Daniel 8
1 in/on/with year three to/for royalty Belshazzar [the] king vision to see: see to(wards) me I Daniel after [the] to see: see to(wards) me in/on/with beginning
राजा बेलसजरले राज्य गर्न सुरु गरेको तेस्रो वर्षमा, (मैले पहिला देखेको दर्शनपछि) म, दानिएलले अर्को दर्शन देखें ।
2 and to see: see in/on/with vision and to be in/on/with to see: see I and I in/on/with Susa [the] palace which in/on/with Elam [the] province and to see: see in/on/with vision and I to be upon river Ulai
मैले हेरिरहँदा, दर्शनमा मैले आफूलाई एलाम प्रदेशको शूशनको किल्लामा भएको देखें । दर्शनमा म ऊलै नहरको छेउमा थिएँ ।

मैले माथि हेरें र मेरो सामु नहरको छेउमा दुईवटा सिङ भएको एउटा भेडालाई मैले देखें । एउटा सिङचाहिं अर्कोभन्दा लामो थियो, तर छोटोभन्दा लामो ढिला बढ्यो र छोटोले त्यसलाई जित्यो ।
4 to see: see [obj] [the] ram to gore sea: west [to] and north [to] and south [to] and all living thing not to stand: stand to/for face: before his and nothing to rescue from hand: power his and to make: do like/as acceptance his and to magnify
अनि त्यो भेडाले पश्चिममा, त्यसपछि उत्तरमा, र त्यसपछि दक्षिणमा हानिरहेको मैले देखें । त्यसको सामु अरू कुनै पशु खडा हुन सकेन । तीमध्ये कुनैले पनि कसैलाई पनि त्यसको हातबाट बचाउन सकेन । आफूलाई जे मन लाग्यो, त्यसले त्यही गर्यो, र त्यो महान् भयो ।

जब मैले यसको बारेमा विचार गरिरहेको थिएँ, तब पश्चिमबाट आउँदै गरेको एउटा बोकोलाई मैले देखें, जो जमिनलाई नै नछोए जस्तो गरी द्रुत गतिमा दौडेर सम्पूर्ण पृथ्वीको सतहमा गयो । त्यो बोकोको आँखाहरूका बिचमा एउटा ठुलो सिङ थियो ।
6 and to come (in): come till [the] ram master: owning [the] horn which to see: see to stand: stand to/for face: before [the] river and to run: run to(wards) him in/on/with rage strength his
दुईवटा सिङ भएको भेडाकहाँ त्यो आयो—त्यो भेडालाई नहरको किनारमा खडा भएको मैले देखेको थिएँ— र त्यो बोको उक्त भेडातर्फ शक्तिशाली क्रोधमा दौडियो ।
7 and to see: see him to touch beside [the] ram and to provoke to(wards) him and to smite [obj] [the] ram and to break [obj] two horn his and not to be strength in/on/with ram to/for to stand: stand to/for face: before his and to throw him land: soil [to] and to trample him and not to be to rescue to/for ram from hand: power his
त्यो बोकोलाई उक्त भेडाको नजिक आएको मैले देखें । भेडासँग त्यो धेरै रिसाएको थियो, र त्यसले भेडालाई हिर्कायो र त्यसका दुईवटै सिङलाई भाँचिदियो । त्यसको सामु खडा हुनलाई त्यो भेडो शक्तिहीन थियो । बोकोले त्यसलाई भुइँमा ढाल्यो र त्यसलाई कुल्चियो । त्यसको शक्तिबाट त्यो भेडालाई बचाउने त्यहाँ कोही थिएन ।
8 and male goat [the] goat to magnify till much and like/as be vast he to break [the] horn [the] great: large and to ascend: rise vision four underneath: instead her to/for four spirit: breath [the] heaven
तब त्यो बोको धेरै ठुलो भयो । तर जब त्यो शक्तिशाली भयो, त्यसको ठुलो सिङ भाँचियो, र त्यसको ठाउँमा अरू चार ठुला सिङ पलाए जसले आकाशका चारै बतासलाई देखाए ।
