Deuteronomy 12
1 these [the] statute: decree and [the] justice: judgement which to keep: careful [emph?] to/for to make: do in/on/with land: country/planet which to give: give LORD God father your to/for you to/for to possess: take her all [the] day which you(m. p.) alive upon [the] land: planet
Dit zijn de bepalingen en voorschriften, die gij, zolang gij op aarde leeft, nauwgezet moet volbrengen in het land, dat Jahweh, de God uwer vaderen, u in bezit zal geven.
2 to perish to perish [emph?] [obj] all [the] place which to serve: minister there [the] nation which you(m. p.) to possess: take [obj] them [obj] God their upon [the] mountain: mount [the] to exalt and upon [the] hill and underneath: under all tree luxuriant
Gij moet alle plaatsen vernielen, waar de volken, die gij zult verdrijven, hun goden vereren: op de hoge bergen, de heuvels en onder iedere lommerrijke boom.
3 and to tear [obj] altar their and to break [obj] pillar their and Asherah their to burn [emph?] in/on/with fire and idol God their to cut down/off [emph?] and to perish [obj] name their from [the] place [the] he/she/it
Hun altaren moet gij verwoesten, hun wijstenen verbrijzelen, hun heilige bomen in het vuur verbranden, de beelden van hun goden stuk slaan en hun naam van die plaats doen verdwijnen.
4 not to make: offer [emph?] so to/for LORD God your
Zó moogt ge Jahweh, uw God, niet vereren,
5 that if: except if: except to(wards) [the] place which to choose LORD God your from all tribe your to/for to set: put [obj] name his there to/for to dwell his to seek and to come (in): come there [to]
maar gij moet de plaats bezoeken, die Jahweh, uw God, uit al uw stammen zal uitverkiezen, om zijn Naam daar te vestigen en daar te wonen. Daar zult gij heen gaan,
6 and to come (in): bring there [to] burnt offering your and sacrifice your and [obj] tithe your and [obj] contribution hand: themselves your and vow your and voluntariness your and firstborn cattle your and flock your
en uw brand- en uw slachtoffers brengen, uw tienden en cijnzen, uw gelofte-offers en vrijwillige gaven, en de eerstelingen van uw runderen en schapen.
7 and to eat there to/for face: before LORD God your and to rejoice in/on/with all sending hand: undertake your you(m. p.) and house: household your which to bless you LORD God your
Daar zult gij met uw huisgezin voor het aanschijn van Jahweh, uw God, maaltijd houden en vrolijk zijn over het werk uwer handen, omdat Jahweh, uw God, u heeft gezegend.
8 not to make: do [emph?] like/as all which we to make: do here [the] day man: anyone all [the] upright in/on/with eye: appearance his
Gij moogt dus niet langer meer offeren, zoals ieder van ons hier heden naar eigen goeddunken doet.
9 for not to come (in): come till now to(wards) [the] resting and to(wards) [the] inheritance which LORD God your to give: give to/for you
Want tot nu toe hebt ge het rustoord en het erfdeel niet bereikt, dat Jahweh, uw God, u zal geven.
10 and to pass [obj] [the] Jordan and to dwell in/on/with land: country/planet which LORD God your to inherit [obj] you and to rest to/for you from all enemy your from around and to dwell security
Maar wanneer gij over de Jordaan zijt getrokken, en u in het land hebt gevestigd, dat Jahweh u tot erfdeel zal schenken, wanneer Hij u rust heeft verschaft van al uw vijanden in het rond, zodat gij in veiligheid woont,
11 and to be [the] place which to choose LORD God your in/on/with him to/for to dwell name his there there [to] to come (in): bring [obj] all which I to command [obj] you burnt offering your and sacrifice your tithe your and contribution hand: themselves your and all best vow your which to vow to/for LORD
dan zult ge naar de plaats, die Jahweh, uw God, zal uitverkiezen, om daar zijn Naam te vestigen, alles brengen, wat ik u heb bevolen: uw brand- en slachtoffers, uw tienden en cijnzen, en al het puik van uw gelofte-offers, die gij aan Jahweh beloofd hebt.
