Daniel 6
1 to acceptable before Darius and to stand: establish since kingdom [the] to/for satrap [the] hundred and twenty that to be in/on/with all kingdom [the]
Líbilo se pak Dariovi, aby ustanovil nad královstvím úředníků sto a dvadceti, kteříž by byli po všem království.
2 and above from them chief three that Daniel one from them that to be satrap [the] these to give to/for them account [the] and king [the] not to be to suffer injury
Nad těmi pak hejtmany tři, z nichžto Daniel přední byl, kterýmž by úředníci onino vydávali počet, aby se králi škoda nedála.
3 then Daniel this to be to distinguish oneself since chief [the] and satrap [the] like/as to/for before: because that spirit preeminent in/on/with him and king [the] to plan to/for to stand: establish him since all kingdom [the]
Tedy Daniel převyšoval ty hejtmany a úředníky, proto že duch znamenitější v něm byl. Pročež král myslil ustanoviti jej nade vším královstvím.
4 then chief [the] and satrap [the] to be to ask pretext to/for to find to/for Daniel from side kingdom [the] and all pretext and to corrupt not be able to/for to find like/as to/for before: because that to trust he/she/it and all neglect and to corrupt not to find since him
Tedy hejtmané a úředníci hledali příčiny proti Danielovi s strany království, a však žádné příčiny ani vady nemohli najíti; nebo věrný byl, aniž jaký omyl neb vada nalézala se při něm.
5 then man [the] these to say that not to find to/for Daniel this all pretext except to find since him in/on/with law god his
Protož muži ti řekli: Nenajdeme proti Danielovi tomuto žádné příčiny, jediné leč bychom našli něco proti němu s strany zákona Boha jeho.
6 then chief [the] and satrap [the] these to throng since king [the] and thus to say to/for him Darius king [the] to/for perpetuity to live
Tedy hejtmané a úředníci ti shromáždivše se k králi, takto mluvili k němu: Darie králi, na věky buď živ.
7 to counsel all chief kingdom [the] prefect [the] and satrap [the] counselor [the] and governor [the] to/for to stand: establish statute king [the] and to/for to grow strong injunction that all that to ask petition from all god and man till day thirty except from you king [the] to cast to/for den lion [the]
Uradili se všickni hejtmané království, vývodové, úředníci, správcové a vůdcové, abys ustanovil nařízení královské, a utvrdil zápověd: Kdož by koli vložil žádost na kteréhokoli boha neb člověka do třidcíti dnů, kromě na tebe, králi, aby uvržen byl do jámy lvové.
8 now king [the] to stand: establish injunction [the] and to sign inscription [the] that not to/for to change like/as law Mede and Persia that not to pass on/over/away
Nyní tedy, ó králi, potvrď zápovědi této, a vydej mandát, kterýž by nemohl změněn býti podlé práva Médského a Perského, kteréž jest neproměnitelné.
9 like/as to/for before: because this king [the] Darius to sign inscription [the] and injunction [the]
Pročež král Darius vydal mandát a zápověd.
10 and Daniel like/as that to know that to sign inscription [the] to come to/for house his and window to open to/for him in/on/with roof his before Jerusalem and time three in/on/with day [the] he/she/it to bless since knee his and to pray and to praise before god his like/as to/for before: because that to be to make from previously this
Daniel pak, když se dověděl, že jest vydán mandát, všel do domu svého, kdež otevřená byla okna v pokoji jeho proti Jeruzalému, a třikrát za den klekal na kolena svá, a modlíval se a vyznával se Bohu svému, tak jakož prvé to činíval.
11 then man [the] these to throng and to find to/for Daniel to ask and be gracious before god his
Tedy muži ti shromáždivše se a nalezše Daniele, an se modlí a pokorně prosí Boha svého,
12 in/on/with then to approach and to say before king [the] since injunction king [the] not injunction to sign that all man that to ask from all god and man till day thirty except from you king [the] to cast to/for den lion [the] to answer king [the] and to say certain word [the] like/as law Mede and Persia that not to pass on/over/away
Tedy přistoupili a mluvili k králi o zápovědi královské: Zdaliž jsi nevydal mandátu, aby každý člověk, kdož by koli něčeho žádal od kterého boha neb člověka až do třidcíti dnů, kromě od tebe, králi, uvržen byl do jámy lvové? Odpověděv král, řekl: Pravéť jest slovo to, podlé práva Médského a Perského, kteréž jest neproměnitelné.

Tedy odpovídajíce, řekli králi: Daniel ten, kterýž jest z zajatých synů Judských, nechtěl dbáti na tvé, ó králi, nařízení, ani na mandát tvůj, kterýž jsi vydal, ale třikrát za den modlívá se modlitbou svou.