9 and from [the] one from them to come out: come horn one from little and to magnify remainder to(wards) [the] south and to(wards) [the] east and to(wards) [the] beauty
तीमध्येबाट अर्को एउटा सिङ पलायो, जुन पहिला सानो थियो, तर त्यो दक्षिणमा, पूर्वमा, र सुन्दरताको देशमा धेरै विशाल भयो ।
10 and to magnify till army [the] heaven and to fall: fall land: soil [to] from [the] army and from [the] star and to trample them
त्यो यति विशाल भयो, कि त्यो स्वर्गको सेनासँग युद्ध गर्न तयार भयो । ती सेनामध्ये कोही र केही ताराहरू पृथ्वीमा फालिए, र त्यसले तीमाथि कुल्चियो ।
11 and till ruler [the] army to magnify and from him (to exalt *Q(K)*) [the] continually and to throw foundation sanctuary his
त्यसले आफूलाई सेनाका कमान्डर जत्तिकै महान् बनायो । त्यसले उहाँबाट नियमित होमबलि खोसेर लग्यो, र उहाँको पवित्रस्थानलाई अशुद्ध पारियो ।
12 and army to give: give upon [the] continually in/on/with transgression and to throw truth: true land: soil [to] and to make: do and to prosper
विद्रोहको कारणले, त्यो सेनालाई बोकोको सिङकहाँ सुम्पिइनेछ, र होमबलि रोकिनेछ । त्यो सिङले सत्यतालाई तल जमिनमा फाल्नेछ, र त्यसले जे गर्छ त्यसमा त्यो सफल हुनेछ ।
13 and to hear: hear [emph?] one holy to speak: speak and to say one holy to/for certain [the] to speak: speak till how [the] vision [the] continually and [the] transgression be desolate: destroyed to give: give and holiness and army trampling
त्यसपछि एक जना पवित्र जनले बोल्दै गर्नुभएको र अर्को पवित्र जनले उहाँलाई यसो भनेर जवाफ दिंदै गर्नुभएको मैले सुनें, “यी दर्शनका कुराहरू रहने, होमबलि, सर्वनाश ल्याउने पाप, पवित्रस्थानको हस्तान्तरण, र स्वर्गका सेनाहरू कुल्चिइएका पूरा हुनलाई कहिलेसम्म लाग्छ?”
14 and to say to(wards) me till evening morning thousand and three hundred and to justify holiness
उहाँले मलाई भन्नुभयो, “यो २,३०० साँझ र बिहानसम्म रहनेछ । त्यसपछि पवित्रस्थान फेरि शुद्ध पारिनेछ ।”
15 and to be in/on/with to see: see I I Daniel [obj] [the] vision and to seek [emph?] understanding and behold to stand: stand to/for before me like/as appearance great man
जब म, दानिएलले त्यो दर्शन देखें, तब मैले त्यो बुझ्ने कोसिस गरें । तब मेरो सामु एक जना खडा भए जो मानिसजस्तो देखिन्थे ।
16 and to hear: hear voice man between Ulai and to call: call by and to say Gabriel to understand to/for this [obj] [the] appearance
ऊलै नहरको किनाराहरूका बिचबाट एक जना मानिसले यस्तो भन्दै गरेको आवाज मैले सुनें । उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “ए गाब्रिएल, यो दर्शन बुझ्नलाई यस मानिसलाई मदत गर ।”
17 and to come (in): come beside post my and in/on/with to come (in): come he to terrify and to fall: fall [emph?] upon face my and to say to(wards) me to understand son: child man for to/for time end [the] vision
यसैले तिनी म उभिएको ठाउँ नजिक आए । जब तिनी आए, म भयभीत भएँ र आफूलाई भुइँमा लम्पसार पारेर दण्डवत् गरें । तिनले मलाई भने, “ए मानिसको पुत्र, यो दर्शन अन्तको समयको निम्ति हो भन्ने कुरा बुझ ।”