12 and to rejoice to/for face: before LORD God your you(m. p.) and son: child your and daughter your and servant/slave your and maidservant your and [the] Levi which in/on/with gate: town your for nothing to/for him portion and inheritance with you
Dan zult ge vrolijk zijn voor het aanschijn van Jahweh, uw God, gij met uw zonen en dochters, uw knechten en dienstmaagden, en met den leviet, die binnen uw poorten woont, omdat hij geen deel en geen erfbezit onder u heeft.
13 to keep: careful to/for you lest to ascend: offer up burnt offering your in/on/with all place which to see: see
Zorg er dus voor, dat gij uw brandoffers niet opdraagt op iedere willekeurige plaats;
14 that if: except if: except in/on/with place which to choose LORD in/on/with one tribe your there to ascend: offer up burnt offering your and there to make: do all which I to command you
maar alleen op de plaats, die Jahweh in een uwer stammen zal uitverkiezen, moogt gij uw brandoffers opdragen, en daar alles doen wat ik u heb bevolen.
15 except in/on/with all desire soul: myself your to sacrifice and to eat flesh like/as blessing LORD God your which to give: give to/for you in/on/with all gate: town your [the] unclean and [the] pure to eat him like/as gazelle and like/as deer
Overigens moogt ge slachten en vlees eten, zoveel ge wilt, en van de zegening genieten, die Jahweh, uw God, u binnen al uw poorten zal geven. De onreine zowel als de reine mag daarvan eten, zoals van gazel en van hert.
16 except [the] blood not to eat upon [the] land: soil to pour: pour him like/as water
Het bloed echter moogt ge niet nuttigen, maar gij moet het als water op de aarde uitstorten.
17 not be able to/for to eat in/on/with gate: town your tithe grain your and new wine your and oil your and firstborn cattle your and flock your and all vow your which to vow and voluntariness your and contribution hand: themselves your
Het is niet geoorloofd, binnen uw poorten de tienden van uw koren, van uw most en uw olie te nuttigen, of de eerstelingen van uw runderen en kudde, of iets van uw gelofteoffers, die gij beloofd hebt, of van uw vrijwillige gaven en cijnzen.
18 that if: except if: except to/for face: before LORD God your to eat him in/on/with place which to choose LORD God your in/on/with him you(m. s.) and son: child your and daughter your and servant/slave your and maidservant your and [the] Levi which in/on/with gate: town your and to rejoice to/for face: before LORD God your in/on/with all sending hand: undertake your
Maar deze moet gij eten voor het aanschijn van Jahweh, uw God, op de plaats, die Jahweh, uw God, zal uitverkiezen: gij met uw zoon en uw dochter, uw knecht en uw dienstmaagd, en met den leviet, die zich binnen uw poorten bevindt; daar moet gij vrolijk zijn voor het aanschijn van Jahweh, uw God, om al het werk uwer handen.
19 to keep: careful to/for you lest to leave: neglect [obj] [the] Levi all day: always your upon land: soil your
Zorg er dan voor den leviet niet te vergeten, zolang gij leeft in uw land.
20 for to enlarge LORD God your [obj] border: area your like/as as which to speak: promise to/for you and to say to eat flesh for to desire soul: appetite your to/for to eat flesh in/on/with all desire soul: appetite your to eat flesh
Wanneer dus Jahweh, uw God, uw gebied heeft uitgebreid, zoals Hij u heeft beloofd, en gij zegt: "Ik wil vlees eten", omdat ge er zin in hebt, dan moogt ge vlees eten zoveel ge wilt.
21 for to remove from you [the] place which to choose LORD God your to/for to set: put name his there and to sacrifice from cattle your and from flock your which to give: give LORD to/for you like/as as which to command you and to eat in/on/with gate: town your in/on/with all desire soul: myself your
En zo de plaats, die Jahweh, uw God, zal uitverkiezen, om er zijn Naam te vestigen, te ver van u is verwijderd, dan moogt gij van uw runderen en uw kudde, die Jahweh u heeft gegeven, slachten zoals ik u heb toegestaan, en er binnen uw poorten van eten zoveel ge wilt.