Tedy král, jakž uslyšel tu řeč, velmi se zarmoutil nad tím, a uložil král v mysli své vysvoboditi Daniele, a až do západu slunce usiloval ho vytrhnouti.
15 in/on/with then man [the] these to throng since king [the] and to say to/for king [the] to know king [the] that law to/for Mede and Persia that all injunction and statute that king [the] to stand: establish not to/for to change
Ale muži ti shromáždivše se k králi, mluvili jemu: Věz, králi, že jest takové právo u Médských a Perských, aby každá výpověd a nařízení, kteréž by král ustanovil, neproměnitelné bylo.
16 in/on/with then king [the] to say and to come to/for Daniel and to cast to/for den [the] that lion [the] to answer king [the] and to say to/for Daniel god your that (you *Q(k)*) to serve to/for him in/on/with continuance [the] he/she/it to rescue you
I řekl král, aby přivedli Daniele, a uvrhli jej do jámy lvové. Mluvil pak král a řekl Danielovi: Bůh tvůj, kterémuž sloužíš ustavičně, on vysvobodí tebe.

A přinesen jest kámen jeden, a položen na díru té jámy, a zapečetil ji král prstenem svým a prsteny knížat svých, aby nebyl změněn ortel při Danielovi.
18 then to go king [the] to/for temple: palace his and to lodge fasting and diversion not to come before him and sleep his to flee since him
I odšel král na palác svůj, a šel ležeti, nic nejeda, a ničímž se obveseliti nedal, tak že i sen jeho vzdálen byl od něho.
19 in/on/with then king [the] in/on/with dawn [the] to stand: rise in/on/with daylight [the] and in/on/with to dismay to/for den [the] that lion [the] to go
Tedy král hned ráno vstav na úsvitě, s chvátáním šel k jámě lvové.
20 and like/as to approach he to/for den [the] to/for Daniel in/on/with voice: sound to pain to cry out to answer king [the] and to say to/for Daniel Daniel servant/slave god [the] living [the] god your that (you *Q(k)*) to serve to/for him in/on/with continuance [the] be able to/for to rescue you from lion [the]
A jakž se přiblížil k jámě, hlasem žalostným zavolal na Daniele, a promluviv král, řekl Danielovi: Danieli, služebníče Boha živého, Bůh tvůj, kterémuž ty sloužíš ustavičně, mohl-liž tě vysvoboditi od lvů?
21 then Daniel with king [the] to speak king [the] to/for perpetuity to live
Tedy Daniel mluvil s králem, řka: Králi, na věky buď živ.
22 god my to send angel his and to shut mouth lion [the] and not to destroy me like/as to/for before: because that before him innocence to find to/for me and also (before you *Q(k)*) king [the] crime not to make
Bůh můj poslal anděla svého, kterýž zavřel ústa lvů, aby mi neuškodili; nebo před ním nevina nalezena jest při mně, nýbrž ani proti tobě, králi, nic zlého jsem neučinil.
23 in/on/with then king [the] greatly be good since him and to/for Daniel to say to/for to ascend from den [the] and to ascend Daniel from den [the] and all harm not to find in/on/with him that to trust in/on/with god his
Tedy král velmi se z toho zradoval, a rozkázal Daniele vytáhnouti z jámy. I vytažen byl Daniel z jámy, a žádného úrazu není nalezeno na něm; nebo věřil v Boha svého.
24 and to say king [the] and to come man [the] these that to devour charges his that Daniel and to/for den lion [the] to cast they son their and woman their and not to reach to/for bottom den [the] till that to rule in/on/with them lion [the] and all bone their to break up
I rozkázal král, aby přivedeni byli muži ti, kteříž osočili Daniele, a uvrženi jsou do jámy lvové, oni i synové jejich i ženy jejich, a prvé než dopadli dna té jámy, zmocnili se jich lvové, a všecky kosti jejich zetřeli.
25 in/on/with then Darius king [the] to write to/for all people [the] people [the] and tongue [the] that (to dwell *Q(k)*) in/on/with all earth: planet [the] peace your to grow great
Tedy Darius král napsal všechněm lidem, národům a jazykům, kteříž bydlili po vší zemi: Pokoj váš rozmnožen buď.
26 from before me to set: make command that in/on/with all dominion kingdom my to be (to tremble *Q(k)*) and to fear from before god his that Daniel that he/she/it god [the] living [the] and enduring to/for perpetuity and kingdom his that not to destroy and dominion his till end [the]
Ode mne vyšlo nařízení toto, aby na všem panství království mého třásli a báli se před Bohem Danielovým; nebo on jest Bůh živý a zůstávající na věky, a království jeho nebude zrušeno, ani panování jeho až do konce.
27 to rescue and to rescue and to make sign and wonder in/on/with heaven [the] and in/on/with earth: planet [the] that to rescue to/for Daniel from hand lion [the]
Vysvobozuje a vytrhuje, a činí znamení a divy na nebi i na zemi, kterýž vysvobodil Daniele z moci lvů.
28 and Daniel this to prosper in/on/with kingdom Darius and in/on/with kingdom Cyrus (Persian [the] *Q(k)*)
Danielovi pak šťastně se vedlo v království Dariovu, a v království Cýra Perského.