18 and in/on/with to speak: speak he with me to sleep upon face my land: soil [to] and to touch in/on/with me and to stand: stand me upon post my
तिनले मसँग बोलिरहँदा, मेरो अनुहार भुइँमा घोप्टो पारेर म गहिरो निद्रामा निदाएँ । तब तिनले मलाई छोए र मलाई खडा गराए ।
19 and to say look! I to know you [obj] which to be in/on/with end [the] indignation for to/for meeting: time appointed end
तिनले भने, “हेर, पछि क्रोधको समयमा के हुनेछ भनेर म तिमीलाई देखाउनेछु, किनभने यो दर्शन अन्त हुन तोकिएको समयको निम्ति हो ।
20 [the] ram which to see: see master: owning [the] horn king Media and Persia
तिमीले देखेका भेडाको बारेमा, जसका दुई सिङ थिए, ती मादी र फारसका राजाहरू हुन् ।
21 and [the] male goat [the] he-goat king Greece and [the] horn [the] great: large which between eye his he/she/it [the] king [the] first
त्यो बोकोचाहिं ग्रीसको राजा हो । त्यसका आँखाका बिचको सिङचाहिं पहिलो राजा हो ।
22 and [the] to break and to stand: rise four underneath: instead her four royalty from nation to stand: rise and not in/on/with strength his
अनि जुन सिङ भाँचियो, जसको ठाउँमा चारवटा अरू उम्रे, उसको राज्यबाट चारवटा राज्य खडा हुनेछन्, तर उसको महान् शक्तिमा होइन ।
23 and in/on/with end royalty their like/as to finish [the] to transgress to stand: rise king strong face and to understand riddle
ती राज्यहरूको पछिल्लो समयमा, जब अपराधीहरूको पाप चरम सिमामा पुग्छ, एक जना हठी राजा खडा हुनेछ, जो धेरै बुद्धिमान् हुनेछ ।
24 and be vast strength his and not in/on/with strength his and to wonder to ruin and to prosper and to make: do and to ruin mighty and people holy: saint
उसको शक्ति महान् हुनेछ— तर उसको आफ्नै शक्तिले होइन । उसले जे कुराको विनाश गर्छ, त्यसमा ऊ अचम्ममा पर्नेछ । काम गर्नेछ र सफल हुनेछ । उसले शक्तिशाली मानिसहरू, अर्थात् पवित्र जनहरूका बिचमा भएका मानिसहरूलाई सर्वनाश गर्नेछ ।
25 and upon understanding his and to prosper deceit in/on/with hand: power his and in/on/with heart his to magnify and in/on/with ease to ruin many and upon ruler ruler to stand: rise and in/on/with end hand: power to break
आफ्नो धूर्तताले उसले आफ्नो हातमुनि छललाई सफल पार्नेछ । आफ्नै मनमा ऊ महान् हुनेछ । उसले अप्रत्यासित किसिमले धेरै मानिसहरूलाई नाश गर्नेछ । राजाहरूका राजाको विरुद्धमा पनि ऊ उठ्नेछ, र ऊ टुक्रा-टुक्रा पारिनेछ, तर मानिसका हातले होइन ।
26 and appearance [the] evening and [the] morning which to say truth: true he/she/it and you(m. s.) to close [the] vision for to/for day many
साँझ र बिहानको विषयमा बताइएका यी दर्शनहरू सत्य हुन् । तर यो दर्शनलाई मोहर लगाई बन्द गर, किनकि यसले भविष्यका धेरै दिनहरूलाई जनाउँछ ।”
27 and I Daniel to be and be weak: ill day and to arise: rise and to make: do [obj] work [the] king and be desolate: appalled upon [the] appearance and nothing to understand
अनि, म दानिएल थकित भएँ र केही दिनसम्म कमजोर भएँ । त्यसपछि, म उठें, र राजाको कामधन्धामा लागें । तर म दर्शनको कारणले भयभीत भएँ, र यसलाई बुझ्ने त्यहाँ कोही थिएन ।