22 surely like/as as which to eat [obj] [the] gazelle and [obj] [the] deer so to eat him [the] unclean and [the] pure together to eat him
Ge moogt er van eten, zoals men eet van gazel en van hert; de onreine zowel als de reine mag ervan eten.
23 except to strengthen: ensure to/for lest to eat [the] blood for [the] blood he/she/it [the] soul: life and not to eat [the] soul: life with [the] flesh
Doch zorg er voor, geen bloed te nuttigen; want het bloed is het leven, en het leven moogt ge niet met het vlees eten.
24 not to eat him upon [the] land: soil to pour: pour him like/as water
Ge moogt het niet nuttigen, maar ge moet het als water op de aarde uitstorten;
25 not to eat him because be good to/for you and to/for son: child your after you for to make: do [the] upright in/on/with eye: seeing LORD
ge moogt het niet nuttigen, opdat het u en uw kinderen na u goed moge gaan, daar gij doet wat recht is in de ogen van Jahweh.
26 except holiness your which to be to/for you and vow your to lift: raise and to come (in): come to(wards) [the] place which to choose LORD
Maar de heilige gaven, die uw eigendom zijn, en uw gelofte-offers moet ge naar de plaats brengen, die Jahweh zal uitverkiezen.
27 and to make: offer burnt offering your [the] flesh and [the] blood upon altar LORD God your and blood sacrifice your to pour: pour upon altar LORD God your and [the] flesh to eat
Bij uw brandoffers moet gij het vlees en het bloed ten offer brengen op het altaar van Jahweh, uw God; maar bij uw slachtoffers moet het bloed op het altaar van Jahweh, uw God, worden uitgegoten, en het vlees door u worden gegeten.
28 to keep: careful and to hear: obey [obj] all [the] word [the] these which I to command you because be good to/for you and to/for son: child your after you till forever: enduring for to make: do [the] pleasant and [the] upright in/on/with eye: seeing LORD God your
Onderhoud gehoorzaam al wat ik u heb geboden, opdat het u en uw zonen na u voor altijd goed moge gaan, daar gij doet wat goed en recht is in de ogen van Jahweh, uw God.
29 for to cut: eliminate LORD God your [obj] [the] nation which you(m. s.) to come (in): come there [to] to/for to possess: take [obj] them from face: before your and to possess: take [obj] them and to dwell in/on/with land: country/planet their
En wanneer Jahweh, uw God, de volken, die ge gaat verdrijven, voor u zal hebben uitgeroeid, en gij die volken zult hebben verjaagd en u in hun land hebt gevestigd,
30 to keep: careful to/for you lest to snare after them after to destroy they from face: before your and lest to seek to/for God their to/for to say how? to serve: minister [the] nation [the] these [obj] God their and to make: do so also I
zorg er dan voor, dat gij u, nadat ze voor uw ogen verdelgd zijn, niet door hun voorbeeld laat verleiden en gij u niet tot hun goden wendt, en zegt: Hoe hebben deze volken hun goden gediend? Zo doe ik het ook!
31 not to make: offer so to/for LORD God your for all abomination LORD which to hate to make: do to/for God their for also [obj] son: child their and [obj] daughter their to burn in/on/with fire to/for God their
Neen, zo moogt ge Jahweh, uw God, niet vereren. Want al wat Jahweh verafschuwt en haat, hebben zij voor hun goden bedreven; zelfs hun zonen en dochters hebben zij voor hun goden in het vuur verbrand.
32 [obj] all [the] word: thing which I to command [obj] you [obj] him to keep: careful to/for to make: do not to add upon him and not to dimish from him
Gij echter moet nauwgezet onderhouden al wat ik u geboden heb, zonder er iets aan toe te voegen of af te nemen.
