Ecclesiastes 8
1 who? like/as [the] wise and who? to know interpretation word: thing wisdom man to light face his and strength face his to change
Qui est comme le sage? Et qui connaît l'interprétation d'une chose? La sagesse d'un homme fait briller son visage, et la dureté de son visage est changée.
2 I lip: word king to keep: obey and upon cause oath God
Je dis: « Exécutez l'ordre du roi! » à cause du serment fait à Dieu.
3 not to dismay from face his to go: went not to stand: stand in/on/with word: case bad: evil for all which to delight in to make: do
Ne vous empressez pas de vous soustraire à sa présence. Ne persiste pas dans une mauvaise action, car il fait ce qui lui plaît,
4 in/on/with in which word king power and who? to say to/for him what? to make: do
car la parole du roi est suprême. Qui peut lui dire: « Que fais-tu? »
5 to keep: obey commandment not to know word: thing bad: evil and time and justice: custom to know heart wise
Celui qui garde le commandement ne risque rien, et son cœur avisé connaîtra le temps et la procédure.
6 for to/for all pleasure there time and justice: custom for distress: harm [the] man many upon him
Car il y a un temps et une procédure pour toute fin, bien que la misère de l'homme soit lourde pour lui.
7 for nothing he to know what? which/that to be for like/as as which to be who? to tell to/for him
Car il ne sait pas ce qui sera; car qui peut lui dire comment cela se passera?
8 nothing man domineering in/on/with spirit to/for to restrain [obj] [the] spirit and nothing power in/on/with day [the] death and nothing deputation in/on/with battle and not to escape wickedness [obj] master: owning his
Il n'y a pas d'homme qui ait pouvoir sur l'esprit pour contenir l'esprit; il n'a pas non plus pouvoir sur le jour de la mort. Il n'y a pas de décharge dans la guerre; et la méchanceté ne délivrera pas ceux qui la pratiquent.
9 [obj] all this to see: see and to give: put [obj] heart my to/for all deed which to make: do underneath: under [the] sun time which to domineer [the] man in/on/with man to/for bad: evil to/for him
J'ai vu tout cela, et j'ai appliqué mon esprit à toutes les œuvres qui se font sous le soleil. Il y a un temps où un homme a sur un autre un pouvoir qui lui nuit.
10 and in/on/with so to see: see wicked to bury and to come (in): come and from place holy to go: went and to forget in/on/with city which right to make: do also this vanity
J'ai donc vu les méchants ensevelis. En effet, ils venaient aussi de la sainteté. Ils sont partis et ont été oubliés dans la ville où ils ont agi. Cela aussi est une vanité.
11 which nothing to make: do edict deed [the] distress: evil haste upon so to fill heart son: child [the] man in/on/with them to/for to make: do bad: evil
Parce que la sentence contre une œuvre mauvaise ne s'exécute pas promptement, le cœur des fils de l'homme est tout disposé à faire le mal.
12 which to sin to make: do bad: evil hundred and to prolong to/for him for also to know I which to be pleasant to/for afraid [the] God which to fear: revere from to/for face: before his
Quand un pécheur commettrait cent fois des crimes, et qu'il vivrait longtemps, je sais cependant qu'il en sera de même pour ceux qui craignent Dieu, qui sont respectueux devant lui.
13 and pleasant not to be to/for wicked and not to prolong day like/as shadow which nothing he afraid from to/for face: before God
Mais le méchant ne sera pas heureux, et il prolongera ses jours comme une ombre, parce qu'il ne craint pas Dieu.
14 there vanity which to make: do upon [the] land: country/planet which there righteous which to touch to(wards) them like/as deed [the] wicked and there wicked which/that to touch to(wards) them like/as deed [the] righteous to say which/that also this vanity
Il y a une vanité qui se fait sur la terre, c'est qu'il y a des hommes justes à qui il arrive selon l'œuvre des méchants. Encore une fois, il y a des méchants à qui il arrive d'agir selon l'œuvre des justes. J'ai dit que cela aussi est une vanité.
15 and to praise I [obj] [the] joy which nothing pleasant to/for man underneath: under [the] sun that if: except if: except to/for to eat and to/for to drink and to/for to rejoice and he/she/it to join him in/on/with trouble his day life his which to give: give to/for him [the] God underneath: under [the] sun
Puis j'ai fait l'éloge de la joie, parce que l'homme n'a rien de mieux sous le soleil que de manger, de boire et de se réjouir, car cela l'accompagnera dans son travail tous les jours de sa vie que Dieu lui a donnés sous le soleil.
16 like/as as which to give: put [obj] heart my to/for to know wisdom and to/for to see: see [obj] [the] task which to make: do upon [the] land: country/planet for also in/on/with day and in/on/with night sleep in/on/with eye: appearance his nothing he to see: see
Quand j'ai appliqué mon cœur à connaître la sagesse, et à voir les affaires qui se font sur la terre (bien que les yeux ne voient pas le jour ni la nuit),
17 and to see: see [obj] all deed: work [the] God for not be able [the] man to/for to find [obj] [the] deed: work which to make: do underneath: under [the] sun in/on/with which/that to/for which to toil [the] man to/for to seek and not to find and also if to say [the] wise to/for to know not be able to/for to find
alors j'ai vu toute l'œuvre de Dieu, que l'homme ne peut pas découvrir l'œuvre qui se fait sous le soleil, parce que même si un homme s'efforce de la chercher, il ne la trouvera pas. Oui, même si un homme sage pense pouvoir la comprendre, il ne pourra pas la trouver.
