linen, the work of an embroiderer. It must have four posts with four bases.
17 all pillar [the] court around to connect silver: money hook their silver: money and socket their bronze
All the courtyard posts must have silver rods, silver hooks, and bronze bases.
18 length [the] court hundred in/on/with cubit and width fifty in/on/with fifty and height five cubit linen to twist and socket their bronze
The length of the courtyard must be one hundred cubits, the width fifty cubits, and the height five cubits with fine twined linen hangings all along, and bases of bronze.
19 to/for all article/utensil [the] tabernacle in/on/with all service: ministry his and all peg his and all peg [the] court bronze
All the equipment to be used in the tabernacle, and all the tent pegs for the tabernacle and courtyard must be made of bronze.
20 and you(m. s.) to command [obj] son: descendant/people Israel and to take: bring to(wards) you oil olive pure beaten to/for light to/for to ascend: offer up lamp continually
You must command the people of Israel to bring olive oil, pure and pressed, for the lamps so they may burn continually.
21 in/on/with tent meeting from outside to/for curtain which upon [the] testimony to arrange [obj] him Aaron and son: child his from evening till morning to/for face: before LORD statute forever: enduring to/for generation their from with son: descendant/people Israel
In the tent of meeting, outside the curtain that is in front of the tabernacle that contains the ark of testimony, Aaron and his sons must keep the lamps burning before Yahweh, from evening to morning. This requirement will be a lasting ordinance throughout the generations of the people of Israel.
