Deuteronomy 19
1 for to cut: eliminate LORD God your [obj] [the] nation which LORD God your to give: give to/for you [obj] land: country/planet their and to possess: take them and to dwell in/on/with city their and in/on/with house: home their
När HERREN, din Gud, har utrotat de folk vilkas land HERREN, din Gud, vill giva dig, och när du har fördrivit dem och bosatt dig i deras städer och i deras hus,
2 three city to separate to/for you in/on/with midst land: country/planet your which LORD God your to give: give to/for you to/for to possess: take her
då skall du avskilja åt dig tre städer i ditt land, det som HERREN, din Gud, vill giva dig till besittning.
3 to establish: right to/for you [the] way: road and to do three [obj] border: area land: country/planet your which to inherit you LORD God your and to be to/for to flee there [to] all to murder
Du skall försätta vägarna till dem i gott skick åt dig; och du skall dela i tre delar det landområde som HERREN, din Gud, giver dig till arvedel. Så skall du göra, för att var och en som har dräpt någon må kunna fly dit.
4 and this word: case [the] to murder which to flee there [to] and to live which to smite [obj] neighbor his in/on/with without knowledge and he/she/it not to hate to/for him from yesterday three days ago
Och under följande villkor må en dråpare fly till någon av dem och så bliva vid liv; om någon dödar sin nästa utan vett och vilja, och utan att förut hava burit hat till honom
5 and which to come (in): come with neighbor his in/on/with wood to/for to chop tree: wood and to banish hand his in/on/with axe to/for to cut: cut [the] tree and to slip [the] iron from [the] tree: stake and to find [obj] neighbor his and to die he/she/it to flee to(wards) one [the] city [the] these and to live
-- såsom när någon går med sin nästa ut i skogen för att hugga ved, och hans hand hugger till med yxan för att fälla trädet, och järnet då far av skaftet och träffar den andre, så att denne dör -- då må en sådan fly till någon av dessa städer och så bliva vid liv.
6 lest to pursue to redeem: avenge [the] blood after [the] to murder for to warm heart his and to overtake him for to multiply [the] way: journey and to smite him soul: myself and to/for him nothing justice: judgement death for not to hate he/she/it to/for him from yesterday three days ago
Detta vare stadgat, för att blodshämnaren, om han i sitt hjärtas vrede förföljer dråparen, icke må hinna upp honom, ifall vägen är för lång, och slå ihjäl honom, fastän han icke hade förtjänat döden, eftersom han icke förut hade burit hat till den andre.
7 upon so I to command you to/for to say three city to separate to/for you
Därför är det som jag bjuder dig och säger: "Tre städer skall du avskilja åt dig."
8 and if to enlarge LORD God your [obj] border: area your like/as as which to swear to/for father your and to give: give to/for you [obj] all [the] land: country/planet which to speak: promise to/for to give: give to/for father your
Och när HERREN, din Gud, utvidgar ditt område, såsom han med ed har lovat dina fäder, och giver dig allt det land som han har sagt att han skulle giva åt dina fäder --
9 for to keep: careful [obj] all [the] commandment [the] this to/for to make: do her which I to command you [the] day to/for to love: lover [obj] LORD God your and to/for to go: walk in/on/with way: conduct his all [the] day: today and to add to/for you still three city upon [the] three [the] these
om du då håller och gör efter alla dessa bud som jag i dag giver dig, så att du älskar HERREN, din Gud, och alltid vandrar på hans vägar, då skall du lägga ännu tre städer till dessa tre,
10 and not to pour: kill blood innocent in/on/with entrails: among land: country/planet your which LORD God your to give: give to/for you inheritance and to be upon you blood
för att oskyldigt blod icke må utgjutas i ditt land, det som HERREN, din Gud, vill giva dig till arvedel, och blodskuld så komma att vila på dig.
11 and for to be man: anyone to hate to/for neighbor his and to ambush to/for him and to arise: attack upon him and to smite him soul: life and to die and to flee to(wards) one [the] city [the] these
Men om någon bär hat till sin nästa och lägger sig i försåt för honom och överfaller honom och slår honom till döds, och sedan flyr till någon av dessa städer,
12 and to send: depart old: elder city his and to take: take [obj] him from there and to give: give [obj] him in/on/with hand: to to redeem: avenge [the] blood and to die
då skola de äldste i hans stad sända bort och hämta honom därifrån och lämna honom i blodshämnarens hand, och han skall dö.
13 not to pity eye your upon him and to burn: purge blood [the] innocent from Israel and be pleasing to/for you
Du skall icke visa honom någon skonsamhet, utan du skall skaffa bort ifrån Israel skulden för den oskyldiges blod, för att det må gå dig väl.
14 not to remove border: boundary neighbor your which to border first: previous in/on/with inheritance your which to inherit in/on/with land: country/planet which LORD God your to give: give to/for you to/for to possess: take her
Du skall icke flytta din nästas råmärke, något råmärke som förfäderna hava satt upp i den arvedel du får i det land som HERREN, din Gud, vill giva dig till besittning.
15 not to arise: establish witness one in/on/with man: anyone to/for all iniquity: crime and to/for all sin in/on/with all sin which to sin upon lip: word two witness or upon lip: word three witness to arise: establish word
Det är icke nog att allenast ett vittne träder upp mot någon angående någon missgärning eller synd, vad det nu må vara för en synd som någon kan hava begått. Efter två eller efter tre vittnens utsago skall var sak avgöras.
16 for to arise: rise witness violence in/on/with man: anyone to/for to answer in/on/with him revolt
Om ett orättfärdigt vittne träder upp mot någon för att vittna mot honom angående någon förbrytelse,
17 and to stand: stand two [the] human which to/for them [the] strife to/for face: before LORD to/for face: before [the] priest and [the] to judge which to be in/on/with day [the] they(masc.)
så skola båda parterna träda fram inför HERRENS ansikte, inför de män som på den tiden äro präster och domare.
18 and to seek [the] to judge be good and behold witness deception [the] witness deception to answer in/on/with brother: compatriot his
Och domarna skola noga undersöka saken; om då vittnet befinnes vara ett falskt vittne, som har burit falskt vittnesbörd mot sin broder,
19 and to make: do to/for him like/as as which to plan to/for to make: do to/for brother: compatriot his and to burn: purge [the] bad: evil from entrails: among your
så skolen I låta detsamma vederfaras honom som han hade tilltänkt sin broder: du skall skaffa bort ifrån dig vad ont är.
20 and [the] to remain to hear: hear and to fear and not to add: again to/for to make still like/as word: thing [the] bad: evil [the] this in/on/with entrails: among your
Och det övriga folket skall höra det och frukta, och man skall icke vidare göra något sådant ont bland eder.
21 and not to pity eye your soul: life in/on/with soul: life eye in/on/with eye tooth in/on/with tooth hand in/on/with hand foot in/on/with foot
Du skall icke visa honom någon skonsamhet: liv för liv, öga for öga, tand för tand, hand för hand, fot för fot.
